Abstract
本发明涉及一种推车脚轮,包括支架和设置在该支架的下端的滚轮组件,支架的上方设有径向凸出部,在该径向凸出部的空腔内设有滚动轴承,该滚动轴承包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈以及设置在轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间的钢珠,轴承外圈和轴承内圈的对置面上设有两层沟道,钢珠设置在该两层沟道内,在钢珠的外侧设有保持架;径向凸出部的内壁上设有多个固定轴承外圈的凸楞。该推车脚轮的凸楞对轴承外圈起到了固定作用,而且该推车脚轮的滚动轴承采用的是双排钢珠,增大了扭矩,加大了承载力,减小了轴向和径向的串动量,工作平稳,增加了使用寿命,而且在机械加工过程中也减少了报废率。

技术领域
本发明涉及超市手推车的滚动部件,尤其是一种推车脚轮。
背景技术
手推车是以人力推、拉的搬运车辆,它是一切车辆的始祖,虽然手推车物料搬运技术不断发展,但手推车仍作为不可缺少的搬运工具而沿用至今,主要应用在超市、商场以及生产流水线上,手推车在生产和生活中获得广泛应用是因为它造价低廉、维护简单、操作方便、自重轻,能在机动车辆不便使用的地方工作,在短距离搬运较轻的物品时十分方便,超市推车上的脚轮有导向、万向以及刹车脚轮,无论是导向、万向还是刹车脚轮,都包括支架,设置在支架下端的滚轮,在支架与推车支撑轴的连接处设有活动组件,活动组件多为滚动轴承,不管是带有刹车还是不带有刹车的脚轮,安装在推车上后,脚轮的活动组件与推车的支撑轴连接后,如果轴向定位不好或者不牢的话,在推车装载的货物重量较大时,极易产生轴向抖动,那么,为了保证推车在推动的过程中不发生轴向抖动或抖动的幅度小,活动组件需要安装牢固且自身具有防抖动的功效。
如中国专利公开号为CN201291712Y公开了一种超市手推车脚轮,该手推车脚轮包括偏心支架组件和安装在偏心支架组件下端的滚轮组件,在偏心支架的上端设有滚动轴承,滚动轴承与推车的支撑轴连接,从该公开专利的附图可以看出,该滚动轴承为深沟球轴承,轴承内的钢珠单排设置,钢珠与轴承内圈以及轴承外圈采用线接触,当推车的支撑轴产生轴向抖动时,单排钢珠与轴承内圈和外圈的线接触极为不稳定,而且所承受的轴向应力也比较小,不适合承载过重的货物。
中国专利公开号为CN201982492U公开了一种手推车脚轮用球轴承,该轴承包括外表面具有滚道的内轴和沿内轴周向等距离间隔滚动设置在滚道内的钢球,该钢球也是单排钢球,钢球与轴承内圈以及轴承外圈采用线接触,当推车的支撑轴产生轴向抖动时,单排钢珠与轴承内圈和外圈的线接触也极为不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中推车脚轮所存在的缺陷,提供一种与推车支撑轴连接牢固,在推车承载过重的货物时也不会产生轴向抖动的推车脚轮。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种推车脚轮,包括支架和设置在该支架的下端的滚轮组件,所述支架的上方设有径向凸出部,在该径向凸出部的空腔内设有滚动轴承,该滚动轴承包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈以及设置在所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间的钢珠,所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈的对置面上设有两层沟道,所述钢珠设置在该两层沟道内,在钢珠的外侧设有保持架;所述径向凸出部的内壁上设有多个固定所述轴承外圈的凸楞。
上述的一种推车脚轮,所述凸楞沿所述轴承外圈的周向分布。
上述的一种推车脚轮,所述凸楞与所述支架的径向凸出部一体成型。
上述的一种推车脚轮,所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈对置面上的两层沟道径向叠加。
上述的一种推车脚轮,所述滚轮组件的下方设有刹车片。
本发明的有益效果为:该推车脚轮的凸楞对轴承外圈起到了固定作用,轴承安装在径向凸出部后,凸楞保证了轴承外圈的轴向定位,而且该推车脚轮的滚动轴承采用的是双排钢珠,克服了单排钢珠与轴承内圈和外圈的线接触不稳定的现象,在凸楞对轴承外圈起到轴向定位的前提下,轴承内圈通过双排钢珠也增加了轴向挠度,对推车的支撑轴起到了轴向定位并遏制了支撑轴抖动的趋势,增大了扭矩,加大了承载力,减小了轴向和径向的串动量,工作平稳,增加了使用寿命,而且在机械加工过程中也减少了报废率。

具体实施方式
为使对本发明的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解和认识,用以较佳的实施例及附图配合详细的说明,说明如下:
如图1至图4所示,一种推车脚轮,包括支架1和设置在该支架1的下端的滚轮组件2,支架1的上方设有径向凸出部3,在该径向凸出部3的空腔内设有滚动轴承,该滚动轴承包括轴承外圈4、轴承内圈5以及设置在轴承外圈4和轴承内圈5之间的钢珠6,作为本发明的改进,轴承外圈4和轴承内圈5的对置面上设有两层沿周向延伸的沟道7,钢珠6设置在该两层沟道7内,在钢珠6的外侧设有保持架8,使得钢珠6在保持架8固定的位置内转动;径向凸出部3的内壁上设有多个固定轴承外圈4的凸楞9,凸楞9沿轴承外圈4的周向分布且与支架的径向凸出部3一体成型。
在本发明中,轴承外圈4和轴承内圈5对置面上的两层沟道7径向叠加,当然,为了保证滚轮组件2的制动效果,在滚轮组件2的下方设有刹车片(未画出),轴承内圈5具有向外径向延伸的凸缘10,在该凸缘的外侧设有连接螺纹或卡槽,以便于轴承内圈5与推车的支撑轴连接牢固以及连接的方便性。
该推车脚轮在使用时,直接将推车的支撑轴装入滚动轴承的轴承内圈5中,根据实际需要,推车底部的推车脚轮数量可以任意改变,带有刹车片和不带有刹车片的脚轮也可以混合使用。
该推车脚轮的凸楞9对轴承外圈4起到了固定作用,轴承安装在径向凸出部3后,凸楞9保证了轴承外圈4的轴向定位,而且该推车脚轮的滚动轴承采用的是双排钢珠6,克服了单排钢珠与轴承内圈和外圈的线接触不稳定的现象,在凸楞9对轴承外圈4起到轴向定位的前提下,轴承内圈5通过双排钢珠6也增加了轴向挠度,对推车的支撑轴起到了轴向定位并遏制了支撑轴抖动的趋势,增大了扭矩,加大了承载力,减小了轴向和径向的串动量,工作平稳,增加了使用寿命,而且在机械加工过程中也减少了报废率。

Claims (5)
1.一种推车脚轮,包括支架和设置在该支架的下端的滚轮组件,所述支架的上方设有径向凸出部,在该径向凸出部的空腔内设有滚动轴承,该滚动轴承包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈以及设置在所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间的钢珠,其特征在于,所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈的对置面上设有两层沟道,所述钢珠设置在该两层沟道内,在钢珠的外侧设有保持架;所述径向凸出部的内壁上设有多个固定所述轴承外圈的凸楞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种推车脚轮,其特征在于,所述凸楞沿所述轴承外圈的周向分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种推车脚轮,其特征在于,所述凸楞与所述支架的径向凸出部一体成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种推车脚轮,其特征在于,所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈对置面上的两层沟道径向叠加。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种推车脚轮,其特征在于,所述滚轮组件的下方设有刹车片。
