Abstract

带液压剪装载机,主要由装载机、前方机架、支撑臂、支撑臂轴、转套、液压剪、油缸支架、油缸组成。在装载机二个前轮之间的上方机架上安装固定支撑臂轴。转套安装在支撑臂轴上。支撑臂后端与转套铰链,前端与一付液压剪后端铰链。在油缸控制下,支撑臂可以前后、上下转动及左右横向摆动。装载机铲斗在旧房拆迁中或更换安装成破碎锤作冲击作业中,往往会出现大量钢筋,液压剪可及时快速剪断钢筋。当液压剪剪切钢筋作业时,装载机铲斗向上举起,让出下方空间。当铲斗或破碎锤作业时,支撑臂及液压剪转动收放于装载机前方机架上,让出前方空间,铲斗落地作业。装载机的铲斗或破碎锤作业与液压剪作业互不干涉,使工人操作方便,又提高工效。

技术领域
本发明属于工程机械领域,特别是带液压剪装载机。
背景技术
现有的装载机用前方的铲斗铲装沙石、泥土、煤炭、建筑垃圾等散装物料。或者把铲斗取下,换作其他的工作装置,比如在取下铲斗的位置,安装一台破碎锤。可用于冲击破碎岩层或者水泥路面,或参与城市改造中旧房拆迁。在城市改造中冲击水泥路面及水泥基础设施时,往往会冲击出大量钢筋,拆除旧房作业中,出现的钢筋往往会更多,更密集。但是破碎锤无法剪断钢筋,任其钢筋在水泥墙断裂后互相牵连在一起,一层层掩埋。后来用装载机铲斗来铲装冲击后的建筑垃圾时,因水泥块中的钢筋相互牵连,给铲装带来很大困难,严重影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种装载机安装破碎锤作业或铲斗作业中,出现钢筋时,能及时快速剪断钢筋的带液压剪装载机。
本发明是这样实现的,带液压剪装载机主要由装载机、前方机架、支撑臂、支撑臂轴、转套、液压剪、油缸支架、油缸组成。
在装载机两个前轮之间上方的机架上,安装固定一付由支撑臂支撑的液压剪。转套安装在支撑臂轴上,支撑臂轴固定在前方机架上。支撑臂前端铰链一付液压剪,后端铰链在转套上。支撑臂在油缸作用下可以绕转套上的铰链向上、向下、向前、向后转动。油缸支架与转套连接固定在一起。上转油缸一端与油缸支架铰链,另一端与支撑臂铰链。液压剪油缸一端与支撑臂铰链,另一端与液压剪铰链。液压剪可以旋转,改变剪口剪切方向。前方机架上设置有使支撑臂横向摆动的横移装置。横移油缸一端与油缸支架铰链,另一端与前方机架铰链。液压剪工作时,装载机的铲斗向上举起,让出前方空间,支撑臂在油缸作用下向外转动,液压剪向外伸开作业。铲斗工作时,支撑臂在油缸作用下向后转动,把液压剪收放到前方机架上,让出前方空间,装载机铲斗落下作业。装载机铲斗卸下,更换安装破碎锤作冲击破碎作业时,支撑臂、液压剪向后收放。液压剪剪钢筋作业时,破碎锤举起,让出下方空间。
本发明的有益效果是,装载机在铲装建筑垃圾时,或破碎锤在冲击中出现钢筋时,可随时用液压剪快速剪断钢筋,给工人作业带来很大方便,又提高了工效。

以下所说的油缸,包括油缸和活塞杆,简称油缸。
具体实施方式
图1中,是带液压剪装载机整体结构即支撑臂、液压剪系列件安装在装载机上的整体结构。装载机1中的斗臂3把铲斗4从地面向上举起,让出了装载机1前方空间。
装载机1两个前轮上方机架,有的是钢框结构,这里为了观察方便和安装方便,附图中画成一块大的斜面钢板形式,叫做前方机架。支撑臂轴7安装固定在前方机架5上。前方机架5经过加固后,有足够强度。油缸支架12与转套11连接固定在一起。转套11上固定有一块斜向上的铰链块,与支撑臂8后端铰链在一起。液压剪9后端与支撑臂8的前端铰链在一起。上转油缸6一端与油缸支架12铰链,另一端与支撑臂8铰链,控制支撑臂向前、向后、向上、向下转动。液压剪油缸10一端与支撑臂8铰链,另一端与液压剪9铰链,控制液压剪9张开角度。横移装置由横移油缸13和油缸支架12组成。横移油缸13一端与油缸支架12铰链,另一端与前方机架5铰链。横移油缸13推拉油缸支架12可以使转套11作正、反转动,从而控制支撑臂、液压剪的横向摆动。但这种横向摆动,即横向移动的距离不大,较大的横向移动要开动装载机来调整。支撑臂8可做成多节式,如同伸缩臂汽车起重机,有足够刚度。液压剪9,由剪刀部分、剪切的液压缸部分、液压缸与剪刀柄之间的变速杠杆部分、旋转油缸部分和尾柄组成。图1中是液压剪正在工作情况,液压剪可以向上、向前、向下、左右方向剪切钢筋。
图2中,是支撑臂、液压剪安装在前方支架正中间情况。这种安装适用于装载机1的铲斗油缸2为二根,分别设在装载机1两边而前方机架上没有遮挡的情况。
图3是支撑臂、液压剪安装在前方支架侧边情况。装载机的铲斗油缸,有的机型是二根油缸,布置在机身两边,有的机型是一根油缸,布置在机身正中。铲斗油缸只用一根油缸的,即安装在前方机架5正中间上方,油缸的摆杆下端距前方机架比较近。如果支撑臂8、液压剪9安装在前方机架正中间,则其收放空间就不够了。因此,把支撑臂、液压剪安装在前方机架侧边,就有足够的收放空间。另一方面,前方机架正中间有一个可以拆卸的盖板壳,便于对机架内零部件进行检修。
图4中,是装载机卸下铲斗后安装了破碎锤情况。破碎锤14安装在原铲斗4的位置。图中是破碎锤14已被斗臂3举起,让出了下方空间,液压剪9正在作业的情况。若破碎锤作业,则支撑臂8、液压剪9向上向后收放于前方机架5上。破碎锤14即可落下作冲击作业。
图5是支撑臂、液压剪收放在前方机架上情况。参看图1和图2,上转油缸6拉支撑臂8向上向后转动,液压剪油缸10拉液压剪9向支撑臂8转动收拢,于是收放成图5中情况。
图6是铲斗落地,支撑臂、液压剪收放在前方机架上情况。这时,斗臂3、铲斗油缸2、铲斗4与支撑臂8、液压剪9之间的空间都还比较大,互不干涉。

Claims (1)

1.带液压剪装载机,包括装载机本体、前方机架、支撑臂、支撑臂轴、转套、液压剪、油缸支架、上转油缸、液压剪油缸、横移油缸,其特征在于:转套安装在支撑臂轴上,支撑臂轴固定在前方机架上;支撑臂前端铰连一付液压剪,后端铰连在转套上;油缸支架与转套连接固定在一起;上转油缸一端与油缸支架铰连,另一端与支撑臂铰连;液压剪油缸一端与支撑臂铰连,另一端与液压剪铰连;液压剪可以旋转,改变剪口剪切方向;前方机架上设置有使支撑臂横向摆动的横移装置;横移油缸一端与油缸支架铰连,另一端与前方机架铰连;液压剪工作时,装载机的铲斗向上举起,让出前方空间,支撑臂在上转油缸作用下向外转动,液压剪向外伸开作业;铲斗工作时,支撑臂在上转油缸作用下向后转动,把液压剪收放到前方机架上,让出前方空间,装载机铲斗落下作业。
