Abstract
本发明涉及一种溢流球磨机用衬板，包括具有波峰和波谷的板体，板体的波峰和波谷之间的高度差为50～60mm，板体背部为随形筒体的圆弧结构。本发明的有益效果是：加大衬板的提升能力，减轻磨球对衬板的犁沟磨损；增加易磨损部位的厚度，从而增加衬板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种溢流球磨机用衬板。
背景技术
球磨机衬板的主要作用是保护磨机筒体和带动磨内磨球做泻落运动以冲砸挤压破碎磨内物料。为达到磨球对磨内物料的冲砸研磨功能，要求磨机衬板对磨球必须具有足够的提升及扰动能力。现有的衬板因峰谷高度差不够，使得磨球与筒体衬板相对滑移运动剧烈，加重了磨机衬板的快速磨损。同时，常用的溢流球磨机的衬板背部设有空位槽，空位槽结构为随形波峰、波谷结构，衬板厚度均匀，导致易磨损部位厚度小，衬板使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：基于上述问题，本发明提供一种溢流球磨机用衬板。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的一个技术方案是：一种溢流球磨机用衬板，包括具有波峰和波谷的板体，其板体的波峰和波谷之间的高度差为50～60mm，板体背部为随形筒体的圆弧结构。
本发明的有益效果是：加大衬板的提升能力，减轻磨球对衬板的犁沟磨损；增加易磨损部位的厚度，从而增加衬板的使用寿命。
