现有矿山球磨机用衬板均采用高锰钢合金铸造，加工研磨部分纵向是一平面，运转方向上有波浪形峰谷，运转时所有磨料在衬板表面不均匀分布，磨球滚动或落下时衬板上的高峰与磨球直接碰撞，使球磨机运转时噪音增大，磨球与衬板无效磨损加快，致使球磨机加工效率低，粒度粗。
