 衬板是球磨机筒体内用来保护筒体，避免筒体受到研磨体和物料直接冲击和磨擦，而且衬板可以是多样的，不同的衬板可以调整研磨体的运动状态，使研磨体更有效的对物料造成粉碎效果，不仅对磨机起到了保护作用，而且提高了工作效率，降低了金属消耗，现有技术中，球磨机衬板装配面设计不合理，工作面薄，装配面厚，使用寿命短。
