本实用新型涉及一种球磨机配件，具体为一种球磨机出料篦板。
背景技术
球磨机是物料被破碎之后，再进行粉碎的关键设备，它广泛应用于水泥，硅酸盐制品，新型建筑材料、耐火材料、化肥、黑色与有色金属选矿以及玻璃陶瓷等生产行业，对各种矿石和其它可磨性物料进行干式或湿式粉磨。球磨机的筒体由烘干仓、粗磨仓和细磨仓三个仓体组成，粗磨仓和烘干仓之间通过篦板支架、隔仓篦板和焊接在篦板支架上的挡球板分隔，隔仓篦板通过螺栓固定在篦板支架上，篦板支架通过螺栓固定在仓体内侧。现有的出料篦板在使用过程中容易被碎锻及较小的碾磨体堵塞,因此出料篦板需要经常清理,且长时间使用后容易发生变形，影响球磨机的正常运转。
