球磨机是物料被破碎之后，再进行粉碎的关键设备，它广泛应用于水泥，硅酸盐制品，新型建筑材料、耐火材料、化肥、黑色与有色金属选矿以及玻璃陶瓷等生产行业，对各种矿石和其它可磨性物料进行干式或湿式粉磨。球磨机主机包括筒体，筒体内镶有用衬板，球磨机筒体以一定转速旋转，使磨球受离心力、摩擦力的作用而贴附在筒体衬板上，当磨球被带到一定高度后，由于自身的重力而被抛下，对筒体底部的磨料进行冲击粉碎及研磨。球磨机中设有用于对物料进行粉碎和研磨的打击板，而现有的打击板其耐磨性、韧性、使用寿命、抗裂性等性能加成，长期使用后容易发生变形，需要经常进行检修和更换，影响球磨机的运行效率。
