本发明属于缝纫机技术领域,特指一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,包括有机壳下节,固定在机壳下节上的剪线刀盘组件,在机壳下节后侧的台阶面上或机壳下节内部设置有电磁铁,电磁铁的铁芯的作用力与剪线刀盘组件的刀柄的作用点在同一平面内,电磁铁铁芯与刀柄连接,本发明的电磁铁内置式安装,使电磁铁铁芯的作用力方向与刀柄的作用点在同一个平面上,无需安装导向装置,降低了电磁铁的生产成本;电磁铁内置式安装,方便机器的搬运,同时也提高了整个机器的美观度;结构简单、提升了机器整体的品质。

技术领域:
本发明属于缝纫机技术领域,特指一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构。
背景技术:
目前,缝纫机上用于驱动剪线机构动作的电磁铁是安装在机壳外壁上的。剪线电磁铁的铁芯作用力与剪线刀柄的作用点不在同一平面上。为了确保剪线动作顺利进行,则需要为电磁铁配备相应的导向装置,且零件精度要求较高,加工成本偏高。同时,电磁铁外置一方面影响搬运,另一方面也影响了整个机器的美观。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种机器易于搬运、节约加工成本的缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,包括有机壳下节,固定在机壳下节上的剪线刀盘组件,在机壳下节后侧的台阶面上或机壳下节内部设置有电磁铁,电磁铁的铁芯的作用力与剪线刀盘组件的刀柄的作用点在同一平面内,电磁铁铁芯与刀柄连接。
上述的电磁铁的一端设置有复位装置。
上述的复位装置是:设置在电磁铁尾部的弹簧套,在弹簧套内设置有弹簧安装盲孔,弹簧的一端顶紧在弹簧安装盲孔的顶面上、另一端顶紧在电磁铁铁芯的尾部上。
上述的电磁铁壳体的尾部套装有缓冲垫,缓冲垫通过带有垫片的螺母限位在垫片与电磁铁壳体之间,所述弹簧的另一端顶紧在垫片上。
上述的复位装置是:在电磁铁铁芯的头部套装有弹簧,弹簧的一端顶紧在电磁铁铁芯头部的凸沿上、另一端顶紧在电磁铁壳体上。
上述的电磁铁铁芯通过连接板与刀柄连接。
上述的电磁铁铁芯的头部设置有接头,连接板的两端分别通过轴位螺钉与接头及刀柄铰接。
本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本发明的电磁铁内置式安装,使电磁铁铁芯的作用力方向与刀柄的作用点在同一个平面上,无需安装导向装置,降低了电磁铁的生产成本;
2、本发明的电磁铁内置式安装,方便机器的搬运,同时也提高了整个机器的美观度;
3、本发明结构简单、提升了机器整体的品质。

具体实施方式:
下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—2:
一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,包括有机壳下节1,固定在机壳下节1上的剪线刀盘组件2,在机壳下节1上设置有电磁铁3,电磁铁3的铁芯的作用力与剪线刀盘组件2的刀柄4的作用点在同一平面内,电磁铁3铁芯与刀柄4连接。电磁铁3固设在机壳下节1后侧15的台阶面16上,在整台机器装配完成后,电磁铁3也被零件包覆起来,形成内置式结构。电磁铁3也可以设置在机壳下节1内部的相应位置,形成内置式结构。
上述的电磁铁3的一端设置有复位装置。
上述的复位装置是:设置在电磁铁壳体5尾部的弹簧套6,在弹簧套内设置有弹簧安装盲孔,弹簧的一端顶紧在弹簧安装盲孔的顶面上、另一端顶紧在电磁铁铁芯的尾部7上。
上述的电磁铁铁芯的尾部7套装有缓冲垫8,缓冲垫8为牛筋垫或橡胶垫,起到降噪缓冲的作用。缓冲垫8通过带有垫片9的螺母10限位在垫片9与电磁铁壳体5之间,所述弹簧的另一端顶紧在垫片9上。螺母10与垫片9可为分体或一体结构。
除了上述的复位装置,还可以采取以下结构:在电磁铁铁芯的头部10套装有弹簧,弹簧的一端顶紧在电磁铁铁芯头部10的凸沿11上、另一端顶紧在电磁铁壳体5上。
设置复位装置的目的是为了保证电磁铁铁芯的头部10在原始状态下始终处于伸出状态进而带动刀柄4复位。
上述的电磁铁铁芯通过连接板12与刀柄4连接。
上述的电磁铁铁芯的头部10设置有接头13,连接板12的两端分别通过轴位螺钉14与接头13及刀柄4铰接。
本发明的剪线刀盘组件2包括有安装底板17,安装底板17通过螺钉固定在机壳下节1的上平面上,刀柄4的中部通过轴位螺钉18铰接在安装底板17上,刀柄4的前端与活动刀杆19连接,活动刀杆19的前端设置有动刀20,活动刀杆的一侧设置有固定刀杆21,固定刀杆21的前端设置有定刀22,活动刀杆19在导向块25限定的位置上来回移动,固定刀杆21的后端设置有缓冲挡板23,活动刀杆19的后端与缓冲挡板23接触连接,缓冲挡板23与固定在安装底板17上的扭簧24的一端连接。
本发明的工作原理是:
电磁铁通电时,铁芯吸合通过连接板12带动刀柄4绕周围螺钉18转动,进而带动活动刀杆19向前移动,从而实现动刀20与定刀22咬合形成剪刀,达到剪线目的;断电时,在电磁铁铁芯在复位装置的作用力下复位,进而带动刀柄4复位。
整个过程中,电磁铁3施力方向与刀柄4在同一平面内,因此无需额外的导向装置来限位。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例之一,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,故:凡依本发明的形状、结构、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,包括有机壳下节,固定在机壳下节上的剪线刀盘组件,其特征在于:在机壳下节后侧的台阶面上或机壳下节内部设置有电磁铁,电磁铁的铁芯的作用力与剪线刀盘组件的刀柄的作用点在同一平面上,电磁铁铁芯与刀柄连接;剪线刀盘组件包括有安装底板,安装底板通过螺钉固定在机壳下节的上平面上,刀柄的中部通过轴位螺钉铰接在安装底板上,刀柄的前端与活动刀杆连接,活动刀杆的前端设置有动刀,活动刀杆的一侧设置有固定刀杆,固定刀杆的前端设置有定刀,活动刀杆在导向块限定的位置上来回移动,固定刀杆的后端设置有缓冲挡板,活动刀杆的后端与缓冲挡板接触连接,缓冲挡板与固定在安装底板上的扭簧的一端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,其特征在于:所述的电磁铁的一端设置有复位装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,其特征在于:所述的复位装置是:设置在电磁铁壳体尾部的弹簧套,在弹簧套内设置有弹簧安装盲孔,弹簧的一端顶紧在弹簧安装盲孔的顶面上、另一端顶紧在电磁铁铁芯的尾部上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,其特征在于:所述的电磁铁铁芯的尾部套装有缓冲垫,缓冲垫通过带有垫片的螺母限位在垫片与电磁铁壳体之间,所述弹簧的另一端顶紧在垫片上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,其特征在于:所述的复位装置是:在电磁铁铁芯的头部套装有弹簧,弹簧的一端顶紧在电磁铁铁芯的凸沿上、另一端顶紧在电磁铁壳体上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,其特征在于:所述的电磁铁铁芯通过连接板与刀柄连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种缝纫机内置式剪线电磁铁机构,其特征在于:所述的电磁铁铁芯的头部设置有接头,连接板的两端分别通过轴位螺钉与接头及刀柄铰接。
