本发明属化学镀领域,特别涉及一种新的金属镀技术。
技术背景:
人们日常生活中普遍使用的镀件很少考虑成本的高低,很容易造成能源浪费,环境污染等缺点。
发明内容:
本发明为了克服以上技术上的不足,提供了一种新型化学镀技术,这种化学镀彻底改变了原来能源浪费带来的缺点,节能环保。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
利用还原剂在活化另件表面上自催化还原沉积得到合金镀层,获得含w高达27:25%的非晶合金镀层,并显示透视电镜下其特殊的组织形及其在精化过程中组织化特征。将一定量的原料按以下比例配制:
硫酸镍:20-35g/1
次磷酸钠:15-30.
乙酸钠:5-25.
乳酸:2-30.
糖精:3:8.
氢氧化钠:40-80.
将所有成分入反应釜内,在35-45摄氏温度下反应5-6小时,然后加入氨水调PH值至3:3混合均匀而成。

1.新型金属镀工艺其特征在于,利用还原剂在活化另件表面上自催化还原沉积得到合金镀层,获得含w高达27:25%的非晶合金镀层,并显示透视电镜下其特殊的组织形及其在精化过程中组织化特征。
2.这种新型金属镀工艺其特征还在于将一定量的原料按以下比例配制,硫酸镍,20-35g/次磷酸钠,15-30乙酸钠,5-25.乳酸,2-30.糖精,3:8.氢氧化钠:40-80。
