本发明公开了一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC树脂30%~60%、ABS树脂20%~40%、红磷母粒8%~12%、增韧剂3%~8%、相容剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、加工助剂0.1%~1%、色料0~1%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,在兼具有PC和ABS各自优点的同时,具有良好阻燃性能和高的耐漏电痕迹指数(CTI),而且阻燃效率高、热稳定性好,阻燃过程中低烟和无粉尘污染,并且加工性能优异,成本低,在电子电器、家电等领域的应用优势尤为明显。

一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种分子链重复单元为碳酸酯型的聚合物,它具有冲击强度高、抗蠕变性和尺寸稳定性好、耐热、透明、吸水率低、无毒、介电性能优良等优点;然而,PC却存在加工流动性差、易应力开裂、对缺口敏感、容易磨损、耐化学药品性差、价格偏高等缺点,这些缺点使它在许多领域的应用受到限制。丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)具有良好的耐冲击性和加工流动性,且价格便宜,但ABS在其它力学性能等方面有欠缺。将PC与ABS共混所得到的PC/ABS合金在性能上可以弥补单一组分的不足,达到取长补短的效果,因而具有很好的应用前景。在阻燃方面,虽然PC本身的阻燃性可以达到UL94 V-2 级,但ABS的加入却降低了PC的阻燃性,为了满足PC/ABS合金在实际应用中的防火安全要求和达到V-0级水平,则需对PC/ABS合金进行阻燃改性处理,一般是通过添加阻燃剂的方式。在应用于PC/ABS合金中进行阻燃改性的阻燃剂中,红磷是一种性能良好的阻燃剂,其阻燃效率高、添加量少、成本低,但缺点是容易吸潮、氧化、色变、粉尘易爆炸,因而其在PC/ABS合金中的应用受到了限制。
发明内容
鉴于上述存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC树脂30%~60%、ABS树脂20%~40%、红磷母粒8%~12%、增韧剂3%~8%、相容剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、加工助剂0.1%~1%、色料0~1%。
所述的PC树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
所述的ABS树脂为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物。
所述的红磷母粒是由PC树脂15wt%、微胶囊化红磷50wt%、硼酸锌20wt%、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)10wt%和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)5wt%组成而制得的红磷母粒。
所述的增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(MBS)、热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)中的一种。
所述的相容剂为乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(PTW),其含的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的质量百分数含量为2%~8%。
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂2921、抗氧剂245、抗氧剂168中的一种或几种。
所述的加工助剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)。
所述的色料为钛白粉、无机黄、染料黄、橙红、咖啡红、炭黑中的一种或几种的混合物。
上述的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将PC树脂在鼓风干燥机中于110℃~130℃温度下干燥3~4小时,ABS树脂在80℃~90℃下干燥2~4小时,待用;
(2)、制备红磷母粒:按重量配比称取PC树脂15wt%、微胶囊化红磷50wt%、硼酸锌20wt%、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)10wt%和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)5wt%,加入高速混合器中搅拌均匀后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出、冷却切粒,即制得红磷母粒,经干燥后待用;
(3)、按重量配比称取干燥的PC树脂和ABS树脂,加入高速混合机中搅拌2~5分钟,然后加入按重量配比称取步骤(2)制备的红磷母粒,以及加入按重量配比称取的增韧剂、相容剂、抗氧剂、加工助剂、色料,使一起搅拌10~30分钟和均匀混合后,出料;
(4)、将步骤(3)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,在230℃~260℃下经塑化共混后挤出、冷却造粒,即得本发明的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,在兼具有PC和ABS各自优点的同时,具有良好阻燃性能和高的耐漏电痕迹指数(CTI),而且阻燃效率高、热稳定性好,阻燃过程中低烟和无粉尘污染,并且加工性能优异,成本低,在电子电器、家电等领域的应用优势尤为明显。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC树脂50%、ABS树脂27%、红磷母粒12%、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)8%、相容剂2%、抗氧剂1010 0.2%、乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)0.8%。其中,所述的PC树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯;所述的ABS树脂为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物;所述的红磷母粒是由PC树脂15wt%、微胶囊化红磷50wt%、硼酸锌20wt%、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)10wt%和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)5wt%组成而制得的红磷母粒;所述的相容剂为乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(PTW),其含的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的质量百分数含量为2%~8%。
制备方法:(1)、将PC树脂在鼓风干燥机中于110℃~130℃温度下干燥3~4小时,ABS树脂在80℃~90℃下干燥2~4小时,待用;(2)、制备红磷母粒:按重量配比称取PC树脂15wt%、微胶囊化红磷50wt%、硼酸锌20wt%、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)10wt%和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)5wt%,加入高速混合器中搅拌均匀后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出、冷却切粒,即制得红磷母粒,经干燥后待用;(3)、按重量配比称取干燥的PC树脂和ABS树脂,加入高速混合机中搅拌2~5分钟,然后加入按重量配比称取步骤(2)制备的红磷母粒,以及加入按重量配比称取的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、相容剂、抗氧剂1010、乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS),使一起搅拌10~30分钟和均匀混合后,出料;(4)、将步骤(3)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,在230℃~260℃下经塑化共混后挤出、冷却造粒,即得本发明的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金。

Claims (6)

1.一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC树脂30%~60%、ABS树脂20%~40%、红磷母粒8%~12%、增韧剂3%~8%、相容剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、加工助剂0.1%~1%、色料0~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,其特征在于,所述的红磷母粒是由PC树脂15wt%、微胶囊化红磷50wt%、硼酸锌20wt%、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)10wt%和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)5wt%组成而制得的红磷母粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,其特征在于,所述的增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(MBS)、热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,其特征在于,所述的相容剂为乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(PTW),其含的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的质量百分数含量为2%~8%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金,其特征在于,所述的加工助剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将PC树脂在鼓风干燥机中于110℃~130℃温度下干燥3~4小时,ABS树脂在80℃~90℃下干燥2~4小时,待用;
(2)、制备红磷母粒:按重量配比称取PC树脂15wt%、微胶囊化红磷50wt%、硼酸锌20wt%、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)10wt%和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)5wt%,加入高速混合器中搅拌均匀后,出料加入双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出、冷却切粒,即制得红磷母粒,经干燥后待用;
(3)、按重量配比称取干燥的PC树脂和ABS树脂,加入高速混合机中搅拌2~5分钟,然后加入按重量配比称取步骤(2)制备的红磷母粒,以及加入按重量配比称取的增韧剂、相容剂、抗氧剂、加工助剂、色料,使一起搅拌10~30分钟和均匀混合后,出料;
(4)、将步骤(3)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,在230℃~260℃下经塑化共混后挤出、冷却造粒,即得本发明的一种红磷母粒阻燃改性PC/ABS合金。
