背景技术
聚乙烯是一种质轻无毒,具有优良的电绝缘性能和耐化学腐蚀性能的热塑性材料,其价格低廉,成型加工容易,广泛应用于电器、化工、食品、机械等行业,其中应用于电线电缆行业尤甚。同时聚乙烯有耐燃性差的缺点,其制作的电缆有时在高温、发热、放电等条件下,很容易燃烧而引起火灾。因此,聚乙烯阻燃问题逐渐被重视。近年来,环保呼声日益增高,使用阻燃剂在获得综合性能优良的聚乙烯材料的同时,也要充分考虑到对环境的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无卤硅系阻燃、低烟、无毒、热值低和具有良好加工性能、机械性能、耐热性能的阻燃改性聚乙烯材料及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯45%~70%、硅系阻燃剂12%~25%、阻燃协同剂3%~8%、碳酸钙15%~30%、分散剂0.5%~2%、偶联剂0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
所述的硅系阻燃剂为聚硅氧烷阻燃剂、聚硅硼烷阻燃剂、硅磷酸酯阻燃剂中的一种。
所述的阻燃协同剂为纳米氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、聚磷酸铵(PPA)与季戊四醇混合物、硬脂酸镁中的一种。
所述的分散剂为聚乙烯蜡。
所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂或铝钛复合偶联剂。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
上述的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量配比称取碳酸钙和偶联剂,加入高速混合器中混合均匀,温度为80℃~100℃,混合时间为10~30分钟,得到表面处理好的碳酸钙,然后加入按重量配比称取的聚乙烯、硅系阻燃剂、阻燃协同剂、分散剂和抗氧剂,继续混合5~20分钟;
(2)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融混炼5~30分钟,温度控制在150℃~200℃,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥,即得本发明的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明采用添加硅系阻燃剂共混制得的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,不仅具有优异的阻燃性(氧指数为32以上),达到UL94-0阻燃级标准,而且低烟,无毒,防熔滴,环境友好,循环使用效果较好,可满足人们对阻燃的严格要求,同时还能改善材料的加工性能、机械性能、耐热性能等,具有很好的发展潜力和应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯55%、聚硅氧烷阻燃剂18%、纳米氢氧化铝5%、碳酸钙20%、聚乙烯蜡1%、硅烷偶联剂0.4%、受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.6%。
制备方法:(1)按重量配比称取碳酸钙和硅烷偶联剂,加入高速混合器中混合均匀,温度为80℃~100℃,混合时间为10~30分钟,得到表面处理好的碳酸钙,然后加入按重量配比称取的聚乙烯、聚硅氧烷阻燃剂、纳米氢氧化铝、聚乙烯蜡和受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物,继续混合5~20分钟;(2)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融混炼5~30分钟,温度控制在150℃~200℃,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥,即得本发明的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料。
实施例2:
一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯45%、聚硅硼烷阻燃剂24%、硼酸锌8%、碳酸钙20%、聚乙烯蜡1.5%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.6%、受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.9%。
制备方法:(1)按重量配比称取碳酸钙和铝钛复合偶联剂,加入高速混合器中混合均匀,温度为80℃~100℃,混合时间为10~30分钟,得到表面处理好的碳酸钙,然后加入按重量配比称取的聚乙烯、聚硅硼烷阻燃剂、硼酸锌、聚乙烯蜡和受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物,继续混合5~20分钟;(2)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融混炼5~30分钟,温度控制在150℃~200℃,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥,即得本发明的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料。
实施例3:
一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯64%、硅磷酸酯阻燃剂12%、聚磷酸铵(PPA)与季戊四醇混合物3%、碳酸钙20%、聚乙烯蜡0.5%、硅烷偶联剂0.2%、受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.3%。
制备方法:(1)按重量配比称取碳酸钙和硅烷偶联剂,加入高速混合器中混合均匀,温度为80℃~100℃,混合时间为10~30分钟,得到表面处理好的碳酸钙,然后加入按重量配比称取的聚乙烯、硅磷酸酯阻燃剂、聚磷酸铵(PPA)与季戊四醇混合物、聚乙烯蜡和受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物,继续混合5~20分钟;(2)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融混炼5~30分钟,温度控制在150℃~200℃,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥,即得本发明的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料。

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯45%~70%、硅系阻燃剂12%~25%、阻燃协同剂3%~8%、碳酸钙15%~30%、分散剂0.5%~2%、偶联剂0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其特征在于,所述的硅系阻燃剂为聚硅氧烷阻燃剂、聚硅硼烷阻燃剂、硅磷酸酯阻燃剂中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其特征在于,所述的阻燃协同剂为纳米氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、聚磷酸铵(PPA)与季戊四醇混合物、硬脂酸镁中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为聚乙烯蜡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂或铝钛复合偶联剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量配比称取碳酸钙和偶联剂,加入高速混合器中混合均匀,温度为80℃~100℃,混合时间为10~30分钟,得到表面处理好的碳酸钙,然后加入按重量配比称取的聚乙烯、硅系阻燃剂、阻燃协同剂、分散剂和抗氧剂,继续混合5~20分钟;
(2)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融混炼5~30分钟,温度控制在150℃~200℃,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥,即得本发明的一种阻燃改性聚乙烯材料。
