Abstract
一种弹簧式蓄能器,具有蓄能器本体,蓄能器本体的腔内设有活塞和弹簧,蓄能器本体处于活塞上方的腔内设有加压滑块,所述弹簧处于活塞和加压滑块之间;蓄能器本体的上方设有压力补偿装置,压力补偿装置具有壳体、线圈、导套、衔铁和磁轭底座,衔铁的底面上固定有导向杆,壳体连接在磁轭底座上,线圈处于壳体内,线圈中设置所述导套,导套的下端插入磁轭底座的通孔中并固定在磁轭底座上,衔铁处于导套内,衔铁的导向杆向下插入蓄能器本体中,衔铁下移,带动导向杆下移触及加压滑块,与蓄能器本体的输油孔连接的输油管分成两路,一路通向液压系统,另一路通向压力继电器,压力继电器控制线圈通、断电。本发明具有压力补偿功能,能延长液压管路系统保压时间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于液压管路系统中的弹簧式蓄能器。
背景技术
蓄能器的功用主要是用于储存油液的压力能。通常可应用于为执行元件短时间大量供油,使执行元件实现快速运动;蓄能器可吸收液压管路中液流速度和方向的急剧变化所产生的压力冲击和压力脉动,使压力波动大大减小,以避免造成液压元件损坏;蓄能器还可长时间维持系统压力,当液压泵停止供油时,蓄能器可向系统提供压力油,补偿系统泄漏或充当应急能源,使系统在一段时间内维持压力,避免停电或系统故障等原因造成的油源突然中断而损坏机件。
蓄能器有多种类型,弹簧式蓄能器是常用的一种蓄能器,弹簧式蓄能器的壳体内设有活塞,活塞的上方设有弹簧,活塞的下方为压力油腔。弹簧式蓄能器是利用弹簧的伸缩来储存或释放能量,结构简单,动作灵敏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种具有压力补偿功能、能延长液压管路系统保压时间的弹簧式蓄能器。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:本发明具有蓄能器本体,蓄能器本体的腔内设有活塞和弹簧,活塞下方的腔为压力油腔,蓄能器本体的底部设有和压力油腔相通的输油孔,其特征在于:蓄能器本体处于活塞上方的腔内设有加压滑块,所述弹簧处于活塞和加压滑块之间;蓄能器本体的上方设有压力补偿装置,压力补偿装置具有壳体、线圈、导套、衔铁和磁轭底座,衔铁的底面上固定有导向杆,壳体连接在磁轭底座上,线圈处于壳体内,线圈中设置所述导套,导套的下端插入磁轭底座的通孔中并固定在磁轭底座上,衔铁处于导套内,衔铁的导向杆向下插入蓄能器本体中,衔铁下移,带动导向杆下移压及加压滑块,与蓄能器本体的输油孔连接的输油管分成两路,一路通向液压管路系统,另一路通向压力继电器,压力继电器控制线圈通、断电。
所述导向杆上固定有导向滑块。
本发明具有如下积极效果:本发明除具有传统弹簧式蓄能器功能外,还具有压力补偿作用,加压滑块处于蓄能器本体顶部时,蓄能器起吸收和释放油液压力作用,压缩弹簧将弹性势能转化为压力能,当液压管路系统中油液压力下降至设定值时,通过压力继电器接通电磁线圈电路,衔铁在电磁力作用下向下移动,导向杆下移推动加压滑块压缩弹簧,补偿液压管路系统压力下降值,延长液压系统的保压时间。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例具有蓄能器本体1,蓄能器本体1的腔内设有活塞2和弹簧3,活塞2的柱面上嵌有密封圈10。活塞2下方的腔为压力油腔1-1,蓄能器本体1的底部设有和压力油腔1-1相通的输油孔1-2,蓄能器本体1的顶部设有顶孔1-3。蓄能器本体1处于活塞2上方的腔内设有加压滑块4。弹簧3处于活塞2和加压滑块4之间。
弹簧3的设置采取在活塞2的顶面上设有凸环2-1,在加压滑块4的底面上设有凸环4-1,弹簧3的上端嵌入加压滑块4的凸环4-1中,弹簧3的下端嵌入活塞2的凸环2-1中。
蓄能器本体1的上方设有压力补偿装置5,压力补偿装置5具有壳体5-1、线圈5-2、导套5-3、衔铁5-4和磁轭底座5-6,衔铁5-4的底面上固定有导向杆5-4-1。
磁轭底座5-6上具有凸台5-6-1,壳体5-1套在磁轭底座5-6的凸台5-6-1上和磁轭底座5-6连接。壳体5-1的顶部设有顶孔,磁轭底座5-6的凸台5-6-1上设有底孔,壳体5-1的顶孔、磁轭底座5-6的底孔和蓄能器本体上的顶孔1-3是同一中心线上。线圈5-2处于壳体5-1内,线圈5-2中设置所述导套5-3,导套5-3的底部具有凸环5-3-1,磁轭底座5-6的底面上且围绕底孔设有凹槽,导套5-3的下端插入磁轭底座5-6的底孔中,导套5-3的凸环5-3-1处于磁轭底座5-6的凹槽中而被磁轭底座5-6固定。导套5-3的上端通过壳体5-1的顶孔伸出。
所述衔铁5-4处于导套5-3内,衔铁5-4上的导向杆5-4-1向下插入蓄能器本体1中,衔铁5-4向下移动,带动导向杆5-4-1压及加压滑块,所述导向杆5-4-1上固定有导向滑块5-5,导向滑块5-5上设有密封圈5-5-1。
压力补偿装置5通过磁轭底座5-6固定在蓄能器本体1上。
蓄能器本体1的上部外侧面上设有插头组件8和压力继电器7,线圈5-2的导线和压力继电器7的导线9通过插头组件8连接。与蓄能器本体1的输油孔1-2连接的输油管分成两路,一路管道通向液压系统,另一路管道6通向压力继电器7,压力继电器7控制线圈5-2通、断电。
当蓄能器本体1内的压力油腔1-1高于设定压力时,蓄能器本体1内的弹簧3受到压缩,并将油液的压力能转化为弹簧的弹性热能;当液压系统中的压力有所减小,弹簧3通过加压滑块4推动活塞2下移,维持液压系统中的压力。弹簧3的势能释放至油液的设定压力时,此时液压管路系统中的压力减小,压力继电器7接通,向线圈5-2供电,线圈5-2得电后,衔铁5-4下移,衔铁5-4上的导向杆5-4-1施力于加压滑块4上,加压滑块4对弹簧3加压,弹簧3压缩,继续向液压管路系统提供保压能量,补偿液压管路系统的压力下降值,因此能延长管路中的保压时间。
Claims (2)
1.一种弹簧式蓄能器,具有蓄能器本体(1),蓄能器本体(1)的腔内设有活塞(2)和弹簧(3),活塞(2)下方的腔为压力油腔(1-1),蓄能器本体(1)的底部设有和压力油腔(1-1)相通的输油孔(1-2),其特征在于:蓄能器本体(1)处于活塞(2)上方的腔内设有加压滑块(4),所述弹簧(3)处于活塞(2)和加压滑块(4)之间;蓄能器本体(1)的上方设有压力补偿装置(5),压力补偿装置(5)具有壳体(5-1)、线圈(5-2)、导套(5-3)、衔铁(5-4)和磁轭底座(5-6),衔铁(5-4)的底面上固定有导向杆(5-4-1),壳体(5-1)连接在磁轭底座(5-6)上,线圈(5-2)处于壳体(5-1)内,线圈(5-2)中设置所述导套(5-3),导套(5-3)的下端插入磁轭底座(5-6)的通孔中并固定在磁轭底座(5-6)上,衔铁(5-4)处于导套(5-3)内,衔铁(5-4)的导向杆(5-4-1)向下插入蓄能器本体(1)中,衔铁(5-4)下移,带动导向杆(5-4-1)下移压及加压滑块(4),与蓄能器本体(1)的输油孔(1-2)连接的输油管分成两路,一路通向液压管路系统,另一路通向压力继电器(7),压力继电器(7)控制线圈(5-2)通、断电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧式蓄能器,其特征在于:所述导向杆(5-4-1)上固定有导向滑块(5-5)。
