Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车用耐高温橡胶管,本汽车用耐高温橡胶管由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氟醚橡胶80份~100份,氧化镁5份~10份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑2份~8份,炭黑40份~60份,陶土10份~20份,防老剂12份~18份;其中,所述防老剂为质量比为1:1的2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹聚合体和N-苯基-α-苯胺;本橡胶管具有耐热、耐油、耐臭氧、高强度等特性,物理性能良好,后加工性能良好,最高使用温度达280℃~320℃,整车试验中耐高温橡胶管未出现任何老化以及其他影响使用性能的不良现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶管技术领域,尤其是一种汽车用耐高温橡胶管。
背景技术
汽车橡胶管主要连接发动机与空气滤清器、发动机与散热器系统、汽车空调系统等部件,其作为进气系统的组成部分,离发动机较近,随着汽车发动机趋于大功率、装配紧凑化发展方向,发动机系统环境温度和部分零部件的使用温度升高,迫使橡胶零部件要求提高耐高温、耐老化等各项性能。汽车行驶时,汽车橡胶管实际最高温度可达300℃,而普通橡胶管只能在大约180℃下长期使用,在250℃下使用出现严重的龟裂、破损等老化现象,无法满足需求,因此,需要研制了新型耐高温橡胶管以解决该问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车用耐高温橡胶管,这种汽车用耐高温橡胶管可以解决现有汽车橡胶管耐高温性能差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本汽车用耐高温橡胶管由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氟醚橡胶80份~100份,氧化镁5份~10份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑2份~8份,炭黑40份~60份,陶土10份~20份,防老剂12份~18份;其中,所述防老剂为质量比为1:1的2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹聚合体和N-苯基-α-苯胺。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:
原料的重量份数为:氟醚橡胶80份,氧化镁10份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑5份,炭黑40份,陶土20份,防老剂12份。
进一步的,原料的重量份数为:氟醚橡胶90份,氧化镁8份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑2份,炭黑60份,陶土15份,防老剂15份。
更进一步的,原料的重量份数为:氟醚橡胶100份,氧化镁5份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑8份,炭黑50份,陶土10份,防老剂18份。
耐高温橡胶管是指在经受长时间热老化后依然保持原有力学性能和使用价值的橡胶管,即在高温条件下,橡胶的力学性能基本不下降的性质,高温时物理机械性能与室温时的差别小,即耐高温性能好。
本耐高温橡胶管的制备方法为:称取氟醚橡胶80份~100份,氧化镁5份~10份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑2份~8份,炭黑40份~60份,陶土10份~20份,防老剂12份~18份;其中,防老剂为质量比为1:1的2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹聚合体和N-苯基-α-苯胺。将氧化镁和陶土分别过滤除去杂质,备用,将氟醚橡胶置于50℃~65℃烘箱,待烘软后切成小块备用,然后转入开炼机中,设置前辊温度为45℃~55℃,后辊温度为40℃~50℃,塑炼20分钟~30分钟,然后依次加入氧化镁、防老剂、炭黑、陶土和2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑,搅拌均匀,控制辊速15转/分~18转/分,温度为80℃~110℃,混炼15分钟~20分钟;转入挤压机,压制成型,转入模具腔中,制备得到耐高温橡胶管。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用耐高温氟醚橡胶为基础原料,辅助添加促进剂、防老剂等,所制备的橡胶管具有耐热、耐油、耐臭氧、高强度等特性,物理性能良好,后加工性能良好,最高使用温度达280℃~320℃,整车试验中耐高温橡胶管未出现任何老化以及其他影响使用性能的不良现象。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例的耐高温橡胶管由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氟醚橡胶80份,氧化镁10份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑5份,炭黑40份,陶土20份,防老剂12份。
制备方法为:按照上述比例称取各原料;将氧化镁和陶土分别过滤除去杂质,备用,将氟醚橡胶置于50℃烘箱,待烘软后切成小块备用,然后转入开炼机中,设置前辊温度为55℃,后辊温度为50℃,塑炼25钟,然后依次加入氧化镁、防老剂、炭黑、陶土和2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑,搅拌均匀,控制辊速16转/分,温度为95℃,混炼17分钟;转入挤压机,压制成型,转入模具腔中,制备得到耐高温橡胶管。
本实施例的防老剂2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹聚合体和N-苯基-α-苯胺的混合物,其中,2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹聚合体和N-苯基-α-苯胺质量比为1:1。
实施例2
本实施例的耐高温橡胶管由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氟醚橡胶90份,氧化镁8份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑2份,炭黑60份,陶土15份,防老剂15份。
制备方法为:按照上述比例称取各原料;将氧化镁和陶土分别过滤除去杂质,备用,将氟醚橡胶置于60℃烘箱,待烘软后切成小块备用,然后转入开炼机中,设置前辊温度为50℃,后辊温度为45℃,塑炼20分钟,然后依次加入氧化镁、防老剂、炭黑、陶土和2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑,搅拌均匀,控制辊速18转/分,温度为80℃,混炼20分钟;转入挤压机,压制成型,转入模具腔中,制备得到耐高温橡胶管。
本实施例的防老剂2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹聚合体和N-苯基-α-苯胺的混合物,其中,2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹聚合体和N-苯基-α-苯胺质量比为1:1。
实施例3
本实施例的耐高温橡胶管由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氟醚橡胶100份,氧化镁5份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑8份,炭黑50份,陶土10份,防老剂18份。
制备方法为:按照上述比例称取各原料;将氧化镁和陶土分别过滤除去杂质,备用,将氟醚橡胶置于65℃烘箱,待烘软后切成小块备用,然后转入开炼机中,设置前辊温度为45℃,后辊温度为40℃,塑炼30分钟,然后依次加入氧化镁、防老剂、炭黑、陶土和2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑,搅拌均匀,控制辊速15转/分,温度为110℃,混炼15分钟;转入挤压机,压制成型,转入模具腔中,制备得到耐高温橡胶管。
 分别对实施例1,实施例2和实施例3所制备的橡胶管的耐高温性能进行测定,结果见表1:

1.一种汽车用耐高温橡胶管,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氟醚橡胶80份~100份,氧化镁5份~10份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑2份~8份,炭黑40份~60份,陶土10份~20份,防老剂12份~18份;其中,所述防老剂为质量比为1:1的2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹聚合体和N-苯基-α-苯胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用耐高温橡胶管,其特征在于所述原料的重量份数为:氟醚橡胶80份,氧化镁10份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑5份,炭黑40份,陶土20份,防老剂12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用耐高温橡胶管,其特征在于所述原料的重量份数为:氟醚橡胶90份,氧化镁8份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑2份,炭黑60份,陶土15份,防老剂15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用耐高温橡胶管,其特征在于所述原料的重量份数为:氟醚橡胶100份,氧化镁5份,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑8份,炭黑50份,陶土10份,防老剂18份。
