本发明提供一种O形密封圈的生产工艺,可提高密封圈的柔韧性。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种O形密封圈的生产工艺,包括胶料生产工艺和产品生产工艺,其中,胶料生产工艺如下:
(1)按照具体配方比例称量各种配料;它的橡胶原料组份及配比选择为18型丁腈橡胶20~40份、1502型丁苯橡胶80~120份、硫磺0.9~1.1份、氧化锌4~6份、硬脂酸1~1.2份、喷雾炭黑60~80份、邻二丁酯15~25份、促进剂NOBS 2~4份、防老剂2~4份, 活性剂:4-5 份、化学防护剂:2-3 份、物理防护剂1.5-3 份、硫化剂:0.3-1 份、硫化促进剂2.5-3.5 份、炭黑:30-70 份、填充剂:15-40 份、增塑剂:18-22 份、尼龙:1.5-5 份、抑霜胶:1-2 份、防焦剂:0.1-0.5 份、树脂:0.1-0.5份;组份每份的重量单位根据生产需要定,如一份按1千克;(2)按照(1)的橡胶原料配比加入18型丁腈橡胶和1502型丁苯橡胶加到炼胶机上,混炼2分钟,炼胶机辊距4mm混炼2分钟后依次加入硫磺、防老剂4010、氧化锌、硬脂酸混合均匀,辊距调到5mm加入促进剂NOBS、喷雾炭黑、邻二丁酯混合均匀;(3)炼胶机辊距调至2mm使胶料反复薄通6次,打卷4次,八把刀4次;(4)混炼均匀胶料室温停放24小时待用;
产品生产工艺如下:
(1)停放后胶料上炼胶机以4mm辊距热炼1分钟,倒卷2次;(2)热炼后胶料切割成合适尺寸胶片加入160℃模具内加压10MPa,硫化15分钟,升模具时排气3次;(3)硫化完成后开启模具,取出产品。
本发明涉及的这种O形密封圈的生产工艺,提高了产品的柔韧性,使配方在强度、硬度和柔韧性之间保持一种科学的平衡。

(1)按照具体配方比例称量各种配料;它的橡胶原料组份及配比选择为18型丁腈橡胶20~40份、1502型丁苯橡胶80~120份、硫磺0.9~1.1份、氧化锌4~6份、硬脂酸1~1.2份、喷雾炭黑60~80份、邻二丁酯15~25份、促进剂NOBS 2~4份、防老剂2~4份, 活性剂:4-5 份、化学防护剂:2-3 份、物理防护剂1.5-3 份、硫化剂:0.3-1 份、硫化促进剂2.5-3.5 份、炭黑:30-70 份、填充剂:15-40 份、增塑剂:18-22 份、尼龙:1.5-5 份、抑霜胶:1-2 份、防焦剂:0.1-0.5 份、树脂:0.1-0.5份;组份每份的重量单位根据生产需要定,如一份按1千克;(2)按照(1)的橡胶原料配比加入18型丁腈橡胶和1502型丁苯橡胶加到炼胶机上,混炼2分钟,炼胶机辊距4mm混炼2分钟后依次加入硫磺、防老剂4010、氧化锌、硬脂酸混合均匀,辊距调到5mm加入促进剂NOBS、喷雾炭黑、邻二丁酯混合均匀;(3)炼胶机辊距调至2mm使胶料反复薄通6次,打卷4次,八把刀4次;(4)混炼均匀胶料室温停放24小时待用;
