Abstract

本发明公开了一种用废旧橡胶制备全胶粉弹性体的方法。是将40~120目的废旧橡胶粉100份,在三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯和丙酮的胶粉处理剂中浸泡1~3小时,得到改性胶粉;在双辊开炼机中将改性胶粉薄通三次;再加入过氧化二异丙苯,氧化锌,硬脂酸,在辊筒温度50~80℃混炼3~5min,出片;再在温度100~130℃,压力5~8MPa条件下模压10~15min。本发明通过对胶粉的预处理及硫化改性剂改性后,内部分布均匀,拉断面具有与原生天然橡胶拉伸断面相似的结构,其拉伸强度比现有利用苯肼和ZnCl2处理的胶粉的拉伸强度提高了3-5倍;其性能优异、可直接作为橡胶片材广泛应用,但价格比原生天然橡胶低廉,具有明显的经济效益。

一种用废旧橡胶制备全胶粉弹性体的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用废旧橡胶制备全胶粉弹性体的方法。
背景技术
废旧橡胶主要有轮胎、胶带、胶管和工业橡胶制品等,其中以废旧轮胎为最多。 全世界汽车轮胎年报废量在10 亿条以上,中国为5 000~6 000 万条,在石油不断涨价的背景下,天然橡胶原料已涨至26 000 元/ t ,废橡胶资源的回收利用已成为当今世界上的热门课题,对循环经济和可持续发展具有重要的现实意义,并可产生巨大的经济效益。 我国现阶段大多还是利用热、氧和高剪切力的条件来制备脱硫再生胶,既消耗大量的能量,又污染环境。 发达国家则较多将废轮胎磨碎成胶粉,作为回收橡胶的一种新途径。目前,胶粉的利用主要集中在改性沥青,混凝土,塑料及橡胶的性能研究中。而在废轮胎胶粉中加入化学物质,直接制备弹性体国外已有多人研究。 Abbas A 利用苯肼和ZnCl2 处理胶粉,其脱硫效果好,能达到50%的溶胶率,但是利用此种改性胶粉所制备的全胶粉弹性体物理机械性能差,拉伸强度只能达到3 MPa。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用废旧橡胶制备全胶粉弹性体的方法。以实现制备的全胶粉弹性体物理机械性能及拉伸强度更好。
用废旧橡胶制备全胶粉弹性体的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:各原料重量配比为:胶粉处理剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯10~30份,废旧橡胶粉100份,过氧化二异丙苯1~10份,氧化锌1~8份,硬脂酸5~30份;丙酮50~10份;
(2)按上述配比先将胶粉处理剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯溶于丙酮中,混合均匀;再将废旧橡胶粉加入,浸泡1~3小时使丙酮挥发,得到改性胶粉;
(3)把双辊开炼机调到薄通位置,将改性胶粉加入并薄通三次;
(4)依次加入过氧化二异丙苯,氧化锌及硬脂酸,在辊筒温度50~80℃混炼3~5min,出片;
(5)将上述片材在温度100~130℃,压力5~8MPa的平板硫化机上模压成片10~15min。所述废旧橡胶粉是将废轮胎粉碎,过40~120目筛。
本发明通过对胶粉的预处理及硫化改性剂改性后,内部分布均匀,拉断面具有与原生天然橡胶拉伸断面相似的结构,其拉伸强度与现有利用苯肼和ZnCl2 处理的胶粉,其拉伸强度由3 MPa提高到9-15,提高了3-5倍;其性能优异、用途广泛, 产品可直接作为橡胶片材,可广泛用于制鞋工业,矿山工业,健身器材行业等,由于废胶粉价格低廉,仅2000元/t,具有明显的经济效益。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1-4:
各实施例的具体配方列于表1:

操作步骤:
(1)先将三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯溶于100ml的丙酮中,混合均匀,再将废胶粉按照表1中的量分别加入,按照表1中的浸泡时间浸泡,使丙酮挥发,得到改性胶粉;
(2)将双辊开炼机调到薄通位置,将改性胶粉加入,薄通三次,
(3)依次按照表1中量加入过氧化二异丙苯,氧化锌,硬脂酸,在表1中辊筒温度下混炼3~5min,出片;
(4)将上述片材在在平板硫化机在上模压,模压条件是:温度为110℃,模压时间10min,模压压力5MPa。
各实施你力学性能测试(以ASTM为准),结果见表2:

1. 一种用废旧橡胶制备全胶粉弹性体的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:各原料重量配比为:胶粉处理剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯10~30份,废旧橡胶粉100份,过氧化二异丙苯1~10份,氧化锌1~8份,硬脂酸5~30份;丙酮50~10份;所述废旧橡胶粉是将废轮胎粉碎,过40~120目筛;
(2)按上述配比先将胶粉处理剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯溶于丙酮中,混合均匀;再将废旧橡胶粉加入,浸泡1~3小时使丙酮挥发,得到改性胶粉;
(3)把双辊开炼机调到薄通位置,将改性胶粉加入并薄通三次;
(4)依次加入过氧化二异丙苯,氧化锌及硬脂酸,在辊筒温度50~80℃混炼3~5min,出片;
(5)将上述片材在温度100~130℃,压力5~8MPa的平板硫化机上模压10~15min。
