Abstract
本发明公开了一种FFC连接器,包括:底座;上盖,可旋转地铰接于底座上;至少一个弹片,弹片设于底座上且弹片的顶端凸出于底座上表面,弹片的底端伸出底座下表面;定位件,凸设于底座上表面;上盖的自由端设有弯折的延伸部,延伸部用于卡设在底座上。本发明还公开了一种背光模组及布线装置。本发明的FFC连接器可以很好地固定FFC排线,并实现FFC排线与灯条组件的可靠电连接;FFC排线的插接端通电后,FFC排线可通过各个FFC连接器实现与各个灯条组件的电连接,布线方式简单且固定可靠,有效降低了FFC排线的布线难度,大大提高了背光模组的组装效率;同时布线方式自动化程度更高,布线工艺大大简化。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种直下式背光模组及布线装置。
背景技术
常见的背光模组主要分为直下式和侧入光式两类,直下式背光模组一般不需要导光板,所以在成本上较侧入光式有优势,且直下式背光模组更利于局域控光技术的应用。
一般直下式背光模组的LED(Lighting Emitting Diode,发光二极管)灯珠均匀分布在后壳上,其通过电路划分为多个区块,所以也需要更多的连接线将其LED灯条和整机电源板进行电性连接,比侧入式背光模组的连接线接入方式复杂,连接工艺上也比较繁琐,组装效率较低。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种直下式背光模组及布线装置,可以有效降低连接线的布线难度,提高背光模组的组装效率。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种FFC(Flexible Flat Cable,柔性扁平电缆)连接器,包括:
底座;
上盖,可旋转地铰接于所述底座上;
至少一个弹片,所述弹片设于所述底座上且所述弹片的顶端凸出于所述底座上表面,所述弹片的底端伸出所述底座下表面;
所述上盖的自由端设有弯折的延伸部,所述延伸部用于卡设在所述底座上。
其中,所述弹片为多个,平行设于所述底座上,且所述弹片的延伸方向平行于所述上盖的旋转轴。
其中,FFC连接器还包括凸设于所述底座上表面的定位件。
其中,所述定位件为四个,分别设于所述底座的四个角上。
其中,所述定位件为凸柱。
本发明还提供了一种直下式背光模组,包括后壳、多条平行且间隔设置的灯条组件、FFC排线及上述FFC连接器,所述灯条组件固定设于所述后壳内,每个所述灯条组件上设有一个所述FFC连接器;所述FFC排线夹设于所述FFC连接器的所述底座和所述上盖之间,所述FFC排线上设有与所述弹片电连接的导电端子,所述弹片的底端与所述灯条组件电连接。
其中,所述FFC排线的宽度方向设有缺口部,所述底座上表面凸设有定位件,且所述定位件设于所述缺口部内。
其中,所述FFC排线与所述灯条组件的长度方向正交设置。
其中,所述FFC连接器设于所述灯条组件的一端,且所述上盖的旋转轴垂直于所述灯条组件的长度方向。
另外,本发明还提供了一种上述直下式背光模组的布线装置,包括绕线轮、滚压轮、弹性缓冲轴和冲裁刀组件,所述绕线轮上卷有所述FFC排线,所述绕线轮沿各个所述FFC连接器的连线依次滚过各个所述FFC连接器,同时所述滚压轮在所述弹性缓冲轴的按压下沿各个所述FFC连接器的连线滚动并按压所述FFC排线,所述冲裁刀组件用于裁剪所述FFC排线。
本发明设计了一种夹持固定FFC排线的FFC连接器,可以很好地固定FFC排线并实现FFC排线与灯条组件的可靠电连接;同时,本发明的直下式背光模组内具有多个间隔平行设置的灯条组件,每个灯条组件设有一个FFC连接器,FFC排线的插接端通电后,FFC排线可通过各个FFC连接器实现与各个灯条组件的电连接,布线方式简单且固定可靠,有效降低了FFC排线的布线难度,大大提高了背光模组的组装效率;同时布线方式自动化程度更高,布线工艺大大简化。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
参阅图1,本发明的FFC(Flexible Flat Cable,柔性扁平电缆)连接器包括:底座11、上盖12、弹片13和定位件14,其中底座11用于固定在灯条组件上,上盖12可旋转地铰接于底座11上,弹片主要13用于将外部电源与灯条组件实现导通,弹片13设于底座11上且弹片13的顶端凸出于底座11上表面,弹片13的底端伸出底座11下表面与灯条组件电连接。弹片13的顶端高出底座11的上表面,FFC排线40与弹片13相对的面设有与弹片13电接触的导电端子,起到导电作用的同时还能对放在底座11上的FFC排线40起到弹性抵接的作用,保证FFC排线40与弹片13的可靠电接触。
上盖12的自由端设有弯折的延伸部15,延伸部15用于卡设在底座11上,从而将FFC排线40夹设于其中。
多个弹片13平行设在底座11上,弹片13的延伸方向平行于上盖12的旋转轴。这里,底座11上开设有多条平行的容纳槽16,弹片13固定设置在其中。
为了进一步保证FFC排线40的固定效果,防止FFC排线倾斜或错位,导致其与弹片13的接触不良,底座11上表面凸设有至少一个定位件14,FFC排线40的宽度方向设有缺口部41,定位件14设于缺口部41内。本实施例的定位件14为四个,分别设于底座11的四个角上,定位件14为凸柱,可以理解的是,定位件14也可以为凸块等结构。
本发明的FFC连接器在夹持固定FFC排线的同时还能实现FFC排线与灯条组件的可靠电连接,保证了弹片与FFC排线的接触精度和可靠性。
实施例2
如图2和图3所示,本发明实施例的直下式背光模组包括后壳20、多条平行且间隔设置的灯条组件30、FFC排线40及FFC连接器10,灯条组件30固定设置在后壳20内,在每个灯条组件30上对应设有一个FFC连接器10。FFC排线40夹设于FFC连接器10的底座11和上盖12之间,结合图4,FFC排线40上设有与弹片13电连接的导电端子42,弹片13的底端与灯条组件30电连接。
灯条组件30包括基板31、LED灯珠32和透镜33。FFC排线40的宽度方向设有缺口部41,底座11的上表面凸设有定位件14,定位件14设于缺口部41内。
其中,FFC排线40与灯条组件30的长度方向正交设置。
进一步地,FFC连接器10设于灯条组件30的一端,且上盖12的旋转轴垂直于灯条组件30的长度方向。
本发明的直下式背光模组内具有多个间隔平行设置的灯条组件,每个灯条组件设有一个FFC连接器,FFC排线的插接端通电后,FFC排线可通过各个FFC连接器实现与各个灯条组件的电连接,布线方式简单且固定可靠,有效降低了FFC排线的布线难度,大大提高了背光模组的组装效率。
实施例3
如图4和图5,FFC排线40包括缺口部41、导电端子42、插接端子43、粘贴部分44和离型膜45,插接端子43位于FFC排线40的长度方向的两端,导电端子42位于多个插接端子43之间,每个导电端子42和插接端子43都包括由多个触点,以保证与灯条组件30的接触可靠性。离型膜45剥离后,滚动绕线轮100,弹性缓冲轴102在外力作用下弹性按压滚压轮101,从而按压FFC排线40,利用粘贴部分44将FFC排线40粘贴在后壳20和相应的FFC连接器10的底座11上。
本发明的实施例的布线装置可应用于本发明实施例2的直下式背光模组,包括绕线轮100、滚压轮101、弹性缓冲轴102和冲裁刀组件103,绕线轮100上卷有FFC排线40,沿各个FFC连接器10的连线依次滚过各个FFC连接器10,同时滚压轮101在弹性缓冲轴102的按压下沿各个FFC连接器10的连线滚动并按压FFC排线40,冲裁刀组件103用于裁剪FFC排线40,沿冲裁线48将绕线轮100上的一段插接端子43剪切成两段。
本实施例的布线装置使得布线方式自动化程度更高,布线工艺可以大大简化,提高了组装、布线效率。

1.一种直下式背光模组,其特征在于,包括后壳(20)、多条平行且间隔设置的灯条组件(30)、FFC排线(40)及FFC连接器(10),所述灯条组件(30)固定设于所述后壳(20)内,每个所述灯条组件(30)上设有一个所述FFC连接器(10);所述FFC连接器(10)包括底座(11)、上盖(12)和至少一个弹片(13),所述上盖(12)可旋转地铰接于所述底座(11)上,所述弹片(13)设于所述底座(11)上且所述弹片(13)的顶端凸出于所述底座(11)上表面,所述弹片(13)的底端伸出所述底座(11)下表面,所述上盖(12)的自由端设有弯折的延伸部(15),所述延伸部(15)用于卡设在所述底座(11)上;所述FFC排线(40)夹设于所述FFC连接器(10)的所述底座(11)和所述上盖(12)之间,所述FFC排线(40)上设有与所述弹片(13)电连接的导电端子(42),所述弹片(13)的底端与所述灯条组件(30)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于,所述FFC排线(40)的宽度方向设有缺口部(41),所述底座(11)上表面凸设有定位件(14),所述定位件(14)设于所述缺口部(41)内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于,所述FFC排线(40)与所述灯条组件(30)的长度方向正交设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于,所述FFC连接器(10)设于所述灯条组件(30)的一端,且所述上盖(12)的旋转轴垂直于所述灯条组件(30)的长度方向。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述的直下式背光模组的布线装置,其特征在于,包括绕线轮(100)、滚压轮(101)、弹性缓冲轴(102)和冲裁刀组件(103),所述绕线轮(100)上卷有所述FFC排线(40),所述绕线轮(100)沿各个所述FFC连接器(10)的连线依次滚过各个所述FFC连接器(10),同时所述滚压轮(101)在所述弹性缓冲轴(102)的按压下沿各个所述FFC连接器(10)的连线滚动并按压所述FFC排线(40),所述冲裁刀组件(103)用于裁剪所述FFC排线(40)。
