Description

灯条组件、背光模组以及液晶显示器 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器技术领域,尤其是一种灯条组件,还涉及采用该灯条组件的背光模组以及包含该背光模组的液晶显示器。
背景技术
液晶显示器通常包括液晶面板以及背光模组,液晶面板与背光模组相对设置,由背光模组提供显示光源给液晶面板,以使液晶面板显示影像。
由于LED灯具有优良的特性,例如低功耗、长寿命、优良的颜色再现特性以及对比度等等,现有的液晶显示器中,背光模组中的背光源主要采用LED灯。如图1所示,现有技术中的一种背光模组中的灯条组件,被用作光源的多个LED灯3装配在光源印刷电路板2上形成灯条1,光源印刷电路板2上还装配有电连接器4,LED灯3与电连接器4位于光源印刷电路板2上的同一侧,电连接器4由软性排线(Flexible Flat Cable,FFC)6连接到一电源5。电源5通过软性排线6经过电连接器4向灯条1中的LED灯3提供驱动电压。
在一些背光模组中需要使用对个灯条,而以上结构的灯条组件中,每一灯条1与电源5分别由不同的软性排线6通过插接的方式连接,线材歪斜时容易造成插口损坏,并且当使用较多数量的软性排线,占用较多的空间,组装不方便,严重影响产品组装的时间和良率。另外,在以上结构的灯条组件中,电连接器4的高度通常高于LED灯3的高度,因此,在安装灯条1时,需要占用更大的空间,不利于实现窄边框的液晶显示器的设计。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种灯条组件,该灯条组件应用于背光模组中,降低了产品组装的工艺难度,提高了产品的良率并节省了组装时间,降低了成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种灯条组件,包括:
两个以上灯条,每一灯条包括光源印刷电路板以及安装于该光源印刷电路板上的多个光源;
柔性印刷电路板,包括柔性印刷线路板主体部分和金手指引出部分;其中,所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分与所有灯条的光源印刷电路板连接,所述金手指引出部分与一电源连接,所述电源通过所述柔性印刷电路板向所述灯条提供驱动电压。
其中,所述灯条组件包括两个灯条;所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分呈长条状结构,两端分别与一个灯条的光源印刷电路板连接,所述金手指引出部分从所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分的中间位置连接引出。
其中,所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分还连接有多个所述光源,在所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分形成灯条结构。
其中,采用表面贴片工艺将多个所述光源连接于所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分。
其中,采用热压工艺将所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分与光源印刷电路板连接。
其中,所述光源为LED灯。
本发明的另一方面是提供一种背光模组,包括背光源以及导光板,所述背光源位于所述导光板的一侧面,其中,所述背光源包括如上所述的灯条组件。
本发明的还提供了一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板及背光模组,所述液晶面板与所述背光模组相对设置,所述背光模组提供显示光源给所述液晶面板,以使所述液晶面板显示影像,其中,所述背光模组为前述的背光模组。
有益效果:
本发明实施例提供的灯条组件以及采用该灯条组件的背光模组中,多个灯条可以使用同一柔性印刷线路板与电源连接,电源通过柔性印刷电路板直接向灯条提供驱动电压,减少了线束的使用量;并且,该灯条组件中不再使用电连接器,柔性印刷线路板直接与光源印刷电路板热压结合,降低了产品组装的工艺难度,提高了产品的良率并节省了组装时间,降低了成本。另外,由于线束 的用量的减少以及不再使用电连接器,使得该灯条组件占用较小的组装空间,有利于实现窄边框的液晶显示器的设计。

具体实施方式
如前所述,本发明针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供了一种灯条组件,该灯条组件包括两个以上灯条(Light-Bar)以及柔性印刷电路板(Flexible Printing Circuits,FPC)。其中,每一灯条包括光源印刷电路板以及安装于该光源印刷电路板上的多个光源;柔性印刷电路板包括柔性印刷线路板主体部分和金手指(Goiden Finger)引出部分。其中,所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分与所有灯条的光源印刷电路板连接,所述金手指引出部分与一电源连接,所述电源通过所述柔性印刷电路板向所述灯条提供驱动电压。
如上提供的灯条组件并应用于背光模组中,由于多个灯条可以使用同一柔性印刷线路板与电源连接,电源通过柔性印刷电路板直接向灯条提供驱动电压,减少了线束的使用量;并且,该灯条组件中不再使用电连接器,柔性印刷线路板直接与光源印刷电路板热压结合,降低了产品组装的工艺难度,提高了产品的良率并节省了组装时间,降低了成本。
为了更好地阐述本发明的技术特点和结构,以下结合实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
图2为本实施例提供的背光模组以及液晶显示器的结构示意图。如图2所示,该液晶显示器包括液晶面板100及背光模组200,所述液晶面板100与所述背光模组200相对设置,所述背光模组200提供显示光源给所述液晶面板100,以使所述液晶面板100显示影像。其中,背光模组200包括依次叠层设置的背板203、反射片204、导光板202和光学膜片组205,还包括位于导光板202的一侧面背光源201。所述背光源201发出的光入射到所述导光板202后从所述光 学膜片组205传导出去,入射到所述液晶面板100。
其中,背光源201包括灯条组件。具体地,本实施例中,如图3所示,该灯条组件包括两个灯条10(在另外的一些实施例中,也可以设置有更多的灯条)以及柔性印刷电路板20。每一灯条10包括光源印刷电路板11以及安装于该光源印刷电路板11上的多个光源12,在本实施例中,光源12为LED灯。柔性印刷电路板20包括柔性印刷线路板主体部分21和金手指引出部分22,在本实施例中,柔性印刷线路板主体部分21呈长条状结构,其两端分别与一个灯条10的光源印刷电路板11连接,所述金手指引出部分22从所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分21的中间位置连接引出再与电源30连接。所述电源30通过所述柔性印刷电路板20向所述灯条10提供驱动电压。
其中,柔性印刷线路板主体部分21与光源印刷电路板11之间直接通过热压的方式连接,不再需要在光源印刷电路板11设置另外的电连接器。
在另外一个较为优选的实施例中,如图4所示,与以上实施例提供的类似,该灯条组件包括两个灯条10以及柔性印刷电路板20。每一灯条10包括光源印刷电路板11以及安装于该光源印刷电路板11上的多个光源12,在本实施例中,光源12为LED灯。柔性印刷电路板20包括柔性印刷线路板主体部分21和金手指引出部分22,在本实施例中,柔性印刷线路板主体部分21呈长条状结构,其两端分别与一个灯条10的光源印刷电路板11连接,所述金手指引出部分22从所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分21的中间位置连接引出再与电源30连接。进一步地,采用表面贴片工艺(Surface Mounting Technology,SMT)将多个光源12连接于柔性印刷线路板主体部分21,在所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分21形成灯条结构40,在较小的空间内可以组装更多的光源12。所述电源30通过所述柔性印刷电路板20向所述灯条10以及灯条结构40提供驱动电压。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的灯条组件以及采用该灯条组件的背光模组中,多个灯条可以使用同一柔性印刷线路板与电源连接,电源通过柔性印刷电路板直接向灯条提供驱动电压,减少了线束的使用量;并且,该灯条组件中不再使用电连接器,柔性印刷线路板直接与光源印刷电路板热压结合,降低了产品组装的工艺难度,提高了产品的良率并节省了组装时间,降低了成本。另外,由于线束的用量的减少以及不再使用电连接器,使得该灯条组件占用较小的组装空间,有利于实现窄边框的液晶显示器的设计。

  1. 一种灯条组件,其中,包括:
    两个以上灯条,每一灯条包括光源印刷电路板以及安装于该光源印刷电路板上的多个光源;
    柔性印刷电路板,包括柔性印刷线路板主体部分和金手指引出部分;其中,所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分与所有灯条的光源印刷电路板连接,所述金手指引出部分与一电源连接,所述电源通过所述柔性印刷电路板向所述灯条提供驱动电压。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯条组件,其中,所述灯条组件包括两个灯条;所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分呈长条状结构,其两端分别与一个灯条的光源印刷电路板连接,所述金手指引出部分从所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分的中间位置连接引出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯条组件,其中,所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分还连接有多个所述光源,在所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分形成灯条结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯条组件,其中,采用表面贴片工艺将多个所述光源连接于所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯条组件,其中,采用热压工艺将所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分与光源印刷电路板连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的灯条组件,其中,所述光源为LED灯。
  7. 一种背光模组,包括背光源以及导光板,所述背光源位于所述导光板的一侧面,其中,所述背光源包括灯条组件,所述灯条组件包括:
    两个以上灯条,每一灯条包括光源印刷电路板以及安装于该光源印刷电路板上的多个光源;
    柔性印刷电路板,包括柔性印刷线路板主体部分和金手指引出部分;其中,所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分与所有灯条的光源印刷电路板连接,所述金手指引出部分与一电源连接,所述电源通过所述柔性印刷电路板向所述灯条提供驱动电压。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,所述灯条组件包括两个灯条;所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分呈长条状结构,其两端分别与一个灯条的光源印刷电路板连接,所述金手指引出部分从所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分的中间位置连接引出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其中,所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分还连接有多个所述光源,在所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分形成灯条结构。

    柔性印刷电路板,包括柔性印刷线路板主体部分和金手指引出部分;其中,所述柔性印刷线路板主体部分与所有灯条的光源印刷电路板连接,所述金手指引出部分与一电源连接,所述电源通过所述柔性印刷电路板向所述灯条提供驱动电压。
