本发明公开了一种金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料及其制备方法,涉及阀门制造技术领域,所述涂料由底涂料和面涂料组成,所述底涂料以酚醛环氧树脂和羟丙甲基纤维素为主要原料,面涂料以丙烯酸树脂和聚乙烯醇为主要原料,本发明所制备的涂料可采用二次喷涂方法在金属阀门表面形成致密而坚硬的涂层,该涂层具有较强的耐腐蚀和抗氧化性能,能够有效延长金属阀门的使用寿命,扩大金属阀门的使用范围,从而提高市场竞争力。

技术领域:
本发明涉及阀门制造技术领域,具体涉及一种金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术:
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。因此,喷涂在阀门表面的涂料必须具有耐水、耐冲击、耐热、隔热等性能,尤其是喷涂在金属阀门表面的涂料需要具备较强的防腐和抗氧化性能。但是,目前市场是专用于金属阀门的涂料很少,并且其防腐、抗氧化效果较差。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种原料易得、工序简单和生产成本低的金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料,包括底涂料和面涂料,所述底涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
酚醛环氧树脂70-80份、羟丙甲基纤维素10-15份、钛白粉8-10份、丙二醇苯醚8-10份、季戊四醇5-8份、聚醚硅油3-5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡3-5份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-3份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂2-3份、改性磷酸锌1-2份、醋酸丁酯5-10份、环己酮5-10份。
所述面涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂60-70份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、碳酸钙8-10份、白炭黑5-8份、丙二醇苯醚5-8份、乙二醇3-5份、聚醚硅油4-6份、聚四氟乙烯蜡3-4份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂2-3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-3份、醋酸丁酯5-10份、环己酮5-10份。
一种金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)向拉缸中加入钛白粉、醋酸丁酯和环己酮,混合物高速搅拌20-25min后再用砂磨机砂磨至细度小于10um,即得钛白浆;
(2)向反应釜中先加入羟丙甲基纤维素、丙二醇苯醚和季戊四醇,搅拌10-15min后再加入酚醛环氧树脂、聚醚硅油、聚四氟乙烯蜡和钛酸酯偶联剂,混合物升温至90-100℃后保温25-30min,随后自然冷却降温,当温度降至40-45℃后加入钛白浆、改性磷酸锌和氟碳有机硅改性流平剂,搅拌15-20min,最后出料、过滤、装桶即得底涂料;
(3)向拉缸中加入碳酸钙、白炭黑、醋酸丁酯和环己酮,混合物高速搅拌15-20min后再用砂磨机砂磨至细度小于10um,即得混合浆;
(4)向反应釜中加入丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇、丙二醇苯醚和乙二醇,搅拌10-15min后再加入聚醚硅油、聚四氟乙烯蜡和步骤(3)制备的混合浆,混合物升温至75-85℃后保温20-25min,随后自然冷却降温,当温度降至40-45℃后加入氟碳有机硅改性流平剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌10-15min,最后出料、过滤、装桶即得面涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制备的涂料由底涂料和面涂料组成,采用二次喷涂方法在金属阀门表面形成致密而坚硬的涂层,该涂层具有较强的耐腐蚀和抗氧化性能,能够有效延长金属阀门的使用寿命,扩大金属阀门的使用范围,从而提高市场竞争力。

实施例1
一种金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料,包括底涂料和面涂料,所述底涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
酚醛环氧树脂70份、羟丙甲基纤维素10份、钛白粉8份、丙二醇苯醚8份、季戊四醇5份、聚醚硅油3份、聚四氟乙烯蜡3份、钛酸酯偶联剂2份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂2份、改性磷酸锌1份、醋酸丁酯5份、环己酮5份。
所述面涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂60份、聚乙烯醇10份、碳酸钙8份、白炭黑5份、丙二醇苯醚5份、乙二醇3份、聚醚硅油4份、聚四氟乙烯蜡3份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂2份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2份、醋酸丁酯5份、环己酮5份。
一种金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)向拉缸中加入钛白粉、醋酸丁酯和环己酮,混合物高速搅拌20min后再用砂磨机砂磨至细度小于10um,即得钛白浆;
(2)向反应釜中先加入羟丙甲基纤维素、丙二醇苯醚和季戊四醇,搅拌15min后再加入酚醛环氧树脂、聚醚硅油、聚四氟乙烯蜡和钛酸酯偶联剂,混合物升温至90-100℃后保温25min,随后自然冷却降温,当温度降至40-45℃后加入钛白浆、改性磷酸锌和氟碳有机硅改性流平剂,搅拌15min,最后出料、过滤、装桶即得底涂料;
(3)向拉缸中加入碳酸钙、白炭黑、醋酸丁酯和环己酮,混合物高速搅拌15min后再用砂磨机砂磨至细度小于10um,即得混合浆;
(4)向反应釜中加入丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇、丙二醇苯醚和乙二醇,搅拌15min后再加入聚醚硅油、聚四氟乙烯蜡和步骤(3)制备的混合浆,混合物升温至75-85℃后保温20min,随后自然冷却降温,当温度降至40-45℃后加入氟碳有机硅改性流平剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌15min,最后出料、过滤、装桶即得面涂料。
实施例2
一种金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料,包括底涂料和面涂料,所述底涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
酚醛环氧树脂75份、羟丙甲基纤维素12份、钛白粉9份、丙二醇苯醚8份、季戊四醇6份、聚醚硅油4份、聚四氟乙烯蜡4份、钛酸酯偶联剂3份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂2份、改性磷酸锌1份、醋酸丁酯8份、环己酮8份。
所述面涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂65份、聚乙烯醇12份、碳酸钙9份、白炭黑7份、丙二醇苯醚6份、乙二醇4份、聚醚硅油5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡3份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂2.5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2份、醋酸丁酯9份、环己酮9份。
本实施例涂料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料,包括底涂料和面涂料,所述底涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
酚醛环氧树脂80份、羟丙甲基纤维素15份、钛白粉10份、丙二醇苯醚10份、季戊四醇8份、聚醚硅油5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡5份、钛酸酯偶联剂3份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂3份、改性磷酸锌2份、醋酸丁酯10份、环己酮10份。
所述面涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂70份、聚乙烯醇15份、碳酸钙10份、白炭黑8份、丙二醇苯醚8份、乙二醇5份、聚醚硅油6份、聚四氟乙烯蜡4份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡3份、醋酸丁酯10份、环己酮10份。
本实施例涂料的制备方法同实施例1。
本发明所制备的涂料由底涂料和面涂料组成,采用二次喷涂方法在金属阀门表面形成致密而坚硬的涂层,经检测该涂层具有较强的耐腐蚀和抗氧化性能,能够有效延长金属阀门的使用寿命,扩大金属阀门的使用范围,从而提高市场竞争力。

1.一种金属阀门表面喷涂用防腐抗氧化型涂料,包括底涂料和面涂料,其特征在于,所述底涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
酚醛环氧树脂70-80份、羟丙甲基纤维素10-15份、钛白粉8-10份、丙二醇苯醚8-10份、季戊四醇5-8份、聚醚硅油3-5份、聚四氟乙烯蜡3-5份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-3份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂2-3份、改性磷酸锌1-2份、醋酸丁酯5-10份、环己酮5-10份;
所述面涂料由如下质量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂60-70份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、碳酸钙8-10份、白炭黑5-8份、丙二醇苯醚5-8份、乙二醇3-5份、聚醚硅油4-6份、聚四氟乙烯蜡3-4份、氟碳有机硅改性流平剂2-3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-3份、醋酸丁酯5-10份、环己酮5-10份;
其制备方法包括下列步骤:
(1)向拉缸中加入钛白粉、醋酸丁酯和环己酮,混合物高速搅拌20-25min后再用砂磨机砂磨至细度小于10μm,即得钛白浆;
(2)向反应釜中先加入羟丙甲基纤维素、丙二醇苯醚和季戊四醇,搅拌10-15min后再加入酚醛环氧树脂、聚醚硅油、聚四氟乙烯蜡和钛酸酯偶联剂,混合物升温至90-100℃后保温25-30min,随后自然冷却降温,当温度降至40-45℃后加入钛白浆、改性磷酸锌和氟碳有机硅改性流平剂,搅拌15-20min,最后出料、过滤、装桶即得底涂料;
(3)向拉缸中加入碳酸钙、白炭黑、醋酸丁酯和环己酮,混合物高速搅拌15-20min后再用砂磨机砂磨至细度小于10μm,即得混合浆;
(4)向反应釜中加入丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇、丙二醇苯醚和乙二醇,搅拌10-15min后再加入聚醚硅油、聚四氟乙烯蜡和步骤(3)制备的混合浆,混合物升温至75-85℃后保温20-25min,随后自然冷却降温,当温度降至40-45℃后加入氟碳有机硅改性流平剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌10-15min,最后出料、过滤、装桶即得面涂料。
