背景技术
防锈漆是一种可保护金属表面免受大气、海水等的化学或电化学腐蚀的涂料。主要分为物理性和化学性防锈漆两大类。前者靠颜料和漆料的适当配合,形成致密的漆膜以阻止腐蚀性物质的侵入,如铁红、铝粉、石墨防锈漆等;後者靠防锈颜料的化学抑锈作用,如红丹、锌黄防锈漆等。用於桥梁、船舶、琯道等金属的防锈。防锈漆因其具有防锈效果而受到人们亲睐,但目前市面上的防锈漆所含的有毒物质众多,非常不环保。

所述分散剂为三硬脂酸甘油酯;
所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素;
所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物。

所述分散剂为三硬脂酸甘油酯;
所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素;
所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀门表面处理用防锈漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯醇乳液80份,水性聚丙烯酸树脂20份,邻甲酚甲醛环氧树脂20份,分散剂5份,增稠剂0.5份,消泡剂2份,纳米级二氧化硅3份,三氧化二铁3份。
