背景技术:
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们在日常生活中摄入了大量高糖、高脂或高热量的食物,导致人们每日摄取的热量远远高于人体每日所需的热量,因此很容易引发现代人肥胖。目前市场上大多数的方便面都是高糖、高脂、高热量,这样的食物对于肥胖人群来说更是不适宜过多摄取。因此,一种口感较佳,而且低糖方便面的开发很有必要。

发明目的:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种口感较佳,而且低糖的方便面。
技术方案:为达到上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种方便面,由如下质量份数的组分:面粉5~10份、鱼精蛋白粉1~2份、鸡蛋0.5~1份、南瓜粉8~10份、苦瓜粉8~10份、薏米粉8~10份、黑芝麻粉3~5份、紫菜粉1~2份以及黑木耳粉0.5~1份制备而成。
有益效果:相对于现有技术,本发明的方便面具有降低血糖的功能,对糖尿病具有一定的预防作用,本发明的方便面口感佳,能量低,适合三高人群、肥胖人群以及中老年人食用,另外,该方法制备工艺简单,原料易得,成本低,适合工业化生产。
