Abstract

本发明公开了一种12针高支点子纱的制备方法,该方法采用白色或单色进行纱线彩点喷染,将多根并行排列的纱线以匀速行进的方式通过至少四个串联的喷缸喷染后,然后进行汽蒸,得到具有较高色深度、色牢度和透染性的彩点纱线。该制备方法较传统的染色方法具有染色周期短、染液耗水量低和污水排放量少等优点,有利于环境保护。使用该纱线可编制出具有立体感、颜色五彩缤纷、层次丰富的面料,由不同颜色彩点纱线相互交织在一起,织成的花样风格具有随机性,这种不易重复性可以将纺织品的染色与消费者的个性化需求结合起来,提高产品的附加值。

技术领域:
本发明属于纺织领域;具体涉及一种12针高支点子纱的制备方法。
背景技术:
纺织行业是我国排放工业废水较大的行业之一,位居工业废水“排行榜”第六位。其中印染废水排放量又占纺织工业废水排放量的80%,且印染废水成分复杂多变、色度深、碱性大,极难处理。而实现清洁加工生产,是当今纺织印染业可持续发展的关键。
纺织品的染色一般都是织成了织物才染色,织物染色虽有匀染效果而牢度经常达不到;因此生产混纺织物、交织织物和花式纱时,往往采用纱线染色。而当前的纱线主要为绞纱染色和筒子纱染色。绞纱染色的纱线,有较好的蓬松性和手感,但是在机器中容易乱绞,在染色前和染色后要有特殊的卷绕加工。筒子染色占地小、用水省、耗汽少、较低的浴比使染化料用量低,但是在筒子纱染色中,纱线的性能得不到改善。
现在看到的色织面料一般都是先将每根纱线染成单一颜色,因此织出的织物的风格就显得单调无新意。而色纺纱则需要对散纤维先染色,再混色纺纱,以获得多色彩复合、色彩层次感强的效果,但纺纱前染色会降低纤维强力,增加纺纱的难度,纱线强力也相对比较低,并且工序多、工艺长,不利于针对市场的快速反应。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种12针高支点子纱的生产方法,该方法采用白色或单色进行纱线彩点喷染(即在每根纱线上喷染得单色彩或多彩色点),将多根并行排列的纱线以匀速行进的方式通过至少四个串联的喷缸喷染后,然后进行汽蒸,得到具有较高色深度、色牢度和透染性的彩点纱线。
为达到以上目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种12针高支点子纱的制备方法,该方法将多根并行排列的纱线以匀速行进的方式通过至少四个串联的喷缸,经过喷染液进行喷染;喷染后的纱线经汽蒸后制得12针高支点子纱。
本发明所述的制备方法中,纱线的组成为:棉40-70wt%,粘胶纤维5-35wt%,尼龙5-25wt%,安哥拉兔绒5-15wt%;优选棉50-66wt%,粘胶纤维10-30wt%,尼龙10-20wt%,安哥拉兔绒7-11wt%;更优选棉55wt%,粘胶纤维20wt%,尼龙15wt%,安哥拉兔绒10wt%;
本发明所述的制备方法中,喷染液是将三原色染料红RMF、黄YMF和蓝GD用冷水调成浆状;另将热水溶解尿素,纯碱、元明粉水溶解后一起倒入染料中,使其充分溶解;然后加入溶解好的防染盐S,搅拌均匀制得喷染液。
本发明所述的制备方法中,喷染液中各组分的质量比为,染料:尿素:纯碱:元明粉:防染盐S为80-120:5-20:5-20:10-30:2-8;优选90-110:10-17:10-17:15-25;更优选100:15:15:20:5。
本发明所述的制备方法中,尿素浓度选择1-45g/L,纯碱浓度选择1-45g/L,元明粉浓度选择2-50g/L;优选尿素浓度选择5-25g/L,纯碱浓度选择5-25g/L,元明粉浓度选择10-30g/L;更优选尿素浓度选择15g/L,纯碱浓度选择15g/L,元明粉浓度选择20g/L。
本发明所述的制备方法中,汽蒸温度稳定在80-120℃,汽蒸湿度80-120%F,汽蒸时间选择2-50min;优选汽蒸温度稳定在90-110℃,汽蒸湿度90-110%F,汽蒸时间选择10-30min;更优选汽蒸温度稳定在101℃,汽蒸湿度100%F,汽蒸时间选择20min。
本发明所述的制备方法制得的纱线的指标为,细度:不高于2/28.2Nm,断裂强力:≧708cN,断裂伸长率:≧9.8%,耐皂洗色牢度:4-5级,耐摩擦色牢度:4-5级。
本发明的积极效果在于:
本发明所述的制备方法较传统的染色方法具有染液浴比小、染色周期短、染液耗水量低和污水排放量少等优点,有利于环境保护。
本发明所述的制备方法制得的纱线的指标为,不高于2/28.2Nm,断裂强力:≧708cN,断裂伸长率:≧9.8%,耐皂洗色牢度:4-5级,耐摩擦色牢度:4-5级。
本发明所述的制备方法制得的纱线可编制出具有立体感、颜色五彩缤纷、层次丰富的面料,由不同颜色彩点纱线相互交织在一起,织成的花样风格具有随机性,这种不易重复性可以将纺织品的染色与消费者的个性化需求结合起来,提高产品的附加值。

下面的实施例将对本发明所提供的方法予以进一步的说明,但本发明不限于所列出的实施例,还应包括在本发明所要求的权利范围内其它任何公知的改变。
实施例1
将三原色染料红RMF、黄YMF和蓝GD100g用冷水调成浆状;另将热水溶解尿素(15g)浓度15g/L,纯碱(15g)水浓度15g/L、元明粉(20g)水浓度20g/L水溶解后一起倒入染料中,使其充分溶解;然后加入溶解好的防染盐S5g,搅拌均匀制得喷染液。
将成分为棉55wt%,粘胶纤维20wt%,尼龙15wt%,安哥拉兔绒10wt%的纱线,,以多根并行排列的形式以匀速行进的方式通过4个串联的喷缸,经过喷染液进行喷染;喷染后的纱线在汽蒸温度稳定在101℃,汽蒸湿度100%F,汽蒸时间20min汽蒸后制得12针高支点子纱。
制得的12针高支点子纱,细度:不高于2/28.2Nm,断裂强力:≧708cN,断裂伸长率:≧9.8%,耐皂洗色牢度:4-5级,耐摩擦色牢度:4-5级。
实施例2
将三原色染料红RMF、黄YMF和蓝GD90g用冷水调成浆状;另将热水溶解尿素(13g)浓度15g/L,纯碱(15g)水浓度15g/L、元明粉(15g)水浓度20g/L水溶解后一起倒入染料中,使其充分溶解;然后加入溶解好的防染盐S5g,搅拌均匀制得喷染液。
将成分为棉55wt%,粘胶纤维20wt%,尼龙15wt%,安哥拉兔绒10wt%的纱线,,以多根并行排列的形式以匀速行进的方式通过4个串联的喷缸,经过喷染液进行喷染;喷染后的纱线在汽蒸温度稳定在90℃,汽蒸湿度100%F,汽蒸时间25min汽蒸后制得12针高支点子纱。
制得的12针高支点子纱,细度:不高于2/28.2Nm,断裂强力:≧708cN,断裂伸长率:≧9.8%,耐皂洗色牢度:4-5级,耐摩擦色牢度:4-5级。
实施例3

将成分为棉55wt%,粘胶纤维20wt%,尼龙15wt%,安哥拉兔绒10wt%的纱线,,以多根并行排列的形式以匀速行进的方式通过4个串联的喷缸,经过喷染液进行喷染;喷染后的纱线在汽蒸温度稳定在110℃,汽蒸湿度100%F,汽蒸时间18min汽蒸后制得12针高支点子纱。
制得的12针高支点子纱,细度:不高于2/28.2Nm,断裂强力:≧708cN,断裂伸长率:≧9.8%,耐皂洗色牢度:4-5级,耐摩擦色牢度:4-5级。
实施例4
将三原色染料红RMF、黄YMF和蓝GD120g用冷水调成浆状;另将热水溶解尿素(30g)浓度15g/L,纯碱(10g)水浓度15g/L、元明粉(20g)水浓度20g/L水溶解后一起倒入染料中,使其充分溶解;然后加入溶解好的防染盐S5g,搅拌均匀制得喷染液。
将成分为棉55wt%,粘胶纤维20wt%,尼龙15wt%,安哥拉兔绒10wt%的纱线,,以多根并行排列的形式以匀速行进的方式通过5个串联的喷缸,经过喷染液进行喷染;喷染后的纱线在汽蒸温度稳定在120℃,汽蒸湿度100%F,汽蒸时间15min汽蒸后制得12针高支点子纱。
制得的12针高支点子纱,细度:不高于2/28.2Nm,断裂强力:≧708cN,断裂伸长率:≧9.8%,耐皂洗色牢度:4-5级,耐摩擦色牢度:4-5级。
实施例5
将三原色染料红RMF、黄YMF和蓝GD100g用冷水调成浆状;另将热水溶解尿素(15g)浓度15g/L,纯碱(25g)水浓度15g/L、元明粉(15g)水浓度20g/L水溶解后一起倒入染料中,使其充分溶解;然后加入溶解好的防染盐S5g,搅拌均匀制得喷染液。
将成分为棉55wt%,粘胶纤维20wt%,尼龙15wt%,安哥拉兔绒10wt%的纱线,,以多根并行排列的形式以匀速行进的方式通过6个串联的喷缸,经过喷染液进行喷染;喷染后的纱线在汽蒸温度稳定在101℃,汽蒸湿度100%F,汽蒸时间20min汽蒸后制得12针高支点子纱。
制得的12针高支点子纱,细度:不高于2/28.2Nm,断裂强力:≧708cN,断裂伸长率:≧9.8%,耐皂洗色牢度:4-5级,耐摩擦色牢度:4-5级。

Claims (7)

1.一种12针高支点子纱的制备方法,其特征在于:将多根并行排列的纱线以匀速行进的方式通过至少四个串联的喷缸,经过喷染液进行喷染;喷染后的纱线经汽蒸后制得12针高支点子纱。
2.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,所述的纱线的组成为:棉40-70wt%,粘胶纤维5-35wt%,尼龙5-25wt%,安哥拉兔绒5-15wt%;优选棉50-66wt%,粘胶纤维10-30wt%,尼龙10-20wt%,安哥拉兔绒7-11wt%;更优选棉55wt%,粘胶纤维20wt%,尼龙15wt%,安哥拉兔绒10wt%。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的方法,所述喷染液是将三原色染料红RMF、黄YMF和蓝GD用冷水调成浆状;另将热水溶解尿素,纯碱、元明粉水溶解后一起倒入染料中,使其充分溶解;然后加入溶解好的防染盐S,搅拌均匀制得喷染液。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,所述的喷染液中各组分的质量比为,染料:尿素:纯碱:元明粉:防染盐S为80-120:5-20:5-20:10-30:2-8;优选90-110:10-17:10-17:15-25;更优选100:15:15:20:5。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,所述的尿素浓度选择1-45g/L,纯碱浓度选择1-45g/L,元明粉浓度选择2-50g/L;优选尿素浓度选择5-25g/L,纯碱浓度选择5-25g/L,元明粉浓度选择10-30g/L;更优选尿素浓度选择15g/L,纯碱浓度选择15g/L,元明粉浓度选择20g/L。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,所述的汽蒸温度稳定在80-120℃,汽蒸湿度80-120%F,汽蒸时间选择2-50min;优选汽蒸温度稳定在90-110℃,汽蒸湿度90-110%F,汽蒸时间选择10-30min;更优选汽蒸温度稳定在101℃,汽蒸湿度100%F,汽蒸时间选择20min。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法制得的12针高支点子纱,
