一种多功能涂料,组份和质量比为:10%-15%的去离子水;0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.1%的润湿剂;5%-8%的玻璃粉;7%-10%滑石粉;10%-12%的钛白粉;5%-8%的硅酸铝;40%-45%的硅丙乳液;5%的纳米空心陶瓷微粒;1%的分散剂,成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。一种多功能涂料既有隔热功能,防水水功能也很强力,涂料中添加的纳米空心陶瓷微粒能够有效的达到隔热效果,同时硅丙乳液具有很好的耐水性漆膜厚度好致密能够有效的达到防水的效果。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种外墙涂料。本发明属于化工涂料的范畴。
背景技术
以前都是是通过做保温层来达到隔热效果,成本高,施工复杂,本发明只需涂刷一层涂料能够降低成本低,并且施工简单。
发明内容

具体实施方式   一种多功能涂料的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
1将15%的去离子水加入分散釜中,在加入0.1%-0.15%的异噻唑啉酮系列的防腐剂,开启分散剂缓慢搅拌至均匀。
    2加入0.2%分散剂,加入0.1%的不含APEO(烷基酚)类润湿剂,加入0.15%消泡剂,搅拌5分钟,缓慢搅拌均匀。
3加入5%的玻璃粉,加入12%的钛白粉,加入5%的硅酸铝,加入5%的纳米空心陶瓷微粒。
4待分散充分后进行对漆浆料的研磨,研磨的细度用细度计测量其细度应该在60um一下,,通过研磨机的研磨,使涂料的细度达到标准。
5将浆料打入调漆釜中,缓慢加入40%的硅丙乳液;在加入纯丙乳液的过程中要缓慢的搅拌,让乳液充分包裹住浆料的染填料小分子。
6待搅拌均匀后缓慢加入少量的成膜助剂,以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好,成膜更加的致密,但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入。
7待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。

1.一种多功能涂料,组份和质量比为: 10%-15%的去离子水;0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.1%的的润湿剂,;5%-8%的玻璃粉;7%-10%滑石粉;10%-12%的钛白粉;5%-8%的硅酸铝;40%-45%的硅丙乳液;5%的纳米空心陶瓷微粒;1%的分散剂,成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。
2.权利要求1所述的,一种多功能涂料,其特征在于一种多功能涂料,以水为溶剂,绿色环保且不对环境造成污染,能达到国际的环保要求。
3.权利要求1所述的,一种多功能涂料,其特征在于一种多功能涂料中用的乳液为硅丙乳液为水溶性乳液,达到国家环保要求,性能卓著。
4.权利要求1所述的,一种多功能涂料,其特征在于一种多功能涂料是低VOC,是符合国家环保要求的。
5.权利要求1所述的,一种多功能涂料,其特征在于一种多功能涂料中用到的防腐剂是国外进口的,绿色、环保、降解周期短,不对环境造成污染。
