一种高亮度内墙涂料,组份和质量比为16%-20%的去离子水;0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;5%的滑石粉;0.1%-0.5%的分散剂;0.12%-0.25%多功能助剂;0.1%的润湿剂;10%-15%的钛白粉;5%-7%的滑石粉;15%-20%的苯丙乳液;20%-25%的重钙;8%-10%的立德粉;3%-5%的硅酸铝;成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。一种高亮度内墙涂料,亮度高涂性好,其中添加的碳酸钙是一种重要的无机填充材料性能稳定,滑石粉增加了墙体表面的润滑感,钛白粉、立德粉增强了涂料的白度,苯丙乳液提高了涂料的耐久性、柔韧性、耐磨性。本发明的一种高亮度内墙涂料为属性涂料绿色环保使用寿命长,施工简单。

背景技术
市面上的的内墙涂料价格低的白度低易泛黄,性能较好的价格较高,本发明一种高亮度内墙涂料白度高涂刷后能是房间更加明亮,且本发明成本低价格便宜。

具体实施方式 一种高亮度内墙涂料的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
1将20的去离子水加入分散釜中,在加入0.1%-0.15%的异噻唑啉酮系列的防腐剂,开启分散剂缓慢搅拌至均匀。
2加入0.2%的分散剂,加入0.1%的润湿剂,加入0.15%消泡剂,搅拌5分钟,缓慢搅拌均匀。
3加入10%的钛白粉;加入6%滑石粉;加入25%的重钙;加入8%的立德粉;加入5%的硅酸铝,充分分散。
4待分散充分后进行对漆浆料的研磨,研磨的细度用细度计测量其细度应该在50um一下,,通过研磨机的研磨,使涂料的细度达到标准。
5将浆料打入调漆釜中,缓慢加入20%左右的苯丙乳液,在加入乳液的过程中要缓慢的搅拌,让乳液充分包裹住浆料的染填料小分子。
6待搅拌均匀后缓慢加入少量的成膜助剂,以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好,成膜更加的致密,但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入。
7待搅拌均匀后加入适量的流平剂和增稠剂,以提高涂料在施工过程中的施工性,增加施工中漆膜单层的施工厚度,提高涂料的品质和提高施工后的装饰效果。
8待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。

1.一种高亮度内墙涂料,组份和质量比为16%-20%的去离子水;0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;5%的滑石粉;0.1%-0.5%的分散剂;0.12%-0.25%多功能助剂;0.1%的的润湿剂;10%-15%的钛白粉;5%-7%的滑石粉;15%-20%的苯丙乳液;20%-25%的重钙;8%-10%的立德粉;3%-5%的硅酸铝;成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。
2.权利要求1所述的,一种高亮度内墙涂料,其特征在于,一种高亮度内墙涂料用水为溶剂,绿色环保且不对环境造成污染,能达到国际的环保要求。
3.权利要求1所述的,一种高亮度内墙涂料,其特征在于一种高亮度内墙涂料中用的乳液为=的苯丙乳液,达到国家环保要求,性能卓著。
4.权利要求1所述的,一种高亮度内墙涂料,其特征在于保一种高亮度内墙涂料用的颜料为钛白粉、滑石粉、立德粉。
5.权利要求1所述的,一种高亮度内墙涂料,其特征在于一种高亮度内墙涂料中用到的防腐剂是国外进口的,绿色、环保、降解周期短,不对环境造成污染。
