一种亚光外墙漆,按重量份数包括如下组分:聚丙烯纤维素1-5、多功能助剂AMP-95?0.5-2、硫酸钡100-220、煅烧高岭土30-100、疏水剂40-60、金红石钛白粉50-200、乙二醇8-30、成膜助剂5-15、防腐剂0.5-2.5、防霉剂2.8-5、纯丙烯酸乳液250-500、水性丙烯酸亚光乳液?20-200、增稠剂2-10、去离子水200-380。所用的乳液为水性丙烯酸亚光乳液,使涂料具有亚光效果。所用的硫酸钡为亚光硫酸钡,可提高外墙漆亚光效果。

本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种亚光外墙漆。属化工领域。
背景技术
外墙涂料的亮度一直达不到亚光的要求,为解决这一问题发明了该专利。
发明内容
一种亚光外墙漆,按重量份数包括如下组分:聚丙烯纤维素1-5、多功能助剂AMP-95 0.5-2、硫酸钡100-220、煅烧高岭土30-100、疏水剂40-60、金红石钛白粉50-200、乙二醇8-30、成膜助剂5-15、防腐剂0.5-2.5、防霉剂2.8-5、纯丙烯酸乳液250-500、水性丙烯酸亚光乳液 20-200、增稠剂2-10、去离子水200-380。所用的乳液为水性丙烯酸亚光乳液,使涂料具有亚光效果。所用的硫酸钡为亚光硫酸钡,可提高外墙漆亚光效果。
技术方案来实现的:
本发明生产步骤为生产工艺如下
1.将去离子水加入分散釜中,在加入防霉剂,开启分散剂缓慢搅拌至均匀。
2加入分散剂,再润湿剂,加入消泡剂,搅拌5分钟,缓慢搅拌均匀。
3加入各种粉料。之后提高分散剂转速高速分散,高速分散时间大约是30分钟。
4待分散充分后进行对漆浆料的研磨,研磨的细度用细度计测量其细度应该在60um一下,检测标准是GB/T 1724,通过研磨机的研磨,使涂料的细度达到标准。
5将浆料打入调漆釜中,缓慢加入乳液,在加入乳液的过程中要缓慢的搅拌,让乳液充分包裹住浆料的染填料小分子。
6待搅拌均匀后缓慢加入少量的成膜助剂,以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好,成膜更加的致密,但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入
7待搅拌均匀后加入适量的流平剂和增稠剂,以提高涂料在施工过程中的施工性,增加施工中漆膜单层的施工厚度,提高涂料的品质和提高施工后的装饰效果。
8待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。

1.一种亚光外墙漆,按重量份数包括如下组分:聚丙烯纤维素1-5、多功能助剂AMP-95 0.5-2、硫酸钡100-220、煅烧高岭土30-100、疏水剂40-60、金红石钛白粉50-200、乙二醇8-30、成膜助剂5-15、防腐剂0.5-2.5、防霉剂2.8-5、纯丙烯酸乳液250-500、水性丙烯酸亚光乳液 20-200、增稠剂2-10、去离子水200-380。
2.如权利要求1所述的,一种亚光外墙漆,其特征在于,所用的乳液为水性丙烯酸亚光乳液,使涂料具有亚光效果。
3.如权利要求1所述的,一种亚光外墙漆,其特征在于所用的硫酸钡为亚光硫酸钡,可提高外墙漆亚光效果。
