Abstract
一种马路划线漆,组份和质量比为:15%-20%的去离子水;0.1%-0.2%的防腐剂;0.3%的速溶型的防沉剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.3-0.5的荧光剂;0.1%的不含APEO(烷基酚)的润湿剂;8%-12%的重质碳酸钙;15%-25%的煅烧高岭土;30%-40%的纯丙乳液调漆;5%的纳米氧化铝;1%的附着力强化剂;成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。用到纳米氧化铝能使涂料有超强的耐磨性,并且氧化铝为无机物无毒无污染。用的荧光剂可在夜间发光,起到警示作用。用的是不含APEO(烷基酚),是符合国家环保要求的,是绿色的。
Description
技术领域
本发明是建最新的纳米技术应用其中,纳米氧化铝大大的提高了涂料硬度使涂料的耐磨能力大大的提高。添加了荧光粉,在夜间可达到警示作用。本发明属于化工涂料的范畴。
背景技术
以前的马路划线漆大多寿命只有一两年,耐磨、耐水性一般,本发明通过加入纳米氧化铝能在油漆表面形成一层非常细密、均匀且非常坚硬的网状结构,保护着下面的聚合物漆层不受损坏,使涂料的寿命成倍的提高。
发明内容
一种马路划线漆,组份和质量比为: 15%-20%的去离子水;0.1%-0.2%的防腐剂;0.3%的速溶型的防沉剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.3-0.5的荧光剂;0.1%的不含APEO(烷基酚)的润湿剂,;8%-12%的重质碳酸钙;15%-25%的煅烧高岭土;30%-40%的纯丙乳液调漆;5%的纳米氧化铝;1%的附着力强化剂;成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。用到纳米氧化铝能使涂料有超强的耐磨性,并且氧化铝为无机物无毒无污染。用的荧光剂可在夜间发光,起到警示作用。用的是不含APEO(烷基酚),是符合国家环保要求的,是绿色的。
本发明中用的纳米氧化铝材料为无机材料,绿色环保,符合国家绿色环保的要求,达到环保要求。
具体实施方式 一种马路划线漆的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
1将20%的去离子水加入分散釜中,在加入0.1%-0.15%的异噻唑啉酮系列的防腐剂,开启分散剂缓慢搅拌至均匀。
2加入0.2%的对有机物分散效果明显的水性分散剂,再加入1%对无机物分散效果显著的水性分散剂,加入0.1%的不含APEO(烷基酚)类润湿剂,加入0.15%消泡剂,搅拌5分钟,缓慢搅拌均匀。
3加入12%左右的重质碳酸钙,加入氧化铝5%左右,煅烧高岭土15%左右,加入0.5的荧光粉。
4待分散充分后进行对漆浆料的研磨,研磨的细度用细度计测量其细度应该在60um一下,,通过研磨机的研磨,使涂料的细度达到标准。
5将浆料打入调漆釜中,缓慢加入30%左右的纯丙乳液,在加入乳液的过程中要缓慢的搅拌,让乳液充分包裹住浆料的染填料小分子。
6加入1%的附着强化剂,该附着剂能和乳液发生交联反应,加强乳液小分子的渗透能力,所以加入时要缓慢,让其完全与乳液接触。
7待搅拌均匀后缓慢加入少量的成膜助剂,以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好,成膜更加的致密,但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入。
8待搅拌均匀后加入适量的流平剂和增稠剂,以提高涂料在施工过程中的施工性,增加施工中漆膜单层的施工厚度,提高涂料的品质和提高施工后的装饰效果。
9待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。

1.一种马路划线漆,组份和质量比为: 15%-20%的去离子水;0.1%-0.2%的防腐剂;0.3%的速溶型的防沉剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.3-0.5的荧光剂;0.1%的不含APEO(烷基酚)的润湿剂,;8%-12%的重质碳酸钙;15%-25%的煅烧高岭土;30%-40%的纯丙乳液调漆;5%的纳米氧化铝;1%的附着力强化剂;成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。
2.权利要求1所述的,一种马路划线漆,其特征在于,一种马路划线漆中用到纳米氧化铝能使涂料有超强的耐磨性,并且氧化铝为无机物无毒无污染。
3.权利要求1所述的,一种马路划线漆,其特征在于一种马路划线漆中用的荧光剂可在夜间发光,起到警示作用。
4.权利要求1所述的,一种马路划线漆,其特征在于一种马路划线漆用的是不含APEO(烷基酚),是符合国家环保要求的,是绿色的。
5.权利要求1所述的,一种马路划线漆,其特征在于一种马路划线漆中用到的防腐剂是国外进口的,绿色、环保、降解周期短,不对环境造成污染。
