Abstract
一种防红外涂料,组份和质量比为:20%-25%的去离子水;0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.1%的的润湿剂;10%-12%的重质碳酸钙;5%-8%的硅灰石;40%-45%的丙烯酸树脂;10%-15%的纳米空心陶瓷微粒;10%的硅酸铝;1%的分散剂,成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。本发明多功能涂料是中的纳米空心陶瓷微粒,该微粒的粒径属于红外线波长范围,因此涂层表面的微观结构有利于对红外线的反射和散射,而且导热系数较低能够有效的起到保温防热作用。本发明只需很薄的的涂层厚度减少建筑物的负重,使建筑物更加安全,同时也大大降低了建筑工程的造价,也节约了材料的使用,在工程上降低了矿产资源的消耗。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种防红外涂料红外线反射率高,使设备表面热辐射及红外温度迅速反射及辐射掉。本发明属于化工涂料的范畴。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展新技术不断的运用到生产中,现在的保温材料通常纤维类保温材料和型材类保温材料保温材料,这些材料一般重量大,施工不方便,成本高使用寿命短,本发明 一种防红外涂料,通过涂刷涂层使设备表面热辐射及红外温度迅速反射及辐射掉,同时电热系数低能够到达防热保温的效果。
发明内容
在本发明中用纳米空心陶瓷微粒,为无机材料,稳定性高,化学性质稳定无毒无污染是符合国家环保要求的,是绿色的。
本发明中用的杀菌剂是国外进口的异噻唑啉酮的衍生物,绿色、环保、降解周期短,不对环境造成污染。
具体实施方式 一种隔热涂料的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
1将20%的去离子水加入分散釜中,在加入0.1%-0.15%的异噻唑啉酮系列的防腐剂,开启分散剂缓慢搅拌至均匀。
2加入1%的性分散剂,加入0.1%的不含APEO(烷基酚)类润湿剂,加入0.15%消泡剂,搅拌5分钟,缓慢搅拌均匀。
3加入加入12%的重质碳酸钙,加入8%的硅灰石,加入15%的纳米空心陶瓷微粒,加入10%的硅酸铝。
4待分散充分后进行对漆浆料的研磨,研磨的细度用细度计测量其细度应该在60um一下,,通过研磨机的研磨,使涂料的细度达到标准。
5将浆料打入调漆釜中,缓慢加入40%的丙烯酸树脂;在加入丙烯酸树脂的过程中要缓慢的搅拌,让乳液充分包裹住浆料的染填料小分子。
6待搅拌均匀后缓慢加入少量的成膜助剂,以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好,成膜更加的致密,但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入。
7待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。
Claims (5)
1.一种防红外涂料,组份和质量比为: 20%-25%的去离子水;0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.1%的的润湿剂;10%-12%的重质碳酸钙;5%-8%的硅灰石;40%-45%的丙烯酸树脂;10%-15%的纳米空心陶瓷微粒;10%的硅酸铝;1%的分散剂,成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。
2.权利要求1所述的,一种防红外涂料,其特征在于一种隔热涂料,以水为溶剂,绿色环保且不对环境造成污染,能达到国际的环保要求。
3.权利要求1所述的,一种防红外涂料,其特征在于一种隔热涂料中用纳米空心陶瓷微粒能够反射散射红外线。
4.权利要求1所述的,一种防红外涂料,其特征在于一种隔热涂料是低VOC,是符合国家环保要求的。
5.权利要求1所述的,一种防红外涂料,其特征在于一种隔热涂料中用到的防腐剂是国外进口的,绿色、环保、降解周期短,不对环境造成污染。
