本发明属于聚氨酯硬泡的主要原料。箱式发泡阻燃组合聚醚,其由下述原料按所述用量配制而成,L-4110C聚醚、1050聚醚、3152聚酯、硅油(8805)、磷酸三(1-氯-2-丙基)酯、油酸钾、三(二甲胺基丙基)六氢三嗪、N,N-二甲基环己胺、一氟二氯乙烷。本发明制得的箱式发泡阻燃组合聚醚,配方合理,与黑料配合使用进行发泡,乳白时间25秒,拉丝时间80秒,脱粘时间100秒,氧指数26.5。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯硬泡的主要原料。
背景技术
组合聚醚是聚氨酯硬泡的主要原料之一,又称白料,与聚合MDI共称黑白料。组合聚醚由聚醚单体、匀泡剂、交联剂、催化剂、发泡剂等多种组份组合而成。箱式发泡组合聚醚需要严格控制乳白、拉丝、脱粘时间,否则容易形成烧芯、密度差别过大、开裂、发不满等质量缺欠。并且起发时间不能太快,否则注料来不及,而且随着阻燃性能的提高,质量缺欠越来越明显并且很难控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足问题,提供一种箱式发泡阻燃组合聚醚,配方合理,性能优良,操作容易。
本发明箱式发泡阻燃组合聚醚,其由下述原料按所述用量配制而成,
本发明箱式发泡阻燃组合聚醚的制法:将所述各种原料按比例加入单螺旋搅拌罐,加入顺序要最后加入一氟二氯乙烷,保持室温在15度-25度之间,全部材料加入后,开启搅拌装置,搅拌5-10分钟,然后静止5-10分钟,再搅拌10-20分钟,最后经过滤后,进行分装使用。
本发明制得的箱式发泡阻燃组合聚醚,配方合理,低密度,高阻燃,快熟化,与黑料配合使用进行发泡,乳白时间25秒,拉丝时间80秒,脱粘时间(或称不粘时间)100秒,氧指数26.5。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明并不局限于具体实施例。
箱式发泡阻燃组合聚醚,具体配方如下:
将上述各种原料按比例加入单螺旋搅拌罐,加入顺序要最后加入一氟二氯乙烷,其他原料按任意顺序加入,保持室温在15度-25度之间,全部材料加入后,开启搅拌装置,搅拌10分钟,然后静止10分钟,再搅拌20分钟,最后经过滤后,进行分装使用。
施工时与通用黑料配合使用进行发泡,乳白时间25秒,拉丝时间80秒,脱粘时间100秒,氧指数26.5。
