Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coating products, in particular to environment-friendly high-adhesion putty special for the surface of a ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The putty is a decorative material for leveling the surface of a wall body, is thick paste paint and is an essential product before painting. The filler is mainly heavy calcium carbonate, talcum powder and the like. It can be used for filling the wall surface with partial recess or other working surface, also can be used for scraping and coating whole surface. However, this method is limited to painting of concrete, mortar, and the like, and is of limited use.
The ceramic tile is used as a wall surface decoration material, and has the advantages of excellent water resistance, pollution resistance, ageing resistance and the like, so that the ceramic tile is widely applied in China. Especially, tiles are mostly paved and decorated in families or large public places, and the tiles are exposed to the sun and rain or the quality of a bonding material is poor, so that the phenomena of cracking, hollowing, falling and the like of the tiles are caused, the attractiveness of a building is influenced, serious potential safety hazards exist, and the surface treatment of the tiles is urgently needed to be solved.
The following methods are mostly adopted for the surface treatment of the ceramic tiles: 1. removing the old ceramic tile and pasting again; 2. covering with decorative material; 3. the coating with high price is used for painting and covering. These methods are not only expensive, but also fail to completely solve the problem. Therefore, a renovating material which has low manufacturing cost and does not influence the beauty of the building is urgently needed.
