一种治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料配制而成：铁苋菜100～120份、凤尾草30～40份、木瓜20～30份、葛根20～30份、黄连15～25份、黄芩20～30份、野菊花30～40份、马齿苋35～40份、洋葱20～25份、白术25～30份、桔梗25～35份、薄荷10～15份、生姜10～15份、金银花30～40份、白芍25～35份。
一种治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂的制备方法，具体步骤如下：（1）将木瓜、葛根、洋葱、桔梗和生姜进行切片，然后放入90～95℃的烘干箱内烘干2～3h，取出备用；（2）在铁苋菜、凤尾草、野菊花、马齿苋、薄荷、金银花和白芍中加入8～10倍原料的蒸馏水，先用武火加热煮沸25～35min，再用文火煎煮2～3h，然后再加入4～6倍原料的蒸馏水，继续用文火煎煮2～3h，冷却至室温后过滤得到药液A备用；（3）在木瓜片、葛根片、黄连、黄芩、白术和生姜片中加入10～12倍原料的蒸馏水，先用武火加热煮沸25～35min，再用文火煎煮3～4h，冷却至室温后过滤得到药液B备用；（4）将药液A加入药液B中，再加入混合液2倍的蒸馏水加热25～35min，加热温度为80～85℃，然后自然冷却至室温，经过精细过滤再进行紫外线消毒杀菌，真空计量装瓶，即可得到治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂。
药理作用：铁苋菜：清热解毒，利湿，收敛止血，对细菌性痢疾及肠炎有很好的治疗作用；凤尾草：具有清热利湿、解毒止痢和凉血止血的作用，可用于治疗痢疾、腹泻和胃肠炎；木瓜：含有的木瓜酸有较强的抗菌作用，对多种肠道菌和葡萄球菌有显著抑制作用；葛根：具有退热、消炎及抗菌作用，能解痉止痛；黄连：具有抗菌、抗病毒的租用，能治疗炎症、腹泻、溃疡等病症；黄芩：抗菌消炎，能治疗痢疾腹泻及肠炎等病症；野菊花：对痢疾杆菌、大肠埃希菌等具有很强的抑制活性，而且能抗炎、抗镇痛的活性；马齿苋：解毒消肿，消炎利尿，对急性和慢性肠炎有很好的治疗作用；洋葱：能刺激肠胃，提高胃肠道张力，促进胃肠蠕动，能治疗萎缩性胃炎等病症；白术：健脾益气，消除胃热胃虚、腹胀泄泻；桔梗：具有抗菌抗炎作用，能促进血液循环以及抗胃疡作用；薄荷：抗菌消炎，对感冒发热头痛有很好的治疗作用；生姜：对消化道有轻度刺激作用，使得肠张力、节律及蠕动增加，并促进人体血液循环，对各种肠胃病菌有一定的抑制作用；金银花：具有清热解毒、凉血止痢的作用，能治疗肠胃炎病症；白芍：具有补血养血、柔肝止痛及敛阴止汗功效，能清热解毒、抗菌抗炎以及扩张血管等作用，能抑制痢疾杆菌，治疗泻痢腹痛症状。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明中药汤剂以铁苋菜为主药，搭配其他辅药，各种药互相作用，对肠炎、急慢性肠炎有显著疗效，药材简单药效好，成本低，制备工艺简单合理，无毒副作用，效果显著，而且还有清热解毒、止血以及舒肝理气等作用，从根本上解除了患者的痛苦。

下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料配制而成：铁苋菜100份、凤尾草30份、木瓜20份、葛根20份、黄连15份、黄芩20份、野菊花30份、马齿苋35份、洋葱20份、白术25份、桔梗25份、薄荷10份、生姜10份、金银花30份、白芍25份。

实施例2
一种治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料配制而成：铁苋菜106份、凤尾草34份、木瓜23份、葛根24份、黄连18份、黄芩23份、野菊花34份、马齿苋37份、洋葱22份、白术27份、桔梗28份、薄荷12份、生姜12份、金银花34份、白芍28份。

一种治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料配制而成：铁苋菜114份、凤尾草37份、木瓜27份、葛根28份、黄连22份、黄芩27份、野菊花38份、马齿苋39份、洋葱24份、白术29份、桔梗29份、薄荷14份、生姜14份、金银花37份、白芍32份。
一种治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂的制备方法，具体步骤如下：（1）将木瓜、葛根、洋葱、桔梗和生姜进行切片，然后放入95℃的烘干箱内烘干3h，取出备用；（2）在铁苋菜、凤尾草、野菊花、马齿苋、薄荷、金银花和白芍中加入9倍原料的蒸馏水，先用武火加热煮沸35min，再用文火煎煮3h，然后再加入5倍原料的蒸馏水，继续用文火煎煮2h，冷却至室温后过滤得到药液A备用；（3）在木瓜片、葛根片、黄连、黄芩、白术和生姜片中加入11倍原料的蒸馏水，先用武火加热煮沸30min，再用文火煎煮4h，冷却至室温后过滤得到药液B备用；（4）将药液A加入药液B中，再加入混合液2倍的蒸馏水加热30min，加热温度为85℃，然后自然冷却至室温，经过精细过滤再进行紫外线消毒杀菌，真空计量装瓶，即可得到治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂。

一种治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料配制而成：铁苋菜120份、凤尾草40份、木瓜30份、葛根30份、黄连25份、黄芩30份、野菊花40份、马齿苋40份、洋葱25份、白术30份、桔梗35份、薄荷15份、生姜15份、金银花40份、白芍35份。

实施例5
临床试验
（1）试验对象：采用本发明共治疗100例患者，其中男60例，女40例；年龄最大者60岁，年龄最小者15岁；患者症状：腹部经常疼痛难忍，胃泛酸、恶心、呕吐，大肠有炎症，经常腹泻，大便脓血，进食少，消化不良，精神萎靡。
（2）治疗方法:每天饭前服用，每日三次，一次服用量为20ml，7天一个疗程。
（3）治疗标准
治愈：病症症状完全消失；
好转：病症明显减轻；
无效：用药前后症状无改变。
（4）治疗结果：患者100例病例中服药在2-3个疗程内症状完全消失的有85例，临床症状减轻者10例，临床症状无改变者7例，总有效率达97%，未见不良反应。
典型病例：
（1）张某，男，45岁，进食少，消化不良，而且饭后经常腹痛，经常腹泻，脸色苍白，精神萎靡，服用本发明中药制剂2个疗程后，上述症状明显好转，继续服用本发明中药制剂3个疗程后，病症消除，痊愈。
（2）赖某，女，38岁，患有肠炎，腹泻频繁，且肚子疼痛难忍，脸色苍白，大便有脓血，服用本发明中药制剂2个疗程后，上述症状明显好转，腹泻停止，大便正常，继续服用3个疗程后，病症消失，痊愈。
（3）徐某，男，30岁，由于饮食不卫生，导致患有慢性肠炎，经常腹部疼痛，浑身乏力，精神萎靡，服用本发明中药制剂2个疗程，精神状态明显好转，继续服用3个疗程后，病症痊愈。
（4）杨某，女，患有急性肠炎，由于天气原因，炎症加重，腹泻频繁，且肚子疼痛难忍，脸色苍白，服用本发明中药制剂1个疗程，上述症状明显好转，腹泻停止，脸色好转，继续服用3个疗程后，病症消失，大病痊愈。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料配制而成：铁苋菜100～120份、凤尾草30～40份、木瓜20～30份、葛根20～30份、黄连15～25份、黄芩20～30份、野菊花30～40份、马齿苋35～40份、洋葱20～25份、白术25～30份、桔梗25～35份、薄荷10～15份、生姜10～15份、金银花30～40份、白芍25～35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，具体步骤如下：（1）将木瓜、葛根、洋葱、桔梗和生姜进行切片，然后放入90～95℃的烘干箱内烘干2～3h，取出备用；（2）在铁苋菜、凤尾草、野菊花、马齿苋、薄荷、金银花和白芍中加入8～10倍原料的蒸馏水，先用武火加热煮沸25～35min，再用文火煎煮2～3h，然后再加入4～6倍原料的蒸馏水，继续用文火煎煮2～3h，冷却至室温后过滤得到药液A备用；（3）在木瓜片、葛根片、黄连、黄芩、白术和生姜片中加入10～12倍原料的蒸馏水，先用武火加热煮沸25～35min，再用文火煎煮3～4h，冷却至室温后过滤得到药液B备用；（4）将药液A加入药液B中，再加入混合液2倍的蒸馏水加热25～35min，加热温度为80～85℃，然后自然冷却至室温，经过精细过滤再进行紫外线消毒杀菌，真空计量装瓶，即可得到治疗肠炎的铁苋菜中药制剂。
