本发明涉及一种甜品点心,尤其是在低筋面粉中加了鲜鸡蛋、薰衣草等原材料进行烘焙的一种甜品小点心。
背景技术
随着城镇居民收入的增加,生活质量不断提高,食品要求已由过去简单的吃饱吃好,转变为品种更加丰富,营养更加全面。目前市场上虽然有很多种饼类的产品,但这款饼干甜度适中,睡觉前吃上几块更有安眠的作用。
基于以上原因,制作过程中在低筋面粉中加入了鲜鸡蛋、薰衣草素等原材料进行烤制,此款饼干具有高级、美味、精致的新颖性,在市场中广受欢迎。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在低筋面粉中加入了鲜鸡蛋、薰衣草等原材料进行烤制的配方。用于制作一种新型口味的糕点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,配方:低筋面粉50斤、黄油20斤、薰衣草3斤、鸡蛋黄5斤、鸡蛋清5斤、糖粉10斤。
工艺:备齐原材料,薰衣草用热水稍冲洗,晾干备用,黄油室温软化,加糖粉打发至羽毛状,再分次加入蛋黄、蛋清继续打发,在黄油盆中筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀拌至无干粉状态,加入薰衣草揉匀,放进冰箱冷藏20分钟使之变得稍硬,把面团取出放上,上面盖保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成约0.3厘米厚的面片,注意厚薄一定要均匀,用饼干模压出花型。
烘烤:把压好的饼干坯移入烤盘里,烤箱提前预热8-10分钟,170度,上下火,烤10-15分钟,出炉后放到烤网上凉透在进行包装。
包装:饼干出炉后经过质检部检验,对合格的产品进行统一包装,装箱。完成薰衣草黄油饼干的制作全过程。
本发明的特点和积极效果:本产品系全手工制作,不添加任何添加剂,这款饼干在制作时特别让人惊喜,刚从烤箱里取出,阵阵馥郁的薰衣草和黄油的香气混杂在一起扑面而来,比普通的黄油饼干更加吸引人。吃的时候入口即化,提供了一种健康、营养的全新口味饼干类的食品。
