Abstract

本发明涉及军用车辆双层油底壳,它包括外油底壳、内油底壳和温控阀,外油底壳内部设置有内油底壳,内油底壳容积为外油底壳容积的三分之一,在内油底壳的底部设置有温控阀,当内油底壳内机油温度达到一定值时温控阀进行启闭动作。本发明内油底壳容积小,机油温度上升快,热车时间至少缩短2/3,内外油底壳机油混合后满足发动机机油消耗;本发明缩短了军用车辆热车时间。

技术领域
 本发明属于内燃机技术领域,具体涉及军用车辆双层油底壳。
背景技术
油底壳用于储存柴油机,处于机体底部,根据用途可分为湿式油底壳和干式油底壳。湿式油底壳需储存机油故油底壳高度较大结构复杂。油底壳容积和外形尺寸根据柴油机的用途和润滑系统所需要的机油量来决定。一般油底壳机油容量根据经验公式:
车用发动机V=(0.1~0.2)Ne
拖拉机用柴油机V=(0.25~0.35)Ne
高速柴油机V=(0.2~0.4)Ne
Ne——有效功率
发动机启动时需要先热车,如果不热车立刻高速运转,发动机内部零部件还处于冷冻状态,容易造成发动机熄火。并且外界气温低时油液粘度也会增大。在发动机冷启动后,略微等待3O~60 秒左右。当发动机完成初步润滑后,缓慢加油起步。在行驶过程中,应保持中低转速(约2000转/分)行驶,避免猛然加油。要让变速器润滑油能够完成对各个机件进行充分润滑,并留意水温表的变化, 当指针逐渐升高,至约80℃左右时.便可正常行驶了。在特别冷的天气下整个热车过程达到几分钟。
军用车辆是现代军队地面机动的主要装备,肩负着部队输送、伤员后送、物资补给、技术保障和武器运载等重任。军用车辆的职责需要军用车辆具备高机动性、特种化、作业机械化、智能化、系列化和通用化等特点。
军用车辆的机动性是指军用车辆实施兵力、兵器机动和随行作战、保障任务时,快速到达目的地的能力。高机动性要求车辆在各种道路上快速形式的能力,所以同时也要求发动机热车时间短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种军用车辆双层油底壳。本发明使军用车辆发动机热车时间缩短了三分之二。
本发明采用的技术方案:军用车辆双层油底壳,它包括外油底壳、内油底壳和温控阀,外油底壳内部设置有内油底壳,内油底壳容积为外油底壳容积的三分之一,在内油底壳的底部设置有温控阀,当内油底壳内机油温度达到一定值时温控阀进行启闭动作。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:本发明内油底壳容积小,机油温度上升快,热车时间至少缩短2/3,内外油底壳机油混合后满足发动机机油消耗;本发明缩短了军用车辆热车时间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种军用车辆双层油底壳,它包括外油底壳1、内油底壳2和温控阀3,外油底壳1内部设置有内油底壳2,内油底壳2容积为外油底壳1容积的三分之一,在内油底壳2的底部设置有温控阀3,当内油底壳2内机油温度达到一定值时温控阀3进行启闭动作。
本发明应用于湿式油底壳,也可用于干式油底壳的机油箱内。本发明采用双层油底壳,外油底壳1内安装有一小油底壳(内油底壳2),内油底壳2容积小于外油底壳1。内油底壳2容积与热车时的转速有关,热车时的转速一般是额定转速的1/3,内油底壳2是整机所需机油量容积的1/3。所有机油回油通过结构设计保证均流回内油底壳2。这样才能保证内油底壳2机油温度快速上升。内油底壳2底部安装有温控阀3,温控阀3开启温度设置为80℃,当内油底壳2机油温度达到80℃时,温控阀3开启,内外油底壳1机油混合。

1. 军用车辆双层油底壳,它包括外油底壳、内油底壳和温控阀,其特征是:外油底壳内部设置有内油底壳,内油底壳容积为外油底壳容积的三分之一,在内油底壳的底部设置有温控阀,当内油底壳内机油温度达到一定值时温控阀进行启闭动作。
