Abstract

本发明涉及内燃机用上下双层油底壳,它包括油底壳、绝热隔板和温控阀,油底壳中部设置有绝热隔板,绝热隔板将油底壳分为上下两层结构,温控阀设置在绝热隔板上,温控阀受温度变化时,进行开启动作。本发明结构在当油底壳温度过高时降低机油温度确保机油有良好的润滑性,保证柴油机的工作可靠性。

技术领域
 本发明属于内燃机技术领域,具体涉及一种内燃机用上下双层油底壳。
背景技术
在柴油机运行过程中,机油要起到润滑、承载以及传热的作用。机油在柴油机各部位的工作温度不一样,缸套与活塞组之间的润滑油,处于油膜状态的摩擦面,温度在100~350℃之间;主轴承和连杆轴承的平均温度在100~150℃之间;其余部分机油的工作温度一般均在100℃以下。机油温度过高,机油粘度降低显著,稳定性降低,氧化变质加剧,机油压力偏低,易造成烧轴瓦、烧曲轴、缸套拉伤等故障,因此,为控制发动机机油温度,保证各部件有效而可靠地润滑。一般来说,柴油机曲轴箱机油温度应在80~100℃之间,多数为85℃左右。因此,必须将柴油机机油温度控制在一定的范围内,控制机油的温度就是为了保证各部位,特别是主轴承和连杆轴承的正常工作。
油底壳用于储存柴油机,处于机体底部,根据用途可分为湿式油底壳和干式油底壳。湿式油底壳需储存机油故油底壳高度较大结构复杂。油底壳容积和外形尺寸根据柴油机的用途和润滑系统所需要的机油量来决定。
发明内容
本发明就是针对柴油机油底壳内的机油温度过高时,出现机油润滑质量下降的问题,导致烧轴瓦、烧曲轴、缸套拉伤的问题,而提供了一种内燃机用上下双层油底壳。
本发明采用的技术方案:内燃机用上下双层油底壳,它包括油底壳、绝热隔板和温控阀,油底壳中部设置有绝热隔板,绝热隔板将油底壳分为上下两层结构,温控阀设置在绝热隔板上,温控阀受温度变化时,进行开启动作。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:本发明结构在当油底壳温度过高时降低机油温度确保机油有良好的润滑性,保证柴油机的工作可靠性。

具体实施方式
    如图1所示,内燃机用上下双层油底壳,本发明应用于湿式油底壳,油底壳1中间采用绝热隔板将油底壳1油分为上下两层,上层油底壳机油容积能够满足柴油机润滑冷却系统所需的机油量。绝热隔板2上安装温控阀3,温控阀3开启时上下层油底壳机油可以快速混合。内燃机在运转过程中温控阀3关闭,仅上层油底壳机油参与内燃机工作。工作过程中即使有机油冷却器机油温度仍然会因为各种原因出现升高问题,温控阀3开启温度设置为95℃,当上层油底壳机油温度超过95℃时,温控阀3开启,中间绝热隔板2能保证下层油底壳机油温度较低,上下层油底壳内机油混合时降低机油温度。

1. 内燃机用上下双层油底壳,它包括油底壳、绝热隔板和温控阀,其特征是:油底壳中部设置有绝热隔板,绝热隔板将油底壳分为上下两层结构,温控阀设置在绝热隔板上,温控阀受温度变化时,进行开启动作。
