Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种可以长时间耐高温碱液浸泡,并且浸泡后有合适的撕裂性、撕裂整齐性和良好的密封性能的化学铣切刻型线临时密封涂料。本发明在热塑性丙烯酸树脂合成中以SBS树脂与苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯单体反应来合成高分子量低羟基树脂,在高硬度的同时具有高柔韧性,其可保持在长时间热碱液作用下仍具有良好的柔韧性,通过优化SBS树脂与HCPE树脂比例,可在保持良好柔韧性的同时,具有良好的撕裂性及撕裂整齐性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于密封剂涂料领域,特别涉及一种金属的化学铣切加工刻型线临时密封涂料。
背景技术
化学铣切刻型线临时密封涂料具有良好的长时间耐热碱的性能、良好的密封性能、易撕裂性和撕裂整齐性,可用于化学铣切加工刻型线的密封,防止碱液透过刻型线与底材接触产生漏蚀,满足激光一次刻型化学铣切加工平直性的使用需要,大大提高了工作效率。
为追求工作效率,在多台阶化学铣切刻型工序中许多宇航公司开始采用激光一次刻型代替传统的手工多次刻型,由于激光刻型线缝较传统的手工刻型线缝变宽,国内外的化学铣切胶配套用刻型线临时密封涂料很难满足其实际的使用需要。在高温碱液长时间作用下,对刻型线临时密封涂料的要求很高。一般的刻型线临时密封涂料其密封性较差,在碱液中长时间浸泡会出现漏蚀的现象破坏底材。并且其经过长时间高温浸泡后会变硬、脆,导致撕裂时出现很多锯齿,从而影响底材铣切边的平直性,最终导致零件加工失败。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以长时间耐高温碱液浸泡,并且浸泡后有合适的撕裂性、撕裂整齐性和良好的密封性能的化学铣切刻型线临时密封涂料。
本发明的化学铣切刻型线临时密封涂料的技术方案:
本发明所述涂料包括以下按质量百分数计的组分:
其中,所述SBS树脂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,其重均分子量为120000-140000;
所述HCPE树脂为高氯化聚乙烯树脂,其中氯含量>61%;
所述混合溶剂为质量比1:1:3的甲苯、醋酸乙酯和丁酮;
所述填料为白炭黑与滑石粉、高岭土、硅粉、磷酸锌中一种或多种混合物。
所述助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、流变助剂中的一种或多种。
其制备方法如下:按以上质量比称取各组分,将所述SBS树脂和HCPE树脂用混合溶剂完全溶解,加入自制热塑性丙烯酸树脂,在搅拌下加入艳佳鲜红、填料和助剂,然后用高速搅拌机混合均匀后,用砂磨机研磨至细度≤40μm,过滤包装的成品。
所述热塑性丙烯酸树脂是由以下按质量百分数计的组分制成:SBS树脂4~7%、苯乙烯6~10%、甲基丙烯酸丁酯2~4%、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯2~4%、丙烯酸羟乙酯1~3%、BPO 0.2~0.4%、混合溶剂65~85%;
其制备方法如下:将50-60wt%所述混合溶剂加入带搅拌器、温度计和滴液漏斗的反应器,开动搅拌升温至回流;再用30-35wt%所述混合溶剂溶解SBS树脂和60-70wt%的BPO,再加入苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯,混合均匀,得到混合物。
将所述混合物用滴液漏斗匀速滴入所述反应器中,三小时滴加完后保温一小时;
用5-10wt%所述混合溶剂溶解15-20wt%的BPO得到混合物,再用滴液漏斗匀速滴入所述反应器中,半小时滴完后保温一小时;再用5-10wt%所述混合溶剂溶解15-20wt%的BPO得到混合物,再用滴液漏斗匀速滴入所述反应器中,半小时滴完后保温一小时。降温出料,得到所述热塑性丙烯酸树脂,其固体含量为18~20%,粘度为12~14s;
所述BPO为过氧化二苯甲酰;
所述混合溶剂为质量比1:1的二甲苯和甲苯;
所述粘度是根据GB/T 1723-1993,使用涂-4粘度计测量的。
本发明的技术关键点在于:
1、本发明涂料树脂的原料组成;
2、本发明树脂的制备方法;
3、本发明涂料的原料配比。
本发明在热塑性丙烯酸树脂合成中以SBS树脂与苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯单体反应来合成高分子量低羟基树脂,在高硬度的同时具有高柔韧性,其可保持在长时间热碱液作用下仍具有良好的柔韧性,通过优化SBS树脂与HCPE树脂比例,可在保持良好柔韧性的同时,具有良好的撕裂性及撕裂整齐性。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
1、合成热塑性丙烯酸树脂
将90g甲苯和90g二甲苯加入带搅拌器、温度计和滴液漏斗的三口烧瓶中,加热至118~120℃回流,保持温度不变。
将20g SBS树脂和1g BPO用50g甲苯和50g二甲苯溶解完全,再加入32g苯乙烯、9.6g甲基丙烯酸丁酯、9.6g甲基丙烯酸异辛酯和8.8g丙烯酸羟乙酯,搅拌均匀。将上述混合物倒入滴液漏斗中,匀速滴加入三口烧瓶中,控制在三个小时滴完,保温一小时。
将0.3g BPO用10g甲苯和10g二甲苯溶解完全。将上述混合物倒入滴液漏斗中,匀速滴加入三口烧瓶中,控制在半个小时滴完,保温一小时。
将0.3g BPO用10g甲苯和10g二甲苯溶解完全。将上述混合物倒入滴液漏斗中,匀速滴加入三口烧瓶中,控制在半个小时滴完,保温一小时。
降温、过滤、出料,测定固体含量为19.5%,粘度为13s。
2、制备刻型线临时密封涂料
称取6g SBS树脂和2.5g高氯化树脂,加入5g甲苯、5g醋酸乙酯和14g丁酮,使其完全溶解,再加入已制备好的丙烯酸树脂20.3g,然后在搅拌下加入0.1g艳佳鲜红、1.2g白炭黑、0.8g滑石粉、0.5g磷酸锌、0.3g BYK-066N、0.5g BYK-354,混合均匀后上研磨分散机研磨分散,在研磨分散过程中补加0.5g BYK-410,研磨至细度小于40微米,制成刻型线临时密封涂料。
将制成的刻型线临时密封涂料涂覆在激光刻型后的线缝上,干燥1.5h后进行多台阶化学铣切测试。
测试性能结果如下:
实施例2:
称取8.0g SBS树脂和3.0g高氯化树脂,加入6g甲苯、6g醋酸乙酯和20g丁酮,使其完全溶解,再加入已制备好的丙烯酸树脂24.5g,然后在搅拌下加入0.1g艳佳鲜红、1.0g白炭黑、1.0g滑石粉、0.5g磷酸锌,0.3g BYK-066N、0.5gBYK-354,混合均匀后上研磨分散机研磨分散,在研磨分散过程中补加0.5gBYK-410,研磨至细度小于40微米,制成刻型线临时密封涂料。
将制成的刻型线临时密封涂料涂覆在激光刻型后的线缝上,干燥1.5h后进行多台阶化铣测试。
Claims (5)
1.一种化学铣切刻型线临时密封涂料,其由以下按质量百分数计的组分制成:
其中,所述SBS树脂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,其重均分子量为120000-140000;所述HCPE树脂为高氯化聚乙烯树脂,其中氯含量为>61%;所述填料为白炭黑与滑石粉、高岭土、硅粉、磷酸锌中一种或多种的混合物;所述混合溶剂为质量比1:1:3的甲苯、醋酸乙酯和丁酮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化学铣切刻型线临时密封涂料,其中所述热塑性丙烯酸树脂是由以下按质量百分数计的组分制成的:SBS树脂4~7%、苯乙烯6~10%、甲基丙烯酸丁酯2~4%、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯2~4%、丙烯酸羟乙酯1~3%、BPO 0.2~0.4%、混合溶剂65~85%,所述混合溶剂为质量比1:1的二甲苯和甲苯。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的化学铣切刻型线临时密封涂料,其中所述助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、流变助剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的化学铣切刻型线临时密封涂料的制备方法,其包括:按所述质量比称取各组分,将所述SBS树脂和HCPE树脂用所述混合溶剂完全溶解,加入热塑性丙烯酸树脂,在搅拌下加入艳佳鲜红、填料和助剂,然后用高速搅拌机混合均匀后,用砂磨机研磨至细度≤40μm,过滤,得到所述涂料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的化学铣切刻型线密封涂料的制备方法,其中所述热塑性丙烯酸树脂是由以下按质量百分数计的组分制成的:SBS树脂4~7%、苯乙烯6~10%、甲基丙烯酸丁酯2~4%、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯2~4%、丙烯酸羟乙酯1~3%、BPO 0.2~0.4%、混合溶剂65~85%,所述混合溶剂为质量比1:1的二甲苯和甲苯;其制备方法如下:将50-60wt%的所述混合溶剂加入带搅拌器、温度计和滴液漏斗的反应器,开动搅拌升温至回流;再用30-35wt%所述混合溶剂溶解SBS树脂和60-70wt%的BPO,再加入苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯,混合均匀,得到混合物;将所述混合物用滴液漏斗匀速滴入所述反应器中,三小时滴加完后保温一小时;用5-10wt%所述混合溶剂溶解15-20wt%的BPO得到混合物,再用滴液漏斗匀速滴入所述反应器中,半小时滴完后保温一小时;再用5-10wt%所述混合溶剂溶解15-20wt%的BPO得到混合物,再用滴液漏斗匀速滴入所述反应器中,半小时滴完后保温一小时,降温出料,得到所述热塑性丙烯酸树脂,其固体含量为18~20%,粘度为12~14s。
