Abstract

本发明涉及一种配套于数控机床上的双层圆盘式刀库装置,包括刀库底座、刀库支架、刀套夹盘、刀盘基座、刀套、对刀仪;刀库底座连结安装在机床上,刀库支架连结在刀库底座的一端,刀盘基座通过螺栓连结在支架上;刀库底座另一端安装对刀仪;两件刀套夹盘安放在刀盘基座上,中间用刀盘隔套隔开;两层刀套夹盘夹住刀套座夹,并用螺栓固定;刀盘压环压在上层刀套夹盘上面。本发明,整体重量轻,结构紧凑、合理,具有结构刚性好、装刀量大、存换刀速度快、准确度高、运行噪音小、安装维护方便等优点。

双层圆盘式刀库装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种数控机床的零配件,具体是一种配套于数控机床上的双层圆盘式刀库装置。
背景技术
数控机床是20世纪50年代发展起来的新型自动化机床,较好解决了形状复杂、精密、小批量零件的加工问题,具有适应性强、加工精度和生产效率高的优点。由于数控机床综合了电子计算机、自动控制、伺服驱动、精密测量和新型机械结构等诸方面的先进技术,使得数控机床的发展日新月异,数控机床的功能越来越强大。数控机床的发展趋势体现在数控功能、数控伺服系统、编程方法、数控机床的检测和监控功能、自动调整和控制技术等方面的发展。
刀库装置是提供数控机床自动化加工过程中所需的储刀及换刀需求的一种装置,其自动换刀机构及可以储放多把刀具的刀库,改变了传统以人为主的生产方式。藉由电脑程序的控制,可以完成如铣削、钻孔、镗孔、攻牙等各种不同的加工需求;大幅度缩短加工工时,降低生产成本。
近年来刀库的发展已超越其为工具机配件的角色,在其特有的技术领域中发展出符合工具机高精度、高效能、高可靠度及多工复合等概念之产品。
现有普通的圆盘式刀库装置,大多采用单头双导程蜗轮蜗杆传动,该方式结构复杂,传动存在间隙,准确度不高,并且装刀数量不大,一般在8至20支。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有普通圆盘式刀库装置的缺点,提供一种改进的圆盘式刀库装置。
本发明,包括刀库底座、刀库支架、刀套夹盘、刀盘基座和刀套,刀套用于套装各式刀具,所述刀库底座通过螺栓连接安装在机床上,刀库底座的一端(机床外侧)挖空成U字型,一对刀库支架通过螺栓连接在U字型两侧,在刀库支架上方之间,设有横板;两件刀套夹盘安放在刀盘基座上,在刀套夹盘中间用刀盘隔套隔开;两层刀套夹盘夹住上层刀套座及下层刀套座,并用螺栓固定,在上层刀套座及下层刀套座上分别装设有刀套夹爪,每个刀套夹爪可夹装一个刀套;刀盘压环压在上层刀套夹盘上面,并通过长螺栓穿过上层夹盘、刀盘隔套、下层夹盘与刀盘基座连接,刀盘基座的下方与减速器及伺服电机传动连接,刀盘基座通过减速器架设在所述横板上。
本发明,所述刀套夹盘外型可为雪花形,外围为28道分叉,分叉为长短两组,每组14道,并且长短分叉相间、圆周均布,分叉处刻上编号,从1至28;上层刀套座安装在夹盘的单号分叉处,下层刀套座安装在夹盘的双号分叉处;刀套夹爪通过螺栓分别连接在上下层刀套座上,刀套夹装在刀套夹爪上。
本发明,在刀库底座上设置对刀仪,对刀仪通过对刀仪压环及对刀仪基座装设在刀库底座上,对刀仪基座中间有沉头通孔,通过螺栓固定在刀库底座上;对刀仪安放在对刀仪基座上,对刀仪压环穿过对刀仪与对刀仪基座连接,并压紧对刀仪。
本发明,具有如下积极效果:
1)采用伺服电机连接减速器,直接驱动刀库运动,存刀、换刀速度快,准确度高;
2)两层装刀夹具(爪)错开设置,体积小、装刀数量多,将装刀量增至28支;
3)增加对刀仪,具有对刀和刀具补偿的功能,并能对刀具进行折断检测;
4)刀套夹盘采用航空铝材,质量轻、强度高;并且夹盘厚度只有3mm,弹性好,使存刀、换刀动作平稳,刀库不易损伤;
5)刀套夹具采用MC尼龙,质量轻、弹性好、耐磨损,采用一次注塑成型,与刀具配合紧密,装夹牢固。
本发明,整体重量轻,结构紧凑、合理,整体精度高,具有结构刚性好、装刀量大、存换刀速度快、准确度高、运行噪音小、维护方便等特点。

参照图1-图5,一种配套于数控机床上的双层圆盘式刀库装置,包括刀库底座15、刀库支架09、刀套夹盘02、刀盘基座06和刀套07,刀套07用于套装各式刀具,所述刀库底座15通过螺栓连接安装在机床(图中未画出)上,刀库底座15的一端(机床外侧)挖空成U字型,一对刀库支架09通过螺栓连接在U字型两侧,在刀库支架09上方之间,设有横板16;两件刀套夹盘02安放在刀盘基座06上,在刀套夹盘02中间用刀盘隔套03隔开;两层刀套夹盘02夹住上层刀套座04及下层刀套座05,并用螺栓固定,在上层刀套座04及下层刀套座05分别装设有刀套夹爪08,每个刀套夹爪08可夹装一个刀套07;刀盘压环01压在上层刀套夹盘02上面,并通过长螺栓穿过上层夹盘02、刀盘隔套03、下层夹盘02与刀盘基座06连接,刀盘基座06的下方与减速器10及伺服电机11传动连接,刀盘基座06通过减速器10架设在所述横板16上。
本实施例,所述刀套夹盘02外型为雪花形,外围为28道分叉,分叉为长短两组,每组14道,并且长短分叉相间、圆周均布,分叉处刻上编号,从1至28;上层刀套座04安装在夹盘的单号分叉处,下层刀套座05安装在夹盘的双号分叉处;刀套夹爪08通过螺栓分别连接在上下层刀套座上,刀套07夹装在刀套夹爪08上。
本实施例,在刀库底座15上设置对刀仪12,对刀仪12通过对刀仪压环13及对刀仪基座14装设在刀库底座15上,对刀仪基座14中间有沉头通孔,通过螺栓固定在刀库底座15上;对刀仪12安放在对刀仪基座14上,对刀仪压环13穿过对刀仪12与对刀仪基座14连接,并压紧对刀仪12。
本发明,其工作原理如下:刀库的存刀、换刀动作由数控程序设定,伺服电机驱动,刀库及机床电主轴联动执行完成。存刀:按设定的存刀程序,刀库根据存刀编码旋转至相应位置,电主轴携带刀套(含刀具)进入刀库区域,下降并将刀套平移,送进刀套夹爪夹紧,电主轴的拉刀油缸制动松开刀套,然后电主轴上行并返回,存刀动作完成。换刀:按设定的换刀程序,先将电主轴携带的刀套(含刀具)送入刀库,动作跟存刀相同;然后刀库旋转至所需刀具位置,电主轴再次进入刀库区域,运行至刀套上方,下降并启动拉刀油缸,将刀套吸附在主轴头上,电主轴上行并返回,换刀动作完成。最后,电主轴将携带的刀具移至对刀仪处进行对刀后,就可以开始加工作业了。

Claims (3)

1.一种双层圆盘式刀库装置,其特征在于:包括刀库底座(15)、刀库支架(09)、刀套夹盘(02)、刀盘基座(06)和刀套(07),刀套(07)用于套装各式刀具,所述刀库底座(15)通过螺栓连接安装在机床上,刀库底座(15)的一端挖空成U字型,一对刀库支架(09)通过螺栓连接在U字型两侧,在刀库支架(09)上方之间,设有横板(16);两件刀套夹盘(02)安放在刀盘基座(06)上,在刀套夹盘(02)中间用刀盘隔套(03)隔开;两层刀套夹盘(02)夹住上层刀套座(04)及下层刀套座(05),并用螺栓固定,在上层刀套座(04)及下层刀套座(05)分别装设有刀套夹爪(08),每个刀套夹爪(08)可夹装一个刀套(07);刀盘压环(01)压在上层刀套夹盘(02)上面,并通过长螺栓穿过上层夹盘(02)、刀盘隔套(03)、下层夹盘(02)与刀盘基座(06)连接,刀盘基座(06)的下方与减速器(10)及伺服电机(11)传动连接,刀盘基座(06)通过减速器(10)架设在所述横板(16)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层圆盘式刀库装置,其特征在于:所述刀套夹盘(02)外型为雪花形,外围为28道分叉,分叉为长短两组,每组14道,并且长短分叉相间、圆周均布,分叉处刻上编号,从1至28;上层刀套座(04)安装在夹盘的单号分叉处,下层刀套座(05)安装在夹盘的双号分叉处;刀套夹爪(08)通过螺栓分别连接在上下层刀套座上,刀套(07)夹装在刀套夹爪(08)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双层圆盘式刀库装置,其特征在于:在刀库底座(15)上设置对刀仪(12),对刀仪(12)通过对刀仪压环(13)及对刀仪基座(14)装设在刀库底座(15)上,对刀仪基座(14)中间有沉头通孔,通过螺栓固定在刀库底座(15)上;对刀仪(12)安放在对刀仪基座(14)上,对刀仪压环(13)穿过对刀仪(12)与对刀仪基座(14)连接,并压紧对刀仪(12)。
