本发明公开了一种保肝健肾排毒降脂的药物及其制备方法,它由香菇多糖、云芝多糖、灵芝多糖、枸杞多糖、红枣多糖组成,各种成分的重量百分比为,香菇多糖10-25%,云芝多糖15-30%,灵芝多糖15-30%,枸杞多糖10-25%,红枣多糖15-30%。将所述的云芝多糖、灵芝多糖、香菇多糖、枸杞多糖、红枣多糖、加工成细粉,按比例混合均匀,经过烘干、灭菌处理记得中成药散剂,把经过灭菌后混合均匀的散剂装入胶囊管器中封闭,即得胶囊药剂。本发明工艺简单、产品精纯、成本低、原材料植物天然,无任何毒副作用,不添加任何化学剂、兴奋剂,可使人们增强免疫功能,改善体质,保肝健肾、降血脂排毒素,医疗、保健效果显著,可使人们远离亚健康。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种中药,特别涉及一种保肝健肾排毒降脂的药物及其制备方法。
背景技术:
目前,人们由于工作压力大,饮食结构不合理,多数人群处于亚健康状态,有些人就开始服用各种保健品,或用中西药物进行调理,但多数人难以达到理想的效果,有的甚至添加化学剂、兴奋剂,对人体造成伤害,达到难以修补的状态。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种无毒副作用,改善人体质量,保肝护肾,降血脂,排毒素的一种保肝健肾排毒降脂的药物及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它由香菇多糖、云芝多糖、灵芝多糖、枸杞多糖、红枣多糖组成,各种成分的重量百分比为,香菇多糖10-25%,云芝多糖15-30%,灵芝多糖15-30%,枸杞多糖10-25%,红枣多糖15-30%。
制备方法包括以下步骤,第一步将野生香菇经组织分离、培养、发酵、烘干得到香菇菌丝体多糖,取香菇干品剪碎,沸煮2h、过滤,药渣加水沸煮1.5h,沸煮后过滤,再加水沸煮1h后过滤弃渣,合并三次滤液浓缩,向浓缩液中加入体积分数95%乙醇至含醇量为60%,静置过夜后抽滤,沉淀物60℃干燥,再加水充分溶解、离心,取上清,调PH值后加胃蛋白酶,50℃水浴放置18h,酶解液调PH值6.8-7.2,煮沸离心,取上清加Sevag试剂(氯仿:正丁醇为5∶1),强振摇离心分取水层,同法操作8次,过滤,上清醇提,放置过夜,抽干析出沉淀,将沉淀用无水乙醇洗降3次,在蒸馏水中加温搅拌透析12h,得精致香菇多糖,第二步取云芝粗粉、蒸馏、加热、过滤、振摇除蛋白,离心收上清,去正丁醇、流水透析、沉淀离心、洗脱、收集、冷冻、干燥得纯化云芝多糖,取云芝粗粉加20倍蒸馏水,煮沸保持6h,并补失水搅拌、过滤,残渣加15倍水量蒸馏,重复提取1次,合并两次提取所得滤液,水浴液浓缩至小体积,浓缩液加3%活性炭回流1h过滤。滤液按Sevag法除蛋白,振摇除蛋白,离心收集上清,入透析袋流水透析72h,除去游离氨基酸和单糖等小分子水溶性成分,加4倍95%乙醇于透析液中,沉淀离心,沉淀物经无水乙醇和乙醚脱水干燥得精致云芝多糖,第三步取灵芝粗粉,加入NaOH,80℃提取2h,过滤、二次提取,合并,HCl中和,透析、离心、沉淀加入NaOH溶解、离心、上清加乙醇醇析,沉淀,真空干燥得灵芝多糖,收集灵芝菌丝体,为防止多糖在碱提过程被降解,在N2保护下加入NaOH,80℃提取2h。过滤、二次提取,合并两次滤液,HCl中和,透析、离心。沉淀加入NaOH溶解,离心。上清加入乙醇醇析,沉淀真空干燥得灵芝多糖,第四步取枸杞子粉末,石油醚在60-90℃范围内回流脱脂二次,再用80%乙醇回提2次,去除单糖和低聚糖。将药渣水浴提取,减压浓缩,加活性炭脱色,过滤。重复醇沉,无水乙醇丙酮,乙醚多次洗涤,60℃干燥,得枸杞子多糖,取枸杞子粉末,石油醚在60-90℃范围内回流脱脂二次,每次1h,再用80%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2h,以出去单糖和多聚糖。将药渣加水90℃水浴提取2次,合并此2次提取液,减压浓缩,加活性炭脱色,过滤。滤液加5倍95%乙醇,放置过夜,抽滤后的沉淀以水溶解重复醇沉一次。沉淀以95%乙醇,无水乙醇、丙醇、乙醚多次洗涤,60℃干燥,得枸杞子粗多糖。第五步取去核枣粉,乙醇醇沉,40℃水浴回流脱脂两次,离心分离,90℃水浴搅拌浸提,离心分离,合并两次提取液,40℃减压浓缩,浓缩液无水乙醇沉淀,离心分离,再加水溶解,氯仿一正丁醇脱蛋白,NaOH溶液调PH值至弱碱性,水溶保温脱色后透析,无水乙醇沉淀、离心分离、真空干燥、得红枣多糖。
将所述的云芝多糖、灵芝多糖、香菇多糖、枸杞多糖、红枣多糖、加工成细粉,按比例混合均匀,经过烘干、灭菌处理记得中成药散剂,把经过灭菌后混合均匀的散剂装入胶囊管器中封闭,即得胶囊药剂。
本发明的目的也可以通过以下措施来实现,多糖粉末的颗粒为60-80目,多糖粉末烘干是指某一种及两种以上混合后的烘干,在烤箱中的厚度为2cm,温度为90℃,时间2h,所述的灭菌是臭氧灭菌,Sevag试剂为氯仿与正丁醇的混合试剂。
本发明的优点是:工艺简单、产品精纯、成本低、原材料植物天然,无任何毒副作用,不添加任何化学剂、兴奋剂,可使人们增强免疫功能,改善体质,保肝健肾、降血脂排毒素,医疗、保健效果显著,可使人们远离亚健康。

各种成分的重量百分比为,云芝多糖10、灵芝多糖20、香菇多糖30、枸杞多糖20、红枣多糖20,将按工艺制得的的云芝多糖、灵芝多糖、香菇多糖、枸杞多糖、红枣多糖、加工成细粉,按比例混合均匀,经过烘干、灭菌处理既得中成药散剂,把经过灭菌后混合均匀的散剂装入胶囊管器中封闭,即得胶囊药剂。
实施例二:

1.一种保肝健肾排毒降脂的药物及其制备方法,其特征在于:它由香菇多糖、云芝多糖、灵芝多糖、枸杞多糖、红枣多糖组成,各种成分的重量百分比为,香菇多糖10-25%,云芝多糖15-30%,灵芝多糖15-30%,枸杞多糖10-25%,红枣多糖15-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保肝健肾排毒降脂的药物及其制备方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤,第一步将野生香菇经组织分离、培养、发酵、烘干得到香菇菌丝体多糖,第二步取云芝粗粉、蒸馏、加热、过滤、振摇除蛋白,离心收上清,去正丁醇、流水透析、沉淀离心、洗脱、收集、冷冻、干燥得纯化云芝多糖,第三步取灵芝粗粉,加入NaOH,80℃提取2h。过滤、二次提取,合并,HCl中和,透析、离心、沉淀加入NaOH溶解、离心、上清加乙醇醇析,沉淀,真空干燥得灵芝多糖,第四步取枸杞子粉末,石油醚在60-90℃范围内回流脱脂二次,再用80%乙醇回提2次,去除单糖和低聚糖。将药渣水浴提取,减压浓缩,加活性炭脱色,过滤。重复醇沉,无水乙醇丙酮,乙醚多次洗涤,60℃干燥,得枸杞子多糖,第五步取去核枣粉,乙醇醇沉,40℃水浴回流脱脂两次,离心分离,90℃水浴搅拌浸提,离心分离,合并两次提取液,40℃减压浓缩,浓缩液无水乙醇沉淀,离心分离,再加水溶解,氯仿一正丁醇脱蛋白,NaOH溶液调PH值至弱碱性,水溶保温脱色后透析,无水乙醇沉淀、离心分离、真空干燥、得红枣多糖,将所制得的云芝多糖、灵芝多糖、香菇多糖、枸杞多糖、红枣多糖、加工成细粉,按比例混合均匀,经过烘干、灭菌处理记得中成药散剂,把经过灭菌后混合均匀的散剂装入胶囊管器中封闭,即得胶囊药剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种保肝健肾排毒降脂的药物及其制备方法,其特征在于:多糖粉末的颗粒为60-80目。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种保肝健肾排毒降脂的药物及其制备方法,其特征在于:多糖粉末烘干是指某一种及两种以上混合后的烘干,在烤箱中的厚度为2cm,温度为90℃,时间2h。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种保肝健肾排毒降脂的药物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的灭菌是臭氧灭菌。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种保肝健肾排毒降脂的药物及其制备方法,其特征在于:Sevag试剂为氯仿与正丁醇的混合试剂。
