Abstract

用于机动车的支承装置和轴支座
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的支承装置和轴支座,所述支承装置构造在该轴支座中。
背景技术
在机动车中、尤其是在车身中或在底盘中,越来越多地使用由纤维增强塑料制成的重量优化的梁。在这些由纤维增强塑料制成的梁上需要悬挂或支承机动车的其它部件如传动装置。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,给出一种用于机动车的支承装置及具有该支承装置的轴支座,它们在经济制造和装配的情况下允许在由纤维增强塑料制成的梁上的低维护的和运行可靠的支承。
本任务通过用于机动车的支承装置解决,该支承装置包括由纤维增强塑料制成的梁并且包括支承体,该支承体具有用于安装支承件的支承件容纳部和用于将支承体粘到梁上的粘合面,所述支承体包括第一部分和第二部分,并且粘合面被划分到这两个部分上,所述粘合面构造为不在整个圆周上包围梁,作为粘合面,在所述两个部分上分别构造彼此成角度的恰好两个分表面,使得整个粘合面是U形的。
因此,本任务通过用于机动车的支承装置解决,该支承装置包括由纤维增强塑料、优选由碳纤维复合材料制成的梁和粘在梁上的、优选由金属制成的支承体。支承体具有粘合面。通过该粘合面,支承体粘在梁上。此外,在支承体上构造支承件容纳部。例如可以将用于支承传动装置的橡胶支承件装入该支承件容纳部中。根据本发明,支承体设置为两件式的,并且因而具有第一部分和第二部分。在此如此分成两部分,使得粘合面也被划分到这两部分上。由此可以如此设计粘合面,使得在粘合时不会有剪切载荷作用到粘合缝中的粘合剂上。这具有如下优点:在将支承体粘到梁上时,在粘合缝中的粘合剂不会被挤出并且因而可以保证统一厚度的粘合缝。
如果例如将U形粘合面设计为一体式的,则在组装支承体与梁时粘合剂会在U形形状的两个侧面上受剪切负荷。这导致:在两个侧面上的粘合剂被挤出,由此不能保证粘合剂的均匀分布或者说不能保证统一厚度的粘合缝。与此相反,根据本发明规定,粘合面被划分到支承体的第一和第二部分上,使得具有尽可能统一的粘合缝和尽可能均匀的粘合剂分布的粘合是可能的。
优选粘合面构造成不在整个圆周上包围梁。因此,所述粘合不支持例如在支承体和梁之间的形锁合连接,而是所述粘合形成主连接。
支承体的两个部分优选都恰好具有彼此成角度的两个分表面。即总共设有四个分表面。这四个分表面共同构成粘合面。支承体的每个部分的两个分表面特别优选彼此成至少90°的角度。彼此成至少90°的角度具有如下优点:在将支承体和梁接合在一起时,粘合剂尽可能少地被挤出。
特别优选规定,支承件容纳部也被划分到支承体的两个部分上。支承件容纳部尤其是构造为通孔、例如圆柱形凹部。优选支承体的每个部分都具有通孔,各通孔相互对齐。
此外优选规定,支承体的两个部分是彼此对称的。由此大致被分为两等份并且力相对相等地分布在这两个部分上。
本发明还包括用于机动车的轴支座,该轴支座包括至少一个上述支承装置。如已在支承装置的范围内描述的各有利设计相应有利地应用于按本发明的轴支座。在按本发明的轴支座中,由纤维增强塑料制成的上述梁构造为横梁。横梁中的至少一个被规定。各横梁在此连接轴支座的两个平行的纵梁。在轴支座中,支承体被用于支承传动装置、尤其是后轴传动装置。

具体实施方式
下面根据图1和2描述支承装置的第一实施例。该支承装置在此构造在轴支座1上。
轴支座1包括关于车辆方向处于左侧的左纵梁2和处于右侧的右纵梁3。这两个纵梁2、3均由铸铝制成。这两个纵梁2、3通过前横梁4和后横梁5彼此相连。这两个横梁4、5由纤维增强塑料制成。为进一步加固该结构,两个纵梁2、3通过也由纤维增强塑料制成的抗剪力区8相连。
在各纵梁2、3上构造用于连接导杆的连接位置6。车轮通过这些导杆与轴支座1相连。此外,各纵梁2、3具有容纳部7。用于将轴支座1与机动车底部连接的支承件可以被安装到这些容纳部7中。
根据前横梁4来解释可一般性地适用于机动车的支承装置。在此十分重要的是,横梁4(一般性:梁)由纤维增强塑料制成并且至少一个支承体9粘在横梁4上。
对此图2示出局部截图。可见在横梁4上的两个支承体9。每个支承体9都包括第一部分11和第二部分12。在图2中可见在第一部分11和第二部分12之间的“分界线”10。
支承体9包括壳体17。在壳体17的内表面上构造粘合面14。支承体9通过该粘合面14与横梁4粘在一起。
例如为容纳传动装置的橡胶支承部,在支承体9中设置支承件容纳部13。支承件容纳部13构造为通孔。支承件容纳部13通过连接板18与壳体17相连。每一个部分11、12构成支承件容纳部13、连接板18和具有粘合面14的壳体17的组成部分。
图3示出在第二实施例中的其中一个支承体9的剖视图。相同的或功能相同的构件在所有实施例中使用相同的附图标记。两个实施例间的唯一区别是:在第二个实施例中,第一和第二部分11、12的连接板18相互邻接,而在第一实施例中各连接板18相互间隔开。在其他方面这两个实施例是相同的,使得下面的说明不仅适用于第一实施例也适用于第二实施例。
在图3中所示的剖视图示出:在每个部分11、12上分别构造一个第一分表面15和一个第二分表面16。这两个部分11、12的四个分表面15、16共同构成粘合面14。整个粘合面14构造为U形的。
第一分表面15相对于第二分表面16具有至少90°的角度α。
通过支承体9的所示的两件式构造形式,处于粘合缝中的粘合剂在粘合时不受剪切负荷,由此在粘合时粘合剂不会被挤出。因此,在粘合面14和横梁4之间的确定的距离被保证并且因而确定的粘合剂厚度也被保证。

1.用于机动车的支承装置,该支承装置包括由纤维增强塑料制成的梁(4)并且包括支承体(9),该支承体具有用于安装支承件的支承件容纳部(13)和用于将支承体(9)粘到梁(4)上的粘合面(14),所述支承体(9)包括第一部分(11)和第二部分(12),并且粘合面(14)被划分到这两个部分(11、12)上,其特征在于,所述粘合面(14)构造为不在整个圆周上包围梁(4),作为粘合面(14),在所述两个部分(11、12)上分别构造彼此成角度的恰好两个分表面(15、16),使得整个粘合面(14)是U形的。

5.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的支承装置,其特征在于,所述两个部分(11、12)是彼此对称的。
6.用于机动车的轴支座(1),该轴支座包括至少一个按照权利要求1至5中任一项所述的支承装置,其中,由纤维增强塑料制成的梁(4)构造为横梁,并且支承体(9)构造用于支承传动装置。
7.按照权利要求6所述的轴支座,其特征在于,所述横梁将由金属制成的两个纵梁(2、3)相连。
8.按照权利要求7所述的轴支座,其特征在于,所述两个纵梁(2、3)由铸铝制成。
