Abstract

本发明属于缝纫机技术领域,特指一种绷缝自动剪线的松线装置,包括剪线装置的剪线驱动器、夹线器组件,剪线驱动器通过剪线驱动器安装板固定在机壳上,钢丝绳的一端通过固定块与剪线驱动器连接、另一端固设在松线曲柄上,松线曲柄通过松线轴设置在机壳上,松线曲柄连接夹线器组件,剪线驱动器动作带动钢丝绳、松线曲柄动作进而实现松线或复位,本发明通过钢丝绳连接剪线驱动器与松线曲柄,钢丝绳可以任意弯曲走线,布局不受限制,在外形上占有更小的空间,通用性更强,当剪线驱动器位置发生变化时,不需要作重新设计,只需调整下钢丝绳的长度即可;结构简单、实现方便,有效提高缝纫效率。

绷缝自动剪线的松线装置
技术领域:
本发明属于缝纫机技术领域,特指一种绷缝自动剪线的松线装置。
背景技术:
由于在进行自动剪线时,为了保证缝线能够顺利地被剪断,一般需要在剪线的同时进行松线。现有的绷缝自动剪线的松线装置是剪线电磁铁通过钣金折弯件与松线曲柄连接,该结构对折弯钣金件要求较高,折弯钣金件是针对剪线电磁铁及松线曲柄的位置关系进行设计的。由于绷缝机的型号不同,可能剪线电磁铁与松线曲柄之间的位置关系会不同,或者在设置其他附件的时候需要改变剪线电磁铁的位置时,原有折弯钣金件就不能再使用,需要重新设计钣金件,通用性差,对加工造成一定的麻烦。同时,折弯钣金件体积先对较大,占用的空间也大,缝纫机机壳外部零件的布局对其的设计也有要求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种占有更小的空间,通用性更强的绷缝自动剪线的松线装置。
本发明是这样实现的:
绷缝自动剪线的松线装置,包括剪线装置的剪线驱动器、夹线器组件,剪线驱动器通过剪线驱动器安装板固定在机壳上,钢丝绳的一端通过固定块与剪线驱动器连接、另一端固设在松线曲柄上,松线曲柄通过松线轴设置在机壳上,松线曲柄连接夹线器组件,所述松线曲柄远离松线轴的一端部设置有过线孔,钢丝绳的一端连接在该过线孔上,松线曲柄靠近松线轴的一端设置有连接曲柄,连接曲柄与松线曲柄均固定在松线轴上,连接曲柄的另一端通过插销与松线曲柄连接,插销卡接在过线器组件的过线调节板的卡槽内,剪线驱动器动作带动钢丝绳、松线曲柄动作进而实现松线或复位。
上述的钢丝绳的一端依次穿过小锁块上的通孔及松线曲柄上的过线孔再回穿至小锁块的通孔内,通过螺钉将其固定在小锁块上。
上述的钢丝绳外套装有过线管,过线管的一端通过限位管固设在管支架上、另一端通过限位管固设在剪线驱动器安装板上,管支架固定在机壳上,钢丝绳的两端分别穿过相应的限位管。
上述的剪线驱动器安装板上设置有缓冲杆,缓冲杆的两端伸出安装板之外,一端与活动杆的外端连接、另一端设置有固定块。
上述的剪线驱动器是电磁铁或是气缸。
本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本发明通过钢丝绳连接剪线驱动器与松线曲柄,钢丝绳可以任意弯曲走线,布局不受限制,在外形上占有更小的空间,通用性更强,当剪线驱动器位置发生变化时,不需要作重新设计,只需调整下钢丝绳的长度即可;
2、本发明结构简单、实现方便,有效提高缝纫效率。

具体实施方式:
下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—4:
绷缝自动剪线的松线装置,包括剪线装置的剪线驱动器1、夹线器组件2,剪线驱动器1通过剪线驱动器安装板3固定在机壳下节4上,钢丝绳5的一端通过固定块6与剪线驱动器1连接、另一端固设在松线曲柄7上,松线曲柄7通过松线轴8设置在机壳上节9上,松线曲柄7连接夹线器组件2,剪线驱动器1动作带动钢丝绳5、松线曲柄7动作进而实现松线或复位。
松线曲柄7的一端设置有连接曲柄19,连接曲柄19上设置有松线曲柄7上一一对应的两个孔,松线曲柄7与连接曲柄19上的其中一个孔均套装并固定在松线轴11上,另一个孔通过插销20连接,插销20的一端伸出并卡接在过线器组件2的过线调节板21的卡槽内。松线曲柄7的另一端的通孔内设置有管座22,管座上穿设有挑线杆。
上述的松线曲柄7上设置有过线孔,钢丝绳5的一端依次穿过小锁块10上的通孔及松线曲柄7上的过线孔再回穿至小锁块10的通孔内,通过螺钉将其固定在小锁块10上。
上述的钢丝绳5外套装有过线管11,过线管11的一端通过限位管12固设在管支架13上、另一端通过限位管12固设在剪线驱动器安装板3上,管支架13固定在机壳上节9上,钢丝绳5的两端分别穿过相应的限位管12。限位管12的一端穿过管支架13或剪线驱动器安装板3上的通孔并通过螺母固定。
上述的剪线驱动器安装板3上设置有缓冲杆,缓冲杆的两端伸出安装板3之外,一端与活动杆14的外端连接、另一端设置有固定块6。
缓冲杆的具体结构是:包括有导向杆15,导向杆15的轴线与驱动器1的活动杆14的轴线平行,在导向杆15上设置有挡圈16,弹簧17套装在导向杆15外,弹簧17的一端顶紧在安装板3上、另一端顶紧在挡圈16上,导向杆15的一端通过连杆18与活动杆14的外端连接、另一端设置有固定块6。
上述的剪线驱动器1是电磁铁或是气缸。
本发明的工作原理是:
当剪线驱动器1工作时,剪线驱动器1带动钢丝绳5向X方向运动,钢丝绳5的另一端带动松线曲柄7向下运动,松线曲柄7带动松线板向斜下方运动,从而达到夹线器松线效果。松线完成后,剪线驱动器1上的弹簧17带动钢丝绳5复位,夹线器上同样有弹簧复位,如此便是一个松线周期。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例之一,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,故:凡依本发明的形状、结构、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.绷缝自动剪线的松线装置,包括剪线装置的剪线驱动器、夹线器组件,剪线驱动器通过剪线驱动器安装板固定在机壳上,其特征在于:钢丝绳的一端通过固定块与剪线驱动器连接、另一端固设在松线曲柄上,松线曲柄通过松线轴设置在机壳上,松线曲柄连接夹线器组件,所述松线曲柄远离松线轴的一端部设置有过线孔,钢丝绳的一端连接在该过线孔上,松线曲柄靠近松线轴的一端设置有连接曲柄,连接曲柄与松线曲柄均固定在松线轴上,连接曲柄的另一端通过插销与松线曲柄连接,插销卡接在过线器组件的过线调节板的卡槽内,剪线驱动器动作带动钢丝绳、松线曲柄动作进而实现松线或复位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绷缝自动剪线的松线装置,其特征在于:所述钢丝绳的一端依次穿过小锁块上的通孔及松线曲柄上的过线孔再回穿至小锁块的通孔内,通过螺钉将其固定在小锁块上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绷缝自动剪线的松线装置,其特征在于:所述的钢丝绳外套装有过线管,过线管的一端通过限位管固设在管支架上、另一端通过限位管固设在剪线驱动器安装板上,管支架固定在机壳上,钢丝绳的两端分别穿过相应的限位管。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的绷缝自动剪线的松线装置,其特征在于:所述的剪线驱动器安装板上设置有缓冲杆,缓冲杆的两端伸出安装板之外,一端与活动杆的外端连接、另一端设置有固定块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的绷缝自动剪线的松线装置,其特征在于:所述的剪线驱动器是电磁铁或是气缸。
