技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合栈板。
背景技术
现有技术中,为方便零散物品的摆放和出货要求,通常设计一种专用的底座结构的栈板。现有液晶模组及液晶玻璃包装行业有一种常用的塑胶栈板,按照特定的尺寸制作而成,用以适配某一长宽尺寸的液晶模组或液晶玻璃包装外箱。但是,在实际堆栈时由于考虑到物品堆栈的匹配性和可靠性,则需要使用不同尺寸的栈板与包装外箱尺寸匹配,因此当包装外箱堆栈尺寸不同时,则需要对应设计不同尺寸的栈板模具来成型栈板,这样不利于节约模具成本,也不利于提高栈板在实际应用中的有效利用率。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种尺寸可调的复合栈板,能满足多种包装外箱的堆栈尺寸。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种复合栈板,包括:
两条平行的脚板组件,每个所述脚板组件包括滑动连接的第一脚板和第二脚板,所述第一脚板相对所述第二脚板可滑动以改变所述脚板组件的长度;
两个滑动片组件,每个所述滑动片组件包括滑动连接的第一滑动片和第二滑动片,所述第一滑动片和所述第二滑动片分别与一个所述脚板组件固定连接,所述第一滑动片相对所述第二滑动片可沿所述滑动片组件的长度方向滑动以改变所述滑动片组件的长度。
其中,所述栈板还包括剪叉单元,所述剪叉单元包括中间铰轴、第一承载条和第二承载条,所述第一承载条和所述第二承载条通过中间铰轴在中部铰接;所述第一承载条和所述第二承载条的自由端均设有端部铰轴,将所述第一承载条和所述第二承载条铰接于所述脚板组件的自由端端部。
其中,所述栈板还包括至少两个剪叉单元,每个所述剪叉单元包括中间铰轴、第一承载条和第二承载条,所述第一承载条和所述第二承载条通过中间铰轴在中部铰接;相邻的两个所述剪叉单元通过设置在所述第一承载条和所述第二承载条端部上的铰轴铰接;所述脚板组件的顶面上沿长度方向开设有凹槽;所述铰轴伸入所述凹槽内;位于两端的所述剪叉单元上的所述第一承载条和所述第二承载条的自由端均设有端部铰轴,将相应的所述第一承载条和所述第二承载条铰接于所述脚板组件的自由端端部。
其中,所述栈板还包括中空结构的中间脚板,所述中间脚板的顶面上开设有连通的长槽和多个第三通孔,所述中间铰轴下端为大头帽体结构,穿过所述第三通孔后可在所述长槽内滑动。
其中,所述第一滑动片与所述第二滑动片的其中一个上凸设具有大头端的滑动柱,所述第一滑动片与所述第二滑动片的另一个上开设有在所述滑动片组件长度方向延伸的条形孔和位于所述条形孔中部的第一通孔,所述滑动柱的大头端直径小于所述第一通孔且大于所述条形孔的宽度,所述滑动柱穿设入所述第一通孔后可在所述条形孔中滑动。
其中,每个所述脚板组件包括一个所述第一脚板,两个所述第一脚板的端部分别固定有一个所述滑动片组件的两端,两个所述第二脚板的端部分别固定有另一个所述滑动片组件的两端。
或者,每个所述脚板组件包括两个所述第一脚板,两个所述第一脚板分别位于所述第二脚板的两端,所述滑动片组件的两端分别固定于两个所述第一脚板的端部。
其中,所述第二脚板为中空筒体结构,所述第一脚板插设于所述第二脚板内。
其中,所述第一脚板的至少一个侧壁上设有弹性凸起,所述第二脚板的至少一个侧壁上相应设有供所述弹性凸起卡入的卡孔。
其中,所述第一脚板为中空结构,所述第一脚板还包括弹性板和供所述弹性凸起伸出的第二通孔,所述弹性板的一端固定在所述第一脚板内壁,所述弹性板的自由端上形成所述弹性凸起。
本发明提供了一种尺寸可以调节的复合栈板,可以匹配不同尺寸的包装外箱,降低了不必要的开模成本,提高了栈板利用率。

本实施例提供复合栈板尺寸可以同时在长度和宽度方向上进行调节,可以匹配不同尺寸的包装外箱,降低了不必要的开模成本,提高了栈板利用率。
参阅图1和图2,分别为本发明实施例1的复合栈板的收缩状态和伸长状态示意图,该复合栈板包括:两条平行的脚板组件20和两个滑动片组件40,其中每个脚板组件20包括滑动连接的第一脚板21和第二脚板22,第一脚板21相对第二脚板22可滑动以改变脚板组件20的长度;每个滑动片组件40结构相同,均包括滑动连接的第一滑动片40a和第二滑动片40b,第一滑动片40a和第二滑动片40b分别与一个脚板组件20通过端部铰轴200固定连接,第一滑动片40a相对第二滑动片40b可沿滑动片组件40的长度方向滑动以改变滑动片组件40的长度。
如图3所示,每个滑动片组件40中,第一滑动片40a与第二滑动片40b的其中一个上凸设有具有大头端的滑动柱401,第一滑动片40a与第二滑动片40b的另一个上开设有在滑动片组件40长度方向延伸的条形孔402和位于条形孔402中部的第一通孔403,滑动柱401的大头端直径小于第一通孔403且大于条形孔402的宽度,滑动柱401穿设入第一通孔403后可在条形孔402中滑动。本实施例中,滑动柱401设在第一滑动片40a上,条形孔402和第一通孔403开设在第二滑动片40b上。
通过将脚板组件20设置成第一脚板21和第二脚板22可滑动连接,实现了栈板长度方向上的可调性;通过在两条平行的脚板组件20之间设有可以伸缩的两个滑动片组件40,保证了栈板宽度方向上的可调性,可以同时满足不同长度和宽度的包装箱或堆叠物的承载需求,提高了栈板的利用率。
本实施例的每个脚板组件20具体包括两个第一脚板21和一个第二脚板22,两个第一脚板21分别位于第二脚板22的两端,滑动片组件40的两端分别固定于两个第一脚板21的端部。为了实现两个第一脚板21相对于一个第二脚板22的相对滑动,本实施例的第二脚板22设置为中空筒体结构,第一脚板21插设于第二脚板22内。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,第一脚板21与第二脚板22的相对滑动还可以通过其它方式实现。
结合图4,为了使栈板在拉伸状态和收缩状态下都可以实现状态锁定,第一脚板21的至少一个侧壁上设有弹性凸起210a,第二脚板22的至少一个侧壁上相应设有供弹性凸起210a卡入的卡孔22a。第一脚板21相对于第二脚板22滑动的过程中,弹性凸起210a选择性地卡入和脱离卡孔22a,从而实现脚板组件20的两种长度状态的可靠切换。具体地,在每个第一脚板21的两个端部都设有弹性凸起210a,相应地,在每个第二脚板22的两个端部都设有卡孔22a。
具体地,第一脚板21为中空结构,如图5所示,第一脚板21包括弹性板210和供弹性凸起210a伸出的第二通孔21a,弹性板210的一端通过焊接等方式固定在第一脚板21内壁,弹性板210的自由端上形成弹性凸起210a以实现弹性凸起210a弹性回复力。
为了提高栈板在长度方向和宽度方向变化的连续性和可操作性,本实施的复合栈板还包括至少两个相连的剪叉单元30,每个剪叉单元30呈X形,包括中间铰轴1a、第一承载条31和第二承载条32,第一承载条31和第二承载条32通过中间铰轴1a在中部铰接;相邻的两个剪叉单元30通过设置在第一承载条31和第二承载条32端部上的铰轴2铰接;脚板组件20的顶面上沿长度方向开设有凹槽23,即第一脚板21和第二脚板22的顶面上均开槽构成凹槽23;铰轴2伸入凹槽23内;位于两端的剪叉单元30上的第一承载条31和第二承载条32的自由端均与铰轴200铰接,将相应的第一承载条31和第二承载条32铰接于脚板组件20的自由端端部。
具体地,多个剪叉单元30相连后,位于最外端的两个剪叉单元30的自由端分别固定于位于两端的第一脚板21的端部,使得多个剪叉单元30发生形变时带动位于两端的第一脚板21相对于第二脚板22滑动,以调节脚板组件20的长度。
多个剪叉单元30相连,形成能够改变长度和宽度的剪叉机构,实际使用中,当需要增大栈板的长度时,操作者只需朝中间推压两个脚板组件20,栈板宽度变窄的同时长度变长,剪叉单元30发生形变,同时滑动片组件40中的第一滑动片40a与第二滑动片40b重叠部分增加、脚板组件20中的第一脚板21从第二脚板22内伸出,即实现了栈板的长度和宽度的同时调节;同理,当需要增大栈板的宽度时,操作者只需朝外侧拉伸两个脚板组件20即可实现栈板的长度和宽度的同时调节。
进一步地,本实施例的复合栈板为塑胶材料,以方便成型。该复合栈板还包括中空结构的中间脚板10,可以为剪叉单元30提供一定的承载力,中间脚板10具有与两侧的脚板组件20相同的结构,进一步地,中间脚板10的顶面上开设有连通的长槽101和多个间隔的第三通孔102;具体将中间铰轴1a下端设置为大头帽体结构,铰轴1a下端穿过第三通孔102后可在长槽101内滑动。
实施例2
如图6所示,为本实施例的复合栈板拉伸状态的结构示意图,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的栈板只包括一个剪叉单元30,剪叉单元30包括中间铰轴1a、第一承载条31和第二承载条32,第一承载条31和第二承载条32通过中间铰轴1a在中部铰接;第一承载条31和第二承载条32的自由端均设有端部铰轴200,用于将第一承载条31和第二承载条32铰接于第一脚板21和第二脚板22位于两端的自由端端部。
实施例3
如图7所示,为本实施例的复合栈板拉伸状态的结构示意图,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的每个脚板组件20仅包括一个第一脚板21,其中一个滑动片组件40的两端分别固定在两侧第一脚板21的端部,另一个滑动片组件40的两端分别固定在两侧第二脚板22的端部。通过这样的设计,使多个剪叉单元30相连后,位于最外端的两个剪叉单元30的自由端分别固定于第一脚板21和第二脚板22的端部,从而使得多个剪叉单元30发生形变时带动第一脚板21和第二脚板22相对滑动,以调节脚板组件20的长度。
本发明实施例通过设计一种长宽尺寸都可在一定范围内调节的栈板,提高了栈板的通用性,有利于减少栈板的开模成本。
以上所述仅是本申请的几种具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种复合栈板,其特征在于,包括:
两条平行的脚板组件(20),每个所述脚板组件(20)包括滑动连接的第一脚板(21)和第二脚板(22),所述第一脚板(21)相对所述第二脚板(22)可滑动以改变所述脚板组件(20)的长度;
两个滑动片组件(40),每个所述滑动片组件(40)包括滑动连接的第一滑动片(40a)和第二滑动片(40b),所述第一滑动片(40a)和所述第二滑动片(40b)分别与一个所述脚板组件(20)固定连接,所述第一滑动片(40a)相对所述第二滑动片(40b)可沿所述滑动片组件(40)的长度方向滑动以改变所述滑动片组件(40)的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合栈板,其特征在于,还包括剪叉单元(30),所述剪叉单元(30)包括中间铰轴(1a)、第一承载条(31)和第二承载条(32),所述第一承载条(31)和所述第二承载条(32)通过中间铰轴(1a)在中部铰接;所述第一承载条(31)和所述第二承载条(32)的自由端均设有端部铰轴(200),将所述第一承载条(31)和所述第二承载条(32)铰接于所述脚板组件(20)的自由端端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合栈板,其特征在于,还包括至少两个剪叉单元(30),每个所述剪叉单元(30)包括中间铰轴(1a)、第一承载条(31)和第二承载条(32),所述第一承载条(31)和所述第二承载条(32)通过中间铰轴(1a)在中部铰接;相邻的两个所述剪叉单元(30)通过设置在所述第一承载条(31)和所述第二承载条(32)端部上的铰轴(2)铰接;所述脚板组件(20)的顶面上沿长度方向开设有凹槽(23);所述铰轴(2)伸入所述凹槽(23)内;位于两端的所述剪叉单元(30)上的所述第一承载条(31)和所述第二承载条(32)的自由端均设有端部铰轴(200),将相应的所述第一承载条(31)和所述第二承载条(32)铰接于所述脚板组件(20)的自由端端部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合栈板,其特征在于,还包括中空结构的中间脚板(10),所述中间脚板(10)的顶面上开设有连通的长槽(101)和多个第三通孔(102),所述中间铰轴(1a)下端为大头帽体结构,穿过所述第三通孔(102)后可在所述长槽(101)内滑动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合栈板,其特征在于,所述第一滑动片(40a)与所述第二滑动片(40b)的其中一个上凸设具有大头端的滑动柱(401),所述第一滑动片(40a)与所述第二滑动片(40b)的另一个上开设有在所述滑动片组件(40)长度方向延伸的条形孔(402)和位于所述条形孔(402)中部的第一通孔(403),所述滑动柱(401)的大头端直径小于所述第一通孔(403)且大于所述条形孔(402)的宽度,所述滑动柱(401)穿设入所述第一通孔(403)后可在所述条形孔(402)中滑动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合栈板,其特征在于,每个所述脚板组件(20)包括一个所述第一脚板(21),两个所述第一脚板(21)的端部分别固定有一个所述滑动片组件(40)的两端,两个所述第二脚板(22)的端部分别固定有另一个所述滑动片组件(40)的两端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合栈板,其特征在于,每个所述脚板组件(20)包括两个所述第一脚板(21),两个所述第一脚板(21)分别位于所述第二脚板(22)的两端,所述滑动片组件(40)的两端分别固定于两个所述第一脚板(21)的端部。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的复合栈板,其特征在于,所述第二脚板(22)为中空筒体结构,所述第一脚板(21)插设于所述第二脚板(22)内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的复合栈板,其特征在于,所述第一脚板(21)的至少一个侧壁上设有弹性凸起(210a),所述第二脚板(22)的至少一个侧壁上相应设有供所述弹性凸起(210a)卡入的卡孔(22a)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的复合栈板,其特征在于,所述第一脚板(21)为中空结构,所述第一脚板(21)还包括弹性板(210)和供所述弹性凸起(210a)伸出的第二通孔(21a),所述弹性板(210)的一端固定在所述第一脚板(21)内壁,所述弹性板(210)的自由端上形成所述弹性凸起(210a)。
