Abstract
本发明公开了仓储物流领域的一种新型塑料托盘。包括条状底板和支撑块,该条状底板和支撑块由塑料材质制成,2块条状底板平行排列,中间通过伸缩链板连接,条状底板下有支撑块,支撑块设置在条状底板下的两端和中间位置,条状底板一侧设有滑槽,伸缩链板一端在滑槽内移动,条状底板两端分别安装有伸缩链板,伸缩链板的一端为固定安装,另一端可在滑槽内移动,通过调节伸缩链板可改变托盘的宽度,以适合各种箱体外型的需求,本发明与现有技术相比具有质量轻占地小、尺寸可变和适合不同物料的装等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及仓储物流领域,具体地说,本发明为一种仓储物流行业的新型塑料托盘。
背景技术
在仓储物流行业,为便于运输移动,物料大都放置在托盘上,托盘通常为木质结构,且为固定形式,也有用塑料材质制成,普通的塑料托盘存在重量重、占地大和价格较高等缺点,本发明对传统的托盘做了结构优化,使该托盘达到轻量化,减少仓储场地和运输成本,用改进后的连接方法对托盘支撑结构进行连接,该连接方法可以保证托盘的尺寸按需改变,在储运过程中减少场地或运输空间的占用以减少储运成本,可变的尺寸也能满足不同大小物料的装载,精简的结构减少了托盘的重量,同时降低了使用者的采购成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单且可调节的新型塑料托盘。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新型塑料托盘,包括条状底板和支撑块,该条状底板和支撑块由塑料材质制成,2块条状底板平行排列,中间通过伸缩链板连接,条状底板下有支撑块,支撑块设置在条状底板下的两端和中间位置,条状底板一侧设有滑槽,伸缩链板一端在滑槽内移动。条状底板两端分别安装有伸缩链板,伸缩链板的一端为固定安装,另一端可在滑槽内移动,通过调节伸缩链板可改变托盘的宽度,以适合各种箱体外型的需求。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1.质量轻占地小;
2.尺寸可变、适合不同物料的装载;
3.通用性强、成本低。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的内容做进一步描述:
如说明书附图所示的新型塑料托盘结构示意图,通过把普通托盘各部分进行功能分解,用改进后的连接方法对托盘支撑结构进行连接,连接件采用伸缩链板3,该连接方法可以通过调节伸缩链板3使托盘的尺寸按需改变,所述的新型塑料托盘,包括条状底板1和支撑块2,该条状底板1和支撑块2由塑料材质制成,2块条状底板1平行排列,中间通过伸缩链板3连接,条状底板下有支撑块2,支撑块2设置在条状底板1下的两端和中间位置,条状底板1一侧设有滑槽4,伸缩链板3一端在滑槽4内移动。条状底板1两端分别安装有伸缩链板3,伸缩链板3的一端为固定安装,另一端可在滑槽4内移动,通过调节伸缩链板3可改变托盘的宽度,以适合各种箱体外型的需求。
Claims (5)
1.一种新型塑料托盘,包括条状底板和支撑块,其特征在于:2块条状底板平行排列,中间通过伸缩链板连接,条状底板下有支撑块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型塑料托盘,其特征在于:条状底板一侧设有滑槽,伸缩链板一端在滑槽内移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型塑料托盘,其特征在于:条状底板两端分别安装有伸缩链板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型塑料托盘,其特征在于:伸缩链板的一端为固定安装,另一端可在滑槽内移动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型塑料托盘,其特征在于:条状底板下的两端和中间设有支撑块。
