背景技术
电是人们生活工作的必须品，但是由于操作不当或者其他原因，触电事故时有发生。在轻度电灼伤后，在电击部位的局部损伤，电流经过的区域出现红肿、水泡以及夹花状肌肉坏死，骨周围软组织坏死常见。因此，在受到电击后，对外部伤口进行紧急包扎治疗，避免伤情扩大。目前针对烧烫伤药膏较多，存在膏油渗透能力较差，难以被伤口吸收，治疗后会留下难看的疤痕，因此药效有限，特别针对电击伤治疗效果不理想。现有技术需要一种治疗效果好，成本低廉的皮肤擦剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于轻度电灼伤皮肤擦剂的制备方法，该方法简单可行，原料成本低廉，其制备的皮肤擦剂不仅对电灼伤效果好，而且不容易留下疤痕。
为实现本发明目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种用于轻度电灼伤皮肤擦剂的制备方法，其包括如下步骤：
1）按照重量份称取各原料，备用；其中，五味子20-25份、当归18-20份、藏红花18-20份、玄参17-19份、玉竹15-17份、甘草12-15份、地榆10-12份、白芨8-10份、麦冬6-8份、虎杖5-7份、三七5-7份、知母4-5份、黄连3-4份、金银花3-4份、合欢皮2-3份、蟾酥2-3份、地龙1-2份、凡士林80-100份；
2）取五味子、当归、藏红花、虎杖、三七、金银花以及合欢皮，混合均匀，加相对于混合物5倍重量的水武火煮沸，然后文火煎煮1小时，过滤收集滤液，浓缩成密度为1.15g/ml的浸膏；即为物料A；
3）取玄参、玉竹、甘草、地榆、白芨、麦冬、知母以及黄连，混合，加入相对于混合物3倍重量75%的乙醇，回流提取2小时，收集提取液，浓缩至密度为1.15g/ml的膏状物，80℃烘干，粉碎制得物料B；
4) 取蟾酥和地龙，混合，研磨至100－200目的粉末，即得物料C；
5）取凡士林，将物料A、物料B以及物料C添加到凡士林中，搅拌均匀即得。
患者在使用本发明的皮肤擦剂时，将伤口用消毒水清理后，涂敷本发明的擦剂，每12小时换药一次即可；七天为一个疗程；不破皮的直接采用本发明擦剂直接涂抹在患处；本发明皮肤擦剂的原料均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便，药源广泛，成本低廉，其遵循中医的处方用药原则，诸药合用，相得益彰，药性平和，其具备如下效果：治疗效果好见效快，能够有效地促进创面愈合，愈合后疤痕少；本发明皮肤擦剂使用方法简单，每天换药的次数少，给患者带来很多方便；本发明制备方法简单，成本低廉，可以进行规模性生产，应用前景广阔。

实施例1
一种用于轻度电灼伤皮肤擦剂的制备方法，其包括如下步骤：
1）按照重量份称取各原料，备用；其中，五味子20份、当归18份、藏红花18份、玄参17份、玉竹15份、甘草12份、地榆10份、白芨8份、麦冬6份、虎杖5份、三七5份、知母4份、黄连3份、金银花3份、合欢皮2份、蟾酥2份、地龙1份、凡士林80份；
2）取五味子、当归、藏红花、虎杖、三七、金银花以及合欢皮，混合均匀，加相对于混合物5倍重量的水武火煮沸，然后文火煎煮1小时，过滤收集滤液，浓缩成密度为1.15g/ml的浸膏；即为物料A；
3）取玄参、玉竹、甘草、地榆、白芨、麦冬、知母以及黄连，混合，加入相对于混合物3倍重量75%的乙醇，回流提取2小时，收集提取液，浓缩至密度为1.15g/ml的膏状物，80℃烘干，粉碎制得物料B；

实施例2
一种用于轻度电灼伤皮肤擦剂的制备方法，其包括如下步骤：
1）按照重量份称取各原料，备用；其中，五味子25份、当归20份、藏红花20份、玄参19份、玉竹17份、甘草15份、地榆12份、白芨10份、麦冬8份、虎杖7份、三七7份、知母5份、黄连4份、金银花4份、合欢皮3份、蟾酥3份、地龙2份、凡士林100份；
2）取五味子、当归、藏红花、虎杖、三七、金银花以及合欢皮，混合均匀，加相对于混合物5倍重量的水武火煮沸，然后文火煎煮1小时，过滤收集滤液，浓缩成密度为1.15g/ml的浸膏；即为物料A；
3）取玄参、玉竹、甘草、地榆、白芨、麦冬、知母以及黄连，混合，加入相对于混合物3倍重量75%的乙醇，回流提取2小时，收集提取液，浓缩至密度为1.15g/ml的膏状物，80℃烘干，粉碎制得物料B；
4) 取蟾酥和地龙，混合，研磨至200目的粉末，即得物料C；
5）取凡士林，将物料A、物料B以及物料C添加到凡士林中，搅拌均匀即得。
实施例3
一、本发明实施例1制备的皮肤擦剂毒理实验：
取健康家兔20只将腹部毛剃光，随机分为2组，每组10只。分为对照组和实验组。其中对照组药液用清水代替。
对照组：取清水涂抹至家兔腹部，每天涂抹10次，连续涂抹10天，10只家兔未发现异常。
实验组：取擦剂涂抹至家兔腹部，每天涂抹10次，连续涂抹10天，10只家兔未发现异常。
本药物制剂毒理实验证明：本发明药物对家兔无毒副作用。
二、大鼠电烧伤试验：
7－8周的SD大鼠60只，购于市人民医院，雌雄各半，重量在180－220g。按随机数字表法分为空白对照组、本发明组（按照实施例2制备的擦剂）和阳性对照组，每组20只。三组大鼠实验前日左前肢、右后肢外涂80g/L硫化钠脱毛并禁食。实验当日经大鼠缘静脉按3ml/kg剂量注射10g／L戊巴比妥钠，待其麻醉后仰卧位固定于实验操作台上。三组模型制作按如下进行，电击时升压器输出电压为1000V，通电时间为0.5s，左前肢为电流人口，右后肢为电流出口。给药方法：伤后2 min内由大鼠耳缘静脉注射生理盐水1ml浓度为 50mg/ml的己酮可可碱注射液，连续三天；本发明组在患处涂抹本发明实施例2制备的皮肤擦剂，每天早晚各一次，连续两周；空白对照组不涂抹任何药物；阳性对照组涂抹京万红软膏，每天早晚各一次，连续两周。实验效果：本发明组：动物无死亡，均具备运动能力，伤口全部愈合，仅四只留下疤痕组织；空白对照组：八只动物神经损伤，运动能力丧失，十五只留下疤痕组织；阳性对照组：两只动物神经损伤，运动能力丧失，八只动物留下疤痕组织。
三、临床试验：
本发明皮肤擦剂（实施例1制备的擦剂）适合轻度电烧伤患者，共治愈26余例轻度电烧伤患者；对于深度电烧伤患者需要配合手术治疗。本发明皮肤擦剂早晚各涂抹一次，依照患者治疗情况，可酌情改变换药次数。治疗过程中忌酒和辛辣刺激食物。本发明皮肤擦剂还对其他类型烧伤有治疗作用。
典型病例：
病例1：王某某，男，年龄29岁，患者手部电灼伤，手背红肿，起泡，涂敷本发明实施例1制备的擦剂后，每天早晚一次，用药一周后已无浓性分泌物，再两周天后痊愈，治愈后不留疤痕。
病例2：宋某，男，45岁，电火花灼伤手臂，伤口处红肿，起泡，涂敷本发明实施例1制备的擦剂后，10天后痊愈，且烫伤处不留疤痕。
虽然，上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方式对本案作了详尽的说明，但在本发明基础上，可以对之作一些修改或改进，这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此，在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所作的修改或改进，均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (2)

1. 一种用于轻度电灼伤皮肤擦剂的制备方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
1）称取各原料，备用；其中，五味子、当归、藏红花、玄参、玉竹、甘草、地榆、白芨、麦冬、虎杖、三七、知母、黄连、金银花、合欢皮、蟾酥、地龙、凡士林；
2）取五味子、当归、藏红花、虎杖、三七、金银花以及合欢皮，混合均匀，加相对于混合物5倍重量的水武火煮沸，然后文火煎煮1小时，过滤收集滤液，浓缩成密度为1.15g/ml的浸膏；即为物料A；
3）取玄参、玉竹、甘草、地榆、白芨、麦冬、知母以及黄连，混合，加入相对于混合物3倍重量75%的乙醇，回流提取2小时，收集提取液，浓缩至密度为1.15g/ml的膏状物，80℃烘干，粉碎制得物料B；
4) 取蟾酥和地龙，混合，研磨至100－200目的粉末，即得物料C；
5）取凡士林，将物料A、物料B以及物料C添加到凡士林中，搅拌均匀即得。
2.一种用于轻度电灼伤皮肤擦剂的制备方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
1）按照重量份称取各原料，备用；其中，五味子20-25份、当归18-20份、藏红花18-20份、玄参17-19份、玉竹15-17份、甘草12-15份、地榆10-12份、白芨8-10份、麦冬6-8份、虎杖5-7份、三七5-7份、知母4-5份、黄连3-4份、金银花3-4份、合欢皮2-3份、蟾酥2-3份、地龙1-2份、凡士林80-100份；
2）取五味子、当归、藏红花、虎杖、三七、金银花以及合欢皮，混合均匀，加相对于混合物5倍重量的水武火煮沸，然后文火煎煮1小时，过滤收集滤液，浓缩成密度为1.15g/ml的浸膏；即为物料A；
