Abstract
本发明涉及药物技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物及其制备工艺。由如下重量份的原料组成：花椒10‑15份，生石膏20‑25份，黄柏8‑10份，青黛4‑6份，三白草3‑5份，地肤子6‑12份，薄荷5‑8份，冰片1‑3份，甘草0‑2份，羌活2‑5份，牛膝3‑6份，葛根0‑3份，厚朴1‑3份，蝉蜕0.5‑4份，荆芥0‑2份，防风1‑3份，苦参1‑2份。本发明中药配伍合理，生石膏、黄柏和青黛同用，可以清热、敛疮生肌；蝉蜕、荆芥、防风和苦参同用，可以透疹止痉；花椒、三白草、甘草、羌活、牛膝、葛根和厚朴同用，可以除湿止痛，杀虫解毒，止痒解腥；地肤子可以清热利湿，祛风止痒；本发明提供的中药组合物在治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒方面具有显著地疗效，且制备成本低，使用方便，临床治愈率高达98%。

技术领域
本发明涉及药物技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
湿疹是由多种内外因素引起的瘙痒剧烈的一种皮肤炎症反应。分急性、亚急性、慢性三期。急性期具渗出倾向，慢性期则浸润、肥厚。有些病人直接表现为慢性湿疹。皮损具有多形性、对称性、瘙痒和易反复发作等特点。 湿疹病因复杂，常为内外因相互作用结果。内因如慢性消化系统疾病、精神紧张、失眠、过度疲劳、情绪变化、内分泌失调、感染、新陈代谢障碍等，外因如生活环境、气候变化、食物等均可影响湿疹的发生。外界刺激如日光、寒冷、干燥、炎热、热水烫洗以及各种动物皮毛、植物、化妆品、肥皂、人造纤维等均可诱发。是复杂的内外因子引起的一种迟发型变态反应。
因临床形态和部位各有特点，故用药因人而异，现今一般选择药物治疗。选用抗组胺药止痒，必要时两种配合或交替使用。泛发性湿疹可口服或注射糖皮质激素，但不宜长期使用；此外，根据皮损情况可选用适当外用药物进行治疗。急性湿疹局部生理盐水、3% 硼酸或1：2000~1:10000 高锰酸钾溶液冲洗、湿敷，炉甘石洗剂收敛、保护。亚急性、慢性湿疹应用合适的糖皮质激素霜剂、焦油类制剂或免疫调节剂，如他克莫司软膏、匹美莫司软膏。继发感染者加抗生素制剂。
由于湿疹病因复杂，治疗好转后仍易反复发作，难根治，在影响患者健康的同事，也给患者带来了巨大的心理负担很精神压力，为此寻找一种治疗湿疹并使之痊愈的药物对于湿疹的治疗将具有重要意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物。
为实现以上目的，本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物，所述药物组合物由如下重量份的原料组成：花椒10-15份，生石膏20-25份，黄柏8-10份，青黛4-6份，三白草3-5份，地肤子6-12份，薄荷5-8份，冰片1-3份，甘草0-2份，羌活2-5份，牛膝3-6份，葛根0-3份，厚朴1-3份，蝉蜕0.5-4份，荆芥0-2份，防风1-3份，苦参1-2份。
进一步的，所述药物组合物由如下重量份的原料组成：花椒12-14份，生石膏22-24份，黄柏9-10份，青黛5-6份，三白草3-4份，地肤子8-10份，薄荷6-7份，冰片1-2份，甘草1-2份，羌活3-4份，牛膝4-5份，葛根1-2份，厚朴1-2份，蝉蜕2-3份，荆芥0-1份，防风2-3份，苦参1-2份。
进一步的，所述药物组合物由如下重量份的原料组成：花椒12份，生石膏22份，黄柏9份，青黛5份，三白草3份，地肤子8份，薄荷6份，冰片1份，甘草1份，羌活3份，牛膝4份，葛根1份，厚朴1份，蝉蜕2份，防风2份，苦参1份。
一种制备治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物的方法，步骤如下：按照重量份数称取花椒，生石膏，黄柏，青黛，三白草，地肤子，薄荷，冰片，甘草，羌活，牛膝，葛根，厚朴，蝉蜕，荆芥、防风和苦参，混合后粉碎，过100-200目筛，加0.5-1倍水煎煮，滤过并合并滤液，取上清液浓缩浸膏，加入常规辅料按照常规工艺制成临床可接受的搽剂、膏剂和糊剂。
进一步的，所述制备治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物的方法为，步骤如下：按照重量份数称取花椒，生石膏，黄柏，青黛，三白草，地肤子，薄荷，冰片，甘草，羌活，牛膝，葛根，厚朴，蝉蜕，荆芥、防风和苦参，混合后粉碎，过100-200目筛，加乙醇提取得醇提取物，减压浓缩除醇后，加入常规辅料，按照常规工艺制成临床可接受的搽剂、膏剂和糊剂。
进一步的，所述的药物组合物在治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒中的应用。
本发明中药配伍合理，生石膏、黄柏和青黛同用，可以清热、敛疮生肌；蝉蜕、荆芥、防风和苦参同用，可以透疹止痉；花椒、三白草、甘草、羌活、牛膝、葛根和厚朴同用，可以除湿止痛，杀虫解毒，止痒解腥；地肤子可以清热利湿，祛风止痒；本发明提供的药物组合物在治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒方面具有显著地疗效，且制备成本低，使用方便，临床治愈率高达98%。

其制备方法，步骤如下：按照重量份数称取花椒，生石膏，黄柏，青黛，三白草，地肤子，薄荷，冰片，甘草，羌活，牛膝，葛根，厚朴，蝉蜕，荆芥、防风和苦参，混合后粉碎，过100目筛，加1倍水煎煮，滤过并合并滤液，取上清液浓缩浸膏，加入常规辅料按照常规工艺制成临床可接受的搽剂。

其制备方法，步骤如下：按照重量份数称取花椒，生石膏，黄柏，青黛，三白草，地肤子，薄荷，冰片，甘草，羌活，牛膝，葛根，厚朴，蝉蜕，荆芥、防风和苦参，混合后粉碎，过200目筛，加0.5倍水煎煮，滤过并合并滤液，取上清液浓缩浸膏，加入常规辅料按照常规工艺制成临床可接受的搽剂。
临床应用疗效分析：
1、临床资料：临床随机选择100例手足患有湿疹患者，其中急性湿疹65例，亚急性湿疹21例，慢性湿疹14例。
2、治疗方法：使用本发明药物组合物每日早晚各搽敷一次，连续20天。
3、临床治疗效果的评判标准：
（1）治愈：原有症状全部消失；
（2）显著疗效：原有症状部分消失；
（3）好转：原有症状有改善；
（4）无效：原有症状体征无变化。
4、治疗效果：使用本发明共治疗100例，临床治愈35人，显著疗效42人，好转21人，无效2人，治愈率为98%。
5、毒副作用：在治疗结束后，复查血尿常规、大便、心、肝和肾功能未发现异常改变；6个月后对上述病例进行回访，无复发患者。

1.一种治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物由如下重量份的原料组成：花椒10-15份，生石膏20-25份，黄柏8-10份，青黛4-6份，三白草3-5份，地肤子6-12份，薄荷5-8份，冰片1-3份，甘草0-2份，羌活2-5份，牛膝3-6份，葛根0-3份，厚朴1-3份，蝉蜕0.5-4份，荆芥0-2份，防风1-3份，苦参1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物由如下重量份的原料组成：花椒12-14份，生石膏22-24份，黄柏9-10份，青黛5-6份，三白草3-4份，地肤子8-10份，薄荷6-7份，冰片1-2份，甘草1-2份，羌活3-4份，牛膝4-5份，葛根1-2份，厚朴1-2份，蝉蜕2-3份，荆芥0-1份，防风2-3份，苦参1-2份。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物由如下重量份的原料组成：花椒12份，生石膏22份，黄柏9份，青黛5份，三白草3份，地肤子8份，薄荷6份，冰片1份，甘草1份，羌活3份，牛膝4份，葛根1份，厚朴1份，蝉蜕2份，防风2份，苦参1份。
4.一种制备如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物的方法，其特征在于，步骤如下：按照重量份数称取花椒，生石膏，黄柏，青黛，三白草，地肤子，薄荷，冰片，甘草，羌活，牛膝，葛根，厚朴，蝉蜕，荆芥、防风和苦参，混合后粉碎，过100-200目筛，加0.5-1倍水煎煮，滤过并合并滤液，取上清液浓缩浸膏，加入常规辅料按照常规工艺制成临床可接受的搽剂、膏剂和糊剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的治疗皮肤湿疹瘙痒的药物组合物制备工艺，其特征在于，按照重量份数称取花椒，生石膏，黄柏，青黛，三白草，地肤子，薄荷，冰片，甘草，羌活，牛膝，葛根，厚朴，蝉蜕，荆芥、防风和苦参，混合后粉碎，过100-200目筛，加乙醇提取得醇提取物，减压浓缩除醇后，加入常规辅料，按照常规工艺制成临床可接受的搽剂、膏剂和糊剂。
