Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗肩周炎中药制剂，具体涉及一种治疗肩周炎的通络定痛中药贴剂及制备工艺，属于中医药技术领域。其药贴内含有如下成份：生姜、黄芪、三七、乳香、丁香、当归、川芎、白芍、杜仲、清半夏、羌活、桂枝、川木瓜、红花、五加皮等药材，经比例、混合、调配加入芝麻油、搅拌，粘贴裁切制成。本发明药贴的制作方法简单，不含激素成分、经济、方便、安全、该药贴在病人患处疏通经络、消炎止痛、无刺激性，标本兼治，可广泛用于治疗肩周炎、骨质增生、扭伤、挫伤治疗。

技术领域
     本发明涉及一种治疗肩周炎中药制剂，具体涉及一种治疗肩周炎的通络定痛中药贴剂及制备工艺，属于中医药技术领域。
背景技术
肩周炎，全称为肩关节周围炎,发病年龄大多40岁以上，女性发病率略高于男性，且多见于体力劳动者。由于50岁左右的人易患此病，所以本病又称为五十肩。肩周炎祖国医学称之为“漏肩风”、“冻结肩”、“五十肩”等，是以肩关节疼痛为主，先呈阵发性酸痛，继之发生运动障碍的一种常见病、多发病，其病变特点是广泛，即疼痛广泛、功能受限广泛、压痛广泛。严重肩部疼痛，夜间影响睡眠，多个体位均可引起剧烈疼痛，活动受限，影响日常生活和工作。一般医疗机构无特效药物和疗法，目前治疗药物以麝香止痛膏、三痹汤、肩周宁汤，布洛芬（西药）等主要用来治疗风湿性关节炎和腰腿痛的药物来治疗肩周炎，但只能暂缓病情，难以尽快解除痛苦，使人难以承受。因此，很多患者选择中药治疗，中药治疗皮肤病大致分为两种，一种是内服中药，另一种是采用外用中药贴剂可以起到活血化瘀，舒筋活络，消炎止痛作用，进而达到标本兼治功效，在临床上经常被应用。
发明内容
     本发明目的在于解决现有技术的不足，公开一种使用中草药生姜、黄芪、三七、乳香、丁香、当归、川芎、白芍、杜仲、清半夏、羌活、桂枝、川木瓜、
红花、五加皮制成的通络定痛中药贴，该药贴在病人患处疏通经络、调和气血、消炎止痛、无刺激性，治疗肩周炎效果显著。
为实现上述目的，本发明是通过这样的技术方案来实现的：优选如下成份黄生姜、黄芪、三七、乳香、丁香、当归、川芎、白芍、杜仲、清半夏、羌活、桂枝、川木瓜、红花、五加皮、冰片等, 所述的混合比例按质量是：黄芪5-20份、生姜5-10份、三七1-5份、乳香5-10份、丁香3-9份、当归1-10份、川芎5-10份、白芍5-10份、杜仲5-10份、清半夏1-10份、羌活1-10份、桂枝1-10份、川木瓜5－20份、红花5－15份、五加皮5－25份、冰片5-10份。
其制备在于：将上述精选中药饮片，粉碎、混匀、精磨成120-150目粉末、备用,取5-15份药粉置入调配罐中，加入芝麻油5-10份充分搅拌混匀，混合为赋形剂制成粘稠状，均匀涂布于无纺布上,制成膏药状圆片经粘贴裁切后即得。
本发明的有益效果在于：该中药配方合理，针对病症，特选用相关的中草药，经一定工艺生产成中药贴剂，将其敷贴在病症处，使药物温和持续激发经络元气，作用皮肤层及脏腑，药力层层渗入人体，疏通经络、调和气血、消炎止痛、调整脏腑阴阳平衡，增加机体免疫能力，而且制作简单、使用方便、安全无毒副作用，可以用于治疗肩周炎疾病。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
通络定痛中药贴剂，其制备方法在于按重量份优选以下原料：黄芪10份、生姜5份、三七5份、乳香6份、丁香3份、当归10份、川芎10份、白芍5份、杜仲5份、清半夏10份、羌活10份、桂枝10份、川木瓜5份、红花15份、五加皮15份、冰片10份，将上述精选中药饮片，粉碎、混匀、精磨120-150目过筛、得药粉备用,取5份药粉置入调配罐中，加入3份芝麻油充分搅拌混匀，混合为赋形剂制成粘稠状，均匀涂布于无纺布上,经粘贴裁切后，制成膏药状圆片即得。

1.一种治疗肩周炎的药贴，其特征在于按重量份由以下组分组成：黄芪5-20份、生姜5-10份、三七1-5份、乳香5-10份、丁香3-9份、当归1-10份、川芎5-10份、白芍5-10份、杜仲5-10份、清半夏1-10份、羌活1-10份、桂枝1-10份、川木瓜5－20份、红花5－15份、五加皮5－25份、冰片5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肩周炎的药贴，其制备方法在于：称量原料，将上述精选中药饮片，粉碎、混匀、精磨成120-150目粉末、备用。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种治疗肩周炎的药贴，其制备方法还在于：取5-15份药粉置入调配罐中，加入5-10份芝麻油充分搅拌混匀，混合为赋形剂制成粘稠状，均匀涂布于无纺布上,制成膏药状圆片经粘贴裁切后即得。
