本发明涉及一种1,4‑丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料,按下列原料质量配比:1,4丁二醇55‑65份、脂肪族二元羧酸30‑35份、双氰胺3‑5份、聚醚改质聚硅氧烷5‑10份、丙酮12‑14份、碘化铵5‑10份、石棉粉10‑15份,去离子水45‑50份。制备方法包括以下步骤:将1,4丁二醇、脂肪族二元羧酸加入反应釜中加热150‑180℃反应24‑36小时;再加入聚醚改质聚硅氧烷、丙酮搅拌均匀,在70‑80℃反应5‑8小时;最后在搅拌中加入碘化铵、石棉粉、去离子水搅拌3‑7小时,即得涂料。

一种1,4-丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,具体说是一种1,4丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料。
背景技术
聚氨酯漆即聚氨基甲酸酯漆。它漆膜强韧,光泽丰满,附着力强,耐水耐磨、耐腐蚀性。被广泛用于高级木器家具,也可用于金属表面。其缺点主要有遇潮起泡,漆膜粉化等问题,与聚酯漆一样,它同样存在着变黄的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种抗潮、防粉化、不变色、褪色的1,4丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料及制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种1,4丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料,按下列原料质量配比:1,4丁二醇55-65份、脂肪族二元羧酸30-35份、双氰胺3-5份、聚醚改质聚硅氧烷5-10份、丙酮12-14份、碘化铵5-10份、石棉粉10-15份,去离子水45-50份。
一种1,4丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将1,4丁二醇、脂肪族二元羧酸加入反应釜中加热150-180℃反应24-36小时;
再加入聚醚改质聚硅氧烷、丙酮搅拌均匀,在70-80℃反应5-8小时;
最后在搅拌中加入碘化铵、石棉粉、去离子水搅拌3-7小时,即得涂料。
本发明的聚酯涂料在传统涂料的基础上,采用聚醚改质聚硅氧烷、丙酮、碘化铵和石棉粉有效提高其抗潮、粉化及褪色性能,适用范围广。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一
一种1,4丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料,按下列原料质量配比:1,4丁二醇65份、脂肪族二元羧酸35份、双氰胺5份、聚醚改质聚硅氧烷10份、丙酮14份、碘化铵10份、石棉粉15份,去离子水50份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
将1,4丁二醇、脂肪族二元羧酸加入反应釜中加热180℃反应36小时;
再加入聚醚改质聚硅氧烷、丙酮搅拌均匀,在80℃反应8小时;
最后在搅拌中加入碘化铵、石棉粉、去离子水搅拌7小时,即得涂料。
实施例二
一种1,4丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料,按下列原料质量配比:1,4丁二醇55份、脂肪族二元羧酸30份、双氰胺3份、聚醚改质聚硅氧烷5份、丙酮12份、碘化铵5份、石棉粉10份,去离子水45份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
将1,4丁二醇、脂肪族二元羧酸加入反应釜中加热150℃反应24小时;
再加入聚醚改质聚硅氧烷、丙酮搅拌均匀,在70℃反应5小时;
最后在搅拌中加入碘化铵、石棉粉、去离子水搅拌3小时,即得涂料。
实施例三
一种1,4丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料,按下列原料质量配比:1,4丁二醇60份、脂肪族二元羧酸33份、双氰胺4份、聚醚改质聚硅氧烷6份、丙酮13份、碘化铵6份、石棉粉12份,去离子水48份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
将1,4丁二醇、脂肪族二元羧酸加入反应釜中加热160℃反应29小时;
再加入聚醚改质聚硅氧烷、丙酮搅拌均匀,在73℃反应6小时;
最后在搅拌中加入碘化铵、石棉粉、去离子水搅拌5小时,即得涂料。

1.一种1,4-丁二醇脂肪族二元羧酸酯涂料,按下列原料质量配比:1,4-丁二醇55-65份、脂肪族二元羧酸30-35份、双氰胺3-5份、聚醚改质聚硅氧烷5-10份、丙酮12-14份、碘化铵5-10份、石棉粉10-15份,去离子水45-50份。
