Abstract

本发明具体为一种单操纵轴六档变速器倒档单独互锁机构,解决了现有单操纵轴六档变速器受空间和选档位置限制存在倒档无法互锁的问题。倒档拨叉上固定有换挡板,换挡板上开有换挡槽,换挡槽处设置有插入其内的锁止销,壳体上设置有压簧螺塞,压簧螺塞与锁止销之间设置有与两者连接的锁止弹簧;操纵叉轴上设置有外端位于锁止销下方的换挡销;壳体上设置有下端触头紧贴倒档拨叉倾斜面的倒档开关,倒档开关上设置有指示灯。本发明避免了挂前进挡的时候,同时挂入倒档的问题,实现了倒档的单独互锁,对变速器起到有效的保护,具有结构简单、加工方便且成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及变速器互锁机构,具体为一种单操纵轴六档变速器倒档单独互锁机构。
背景技术
汽车变速器的档位数的增多可提高发动机的功率利用率、汽车的燃料经济性及平均车速,可增加一个档位后往往就要考虑它的互锁机构,增加档位后能否实现与其它档位互锁是一个技术难题,尤其对于单操纵轴机构的变速箱。
对于单操纵轴机构的变速器,多为五个前进档和一个倒档在一个互锁板上实现互锁,具有三个选档位置;而单操纵轴六档变速器为六个前进档和一个倒档,相对于五个前进档变速器增加了一个档位,但它的互锁就变得复杂很多。增加一个档位后选档就增加了一个位置,由原来的三个选档位置变为四个选档位置,无法实现倒档的互锁。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有单操纵轴六档变速器受空间和选档位置限制存在倒档无法互锁的问题,提供了一种单操纵轴六档变速器倒档单独互锁机构。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:单操纵轴六档变速器倒档单独互锁机构,包括壳体和位于壳体内的操纵叉轴,操纵叉轴上套有倒档拨叉,倒档拨叉上固定有换挡板,换挡板上开有换挡槽,换挡槽处设置有插入其内的锁止销,壳体上设置有压簧螺塞,压簧螺塞与锁止销之间设置有与两者连接的锁止弹簧;操纵叉轴上设置有外端位于锁止销下方的换挡销;壳体上设置有下端触头紧贴倒档拨叉倾斜面的倒档开关,倒档开关上设置有指示灯。
当变速器挂在前进挡时,在锁止弹簧的作用下,锁止销插入换挡板的换挡槽中,锁止销对换挡板及倒档拨叉进行限位,使倒档拨叉不能轴向运动,实现倒档的单独互锁;当挂入倒档时,换挡销向上转动至将锁止销顶出换挡槽,而换挡销位于换挡槽中,此时换挡销轴向移动带动倒档拨叉轴向移动挂入倒档,克服了现有单操纵轴六档变速器受空间和选档位置限制存在倒档无法互锁的问题。
壳体上设置有下端触头紧贴倒档拨叉倾斜面的倒档开关,倒档开关上设置有指示灯,当倒档拨叉进行轴向移动时,倒档拨叉的倾斜面将倒档开关触头向上抬起,使其所在的电路闭合,指示灯亮,起到的警示的作用。
本发明结构设计合理可靠,避免了挂前进挡的时候,同时挂入倒档的问题,实现了倒档的单独互锁,对变速器起到有效的保护,具有结构简单、加工方便且成本低的优点。

单操纵轴六档变速器倒档单独互锁机构,包括壳体1和位于壳体1内的操纵叉轴2,操纵叉轴2上套有倒档拨叉3,倒档拨叉3上固定有换挡板4,换挡板4上开有换挡槽5,换挡槽5处设置有插入其内的锁止销6,壳体1上设置有压簧螺塞7,压簧螺塞7与锁止销6之间设置有与两者连接的锁止弹簧8;操纵叉轴2上设置有外端位于锁止销6下方的换挡销9。
壳体1上设置有下端触头紧贴倒档拨叉3倾斜面的倒档开关10,倒档开关10上设置有指示灯11。

1.一种单操纵轴六档变速器倒档单独互锁机构,包括壳体(1)和位于壳体(1)内的操纵叉轴(2),操纵叉轴(2)上套有倒档拨叉(3),其特征在于:倒档拨叉(3)上固定有换挡板(4),换挡板(4)上开有换挡槽(5),换挡槽(5)处设置有插入其内的锁止销(6),壳体(1)上设置有压簧螺塞(7),压簧螺塞(7)与锁止销(6)之间设置有与两者连接的锁止弹簧(8);操纵叉轴(2)上设置有外端位于锁止销(6)下方的换挡销(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单操纵轴六档变速器倒档单独互锁机构,其特征在于:壳体(1)上设置有下端触头紧贴倒档拨叉(3)倾斜面的倒档开关(10),倒档开关(10)上设置有指示灯(11)。
