本发明涉及混合动力车辆用驱动装置,更详细地,涉及润滑油回路具备减压阀的混合动力车辆用驱动装置。
背景技术
以往,作为混合动力车辆用驱动装置,有具备减压阀的情况。在这样的混合动力车辆用驱动装置中,公开了如下装置:使用减压阀减压的油的返回流路向油泵的吸入回路侧返回,实现油泵的吸入阻力减小(例如,参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
在上述的混合动力车辆用驱动装置中实现了油泵的吸入阻力的减小,但是不利用减压后的油进行润滑、冷却。在混合动力车辆用驱动装置中,在高速行驶时,发动机旋转、电动发电机旋转均上升。与电动发电机的旋转上升一起,构成电动发电机的电机转子的轴承所需的润滑油量、电机转子所需的冷却油量增加。因此,在混合动力车辆用驱动装置中,为了供应润滑用的油、供应冷却用的油,另外需要油路。
因此,本发明是鉴于上述的课题完成的,其目的在于,将混合动力车辆用驱动装置设为简单的结构,并且使电动发电机的冷却性提高。
用于解决问题的方案
为了解决上述的课题,达成目的,本发明的方式是混合动力车辆用驱动装置,其具备:输入轴,其配置在壳体内,且与发动机的输出轴连结;电动发电机,其配置在壳体内,且与上述输入轴同轴;油泵,其配置于上述壳体的分隔壁,由输入轴驱动,上述分隔壁配置于与该电动发电机的轴向端部相邻的位置;以及减压阀,其从油泵排出剩余的油,上述混合动力车辆用驱动装置的特征在于,分隔壁形成有朝向电动发电机的内侧空间突出的凸起部,在该凸起部内配置有减压阀,该减压阀的排油孔向上述电动发电机的内侧空间开口。
作为上述方式,优选如下:电动发电机具有转子,在上述凸起部配置有旋转自如支撑上述转子的轴承,上述排油孔开口的位置在垂直方向高于轴承的位置。
发明效果
根据本发明,能将混合动力车辆用驱动装置设为简单的结构,并且能提高电动发电机的冷却性。

具体实施方式
以下基于附图说明本发明的实施方式的混合动力车辆用驱动装置的详情。
(混合动力车辆用驱动装置的构成)
如图1所示,本实施方式的混合动力车辆用驱动装置1具备发动机2和装置主体3。装置主体3通过车轴4能旋转驱动地连接车轮5。
如图1所示,装置主体3在壳体6中具备第1电动发电机7、第2电动发电机8、复合行星齿轮机构9、油泵10、以及通过减速齿轮11连接到复合行星齿轮机构9的差动装置12。复合行星齿轮机构9具备第1行星齿轮机构13和第2行星齿轮机构14。发动机2的输出轴2A能传递旋转地与输入轴15连结,输入轴15通过单向离合器22旋转自如地支撑在壳体6内。
第1行星齿轮机构13具备太阳轮16、行星架17以及齿圈18。第2行星齿轮机构14具备太阳轮19、行星架20以及齿圈21。第1行星齿轮机构13的行星架17与输入轴15连结。另外,太阳轮16固定于第1电动发电机7的旋转轴7A。
第2行星齿轮机构14的太阳轮19与输入轴15同轴固定。第2行星齿轮机构14的齿圈21与第2电动发电机8连结。第1行星齿轮机构13的齿圈18和第2行星齿轮机构14的行星架20设有输出齿轮18A。该输出齿轮18A通过减速齿轮11连接到差动装置12。通过这样的构成,混合动力车辆用驱动装置1通过复合行星齿轮机构9输出来自发动机2的动力、来自第1电动发电机7的动力以及来自第2电动发电机8的动力。
如图1所示,输入轴15的前端部连接到油泵10侧。油泵10被输入轴15驱动。油泵10配置于分隔壁6A,分隔壁6A配置于与第2电动发电机8的轴向端部相邻的位置。该分隔壁6A是壳体6中的与发动机2相反的一侧的壁。
图2是表示沿着输入轴15的中心轴用上下方向的面切断装置主体3的状态的截面图。油泵10具备:分隔壁6A、油泵盖24、同轴固定有输入轴15的前端部的齿轮状的内转子25、以及齿数比内转子25多的外转子26。内转子25和外转子26配置于圆形的凹部6B内,凹部6B形成于分隔壁6A的外侧面。此外,在输入轴15内沿着轴方向形成有油路15A。
图3表示将油泵盖24拆卸的状态,是在图2中从箭头A方向观看的侧视图。图4表示安装着油泵盖24的状态,是相当于图3中的IV-IV截面的截面图。该油泵10是余摆线式的容积型泵。当输入轴15旋转时,内转子25旋转。当内转子25旋转时,与该内转子25的外周啮合的外转子26也同步地旋转,在内转子25的外周面与外转子26的内周面之间形成的间隙S以旋转移动的方式变化。因此,供应到间隙S内的油被压出。
如图4所示,在油泵盖24中,在油从间隙S内被压出的位置形成有与输入轴15平行的第1排出通路24A。另外,在油泵盖24中形成有与第1排出通路24A连通的第2排出通路24B。并且,在油泵盖24中形成有与第2排出通路24B连通、且与输入轴15的油路15A连通的第3排出通路24C。另外,在油泵盖24中形成有与第2排出通路24B连通、且与输入轴15平行的第4排出通路24D。
如图2和图4所示,在分隔壁6A的内侧面形成有以包围输入轴15的方式朝向壳体6的内侧突出的筒状的凸起部23。在该凸起部23处以与上述第4排出通路24D连通的方式设有减压阀27。减压阀27具有使剩余的油从油泵10排出的功能。此外,第2电动发电机8具备:固定于壳体6侧的圆筒状的电机定子8S;以及配置于该电机定子8S的内侧、且设置成与电机定子8S同轴地旋转自如的电机转子8R。如图2所示,上述凸起部23从分隔壁6A的内侧面朝向电机转子8R的内侧空间28突出。在凸起部23的前端部的内周面通过作为轴承的轴承29旋转自如支撑着转子轴30。如图2所示,在转子轴30中,同轴贯穿地配置有输入轴15。
如图4所示,减压阀27以形成于分隔壁6A的圆柱状的滑动孔31与上述第4排出通路24D连通的方式形成。在滑动孔31内收纳有球阀32。该球阀32由螺旋弹簧33以封闭第4排出通路24D的方式施力。在构成滑动孔31的分隔壁6A中形成有排油孔34。该排油孔34以能将滑动孔31内的油向第2电动发电机14的内侧空间28供应的方式连通。如图2所示,排油孔34开口的位置在垂直方向高于作为轴承的轴承29的位置。
如图3和图4所示,在分隔壁6A的外侧面和油泵盖24的接合面处以包围油泵10和第4排出通路24D的方式设有垫圈35。如图3所示,在分隔壁6A的外侧面中垫圈35的外侧区域形成有用于用未图示的螺栓固定油泵盖24的螺纹孔36。
(作用和效果)
在上述构成的混合动力车辆用驱动装置1中,当车辆高速行驶时发动机2高速旋转,油泵10的转速也上升时,油泵10内的压力提高。具体地,由于内转子25的旋转上升,从间隙S向第1排出通路24A流出的油量增加。伴随于此,流入到第2排出通路24B的油量增加,对第3排出通路24C供应油。第3排出通路24C内的油能通过油路15A供应到形成于输入轴15的适当位置的未图示的油供应孔。
在减压阀27中,若第4排出通路24D内的油压力增加,则在超出规定油压力时,球阀32克服螺旋弹簧33的施力在使螺旋弹簧33缩短的方向移动。如图2和图4所示,通过球阀32使螺旋弹簧33向缩短的方向移动,由此第4排出通路24D和滑动孔23连通。伴随于此,使油按箭头F所示的流动从排油孔34朝向内侧空间28排出。
如图2所示,排油孔34的开口部在垂直方向位于比作为轴承的轴承29靠上侧,因此能使油落下而供应到轴承29、第2电动发电机8的电机转子8R。由此,能进行轴承29的润滑、电机转子8R的冷却。在本实施方式中,不需要专用的油通路、油喷嘴用于冷却第2电动发电机8等。因此,能将混合动力车辆用驱动装置1的构成设为简单的构成,并且能提高第2电动发电机8等的冷却性。此外,从排油孔34排出的油被回收到未图示的油槽,并在油泵10等中循环。
如图1所示,在混合动力车辆用驱动装置1中,在车辆高速行驶时,发动机2和第2电动发电机8的旋转上升。伴随于此,图2所示的轴承29所需的润滑油量、电机转子8R所需的冷却油量增加。在本实施方式中,能使来自减压阀27的排油孔34的开放油量与发动机2的旋转上升一起增加,因此能供应与需要油量相应的油。因此,在混合动力车辆用驱动装置1中,不必另外追加润滑油供应装置,能实现装置主体3的小型化。
此外,通常,当从减压阀27对第2电动发电机8的电机转子8R供应油时,油泵的驱动损失增加,导致燃料效率减少。因此,在本实施方式中,将电机转子8R设定为:在车辆低中速行驶时,利用由未图示的齿轮溅起的油的飞沫进行润滑,仅在高速行驶时从减压阀27供应油。
本实施方式的混合动力车辆用驱动装置1以设有减压阀27的凸起部23突出到第2电动发电机8的内侧的内侧空间28的方式配置。因此,在本实施方式中,不必将壳体6的分隔壁6A形成为朝向外侧突出。因此,在本实施方式中,能抑制混合动力车辆用驱动装置1中的油泵10向外侧突出的量,因此从该观点出发也能实现装置主体3的小型化。
(其它的实施方式)
以上说明了实施方式,但是本发明并不限于此。例如,在上述实施方式中应用余摆线式的容积型泵作为油泵10,但是不限于此。
另外,在上述实施方式中,由第1行星齿轮机构13和第2行星齿轮机构14构成复合行星齿轮机构9,但是在单一行星齿轮机构的混合动力车辆用驱动装置中也能应用本发明是不言而喻的。

Claims (2)

1.一种混合动力车辆用驱动装置,具备:发动机;输入轴,其配置在壳体内,且与上述发动机的输出轴连结;电动发电机,其配置在上述壳体内,且与上述输入轴同轴;油泵,其配置于上述壳体的分隔壁,由上述输入轴驱动,上述分隔壁配置于与该电动发电机的轴向端部相邻的位置;以及减压阀,其从该油泵排出剩余的油,上述混合动力车辆用驱动装置的特征在于,
上述分隔壁形成有朝向上述电动发电机的内侧空间突出的凸起部,在该凸起部内配置有上述减压阀,该减压阀的排油孔向上述电动发电机的内侧空间开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
上述电动发电机具有转子,
在上述凸起部配置有旋转自如支撑该转子的轴承,
上述排油孔开口的位置在垂直方向高于上述轴承的位置。
