Description

一种可扩张塞
本发明涉及一种用于锚固在建筑构件中的可扩张塞,它包括:有多个从其前插入端开始并且沿着形成可扩张支腿的其长度部分延伸的缝隙和毗连着该缝隙的由切口形成的可压缩区域的可扩张套,和一个穿过该可扩张套的螺栓,在该螺栓的前端,布置有一个可以被拉入该可扩张套的缝隙部分的扩张锥体。
具有多个沿着其长度的一部分延伸的缝隙的可扩张套的这种可扩张塞从DE3507022AI中可以得知。为了将可扩张塞锚固,将设置有扩张锥体的螺栓利用借助垫圈支承在可扩张套的后表面的螺母拉入可扩张套中。这种可扩张塞适于推入式固定,即,其中,可扩张塞穿过欲被固定的物件被推入在建筑构件中预先钻出的钻孔中直至螺母靠在欲被固定的物件的外表面上。因为螺母支承在欲被固定的物件和可扩张套的后端面两者上,所以可扩张套可以获得足够的锚固,但是欲被固定的物件则夹紧得不够。由于在锚固过程中可扩张套固定的结果,仅发生螺栓的轴向位移,但是没有螺母在建筑构件方向上的轴向位移。结果,不能使拧紧力作用在欲被固定的建筑构件上。当,例如,在固定点的区域内由于建筑构件的表面和/或欲被固定的物件的表面不平时而有一个空隙时,这是最重要的缺点。
为了避免上述缺点,在已知的可扩张塞中,在可扩张套上设置了一个可压缩区域,该可压缩区域直接毗连着纵向缝隙。该可压缩区域由多个在周向上彼此隔开布置的倾斜切口构成。一种相似的可压缩区域还可以从例如WO84/01005中得知。
利用这样的可压缩区域,当然可以将欲被固定在建筑构件上的物件夹紧,但是会发生一系列显著地妨碍已知可扩张塞起作用的能力的其它缺点。由于这些倾斜切口的结果,在可扩张套被压缩时,可扩张套的后部分会相对于其前部分径向位移并且卡在钻孔中和/或螺栓上。因为径向位移受到钻孔和螺栓的限制,在切口之间的腹板还会不可控制地向内向外隆起。这会导致螺栓和可扩张套的进一步卡住,这必然会增加用于扩张塞子的螺栓的拉入阻力。由于可扩张套的上部和下部之间的不均匀隆起和径向位移的结果,扩张锥体也是不均匀地拉入由缝隙形成的可扩张套的可扩张支腿中。由于在可扩张支腿上的不同负荷的结果,可扩张支腿便不均匀地扩张,并且其中某些会由于过负荷而变形,以至不能获得恰当的锚固。因此,已知可扩张塞不适于安全是重要的固定场合。
本发明的目的是提供一种有可压缩区域的可扩张塞,该可扩张塞制造简单并且能够安全锚固。
本发明的上述目的可以由权利要求1给出的特征来达到。即,
一种用于锚固在建筑构件中的可扩张塞,它包括:有多个从其前插入端开始并且沿着形成可扩张支腿的其长度部分延伸的缝隙和毗连着该缝隙的由切口形成的可压缩区域的可扩张套,和一个穿过该可扩张套的螺栓,在该螺栓的前端,布置有一个可以被拉入该可扩张套的缝隙部分的扩张锥体,其特征在于,该可压缩区域由多个在周向和轴向上彼此隔开布置的镰刀形状的切口构成,切口的端部在轴向上彼此指向着,而在周向上以弯曲构型彼此重叠着,从而形成弯曲腹板。
由于镰刀形状的切口的端部彼此指向着,而在周向上以弯曲构型彼此重叠着的结果,便产生了这样一种压缩区域,它能够使可扩张套的轴向变短,而没有径向的位移或隆起。在压缩过程中,镰刀形状的切口一起受压,由切口的重叠端部形成的弯曲腹板完全在轴向上变形,因此没有径向隆起。因为可扩张套均匀变短,所以可扩张套的可扩张支腿也在径向上均匀扩张。利用可扩张套的变短,即使在有很严重的空隙的情况下,也可以将欲被固定物件夹住。
如果形成可压缩区域的切口的数目是可扩张套上纵向缝隙的数目的两倍,并且最靠近可扩张套前端的每个镰刀形状的切口的顶部与一个相应的纵向缝隙对齐,那是特别有利的。因此获得一种可扩张支腿和可扩张套的蘑菇形状的连接,该连接部位完全与可扩张支腿对中,结果,缩短均匀作用在所有可扩张支腿上。
纵向缝隙可以延伸至处于最靠近可扩张套的前端处的切口,或者终止在与那些切口隔开的部位处,在该情况下,缝隙的端部最好是扩大的形式,以便于可扩张支腿的张开。
如果切口的重叠端部之间的弯曲腹板的宽度大约等于镰刀形状的切口在它们顶部区域的内部宽度,而在周向布置的切口的端部之间的腹板的宽度大约为镰刀形状的切口在它们的顶部区域的内部宽度的两倍,将可获得特别有利的压缩性能。

附图1的可扩张塞包括有纵向槽4的可扩张套1,而纵向槽4从其前方插入侧端2开始并且形成多个可扩张支腿3。如果可扩张套是通过冲压金属板坯料而随后卷起来制成的,那么,纵向槽之一就是由卷起后构成的间隙4a形成的(见图3)。插入该可扩张套1的是一个螺栓5,在螺栓5的前端整体地形成有一个扩张锥体6,在螺栓的后端是一个螺纹部分7,一个有卷边垫圈8的螺母9螺接在该螺纹部分7上。
可扩张套1有多个在轴向和周向上彼此隔开的镰刀形状的切口10,11作为可压缩区。切口10,11的端部12在轴向上彼此指向着而在周向上以弯曲的构型彼此重叠着,因而在端部之间产生了弯曲腹板13。在图示的实施例中,可扩张套有三个纵向槽4和形成可压缩区的6个切口10,11。每个切口10的顶部与相应的一个纵向槽4对齐。因为偏置在上方的切口11必须与可扩张支腿3对齐,所以便获得了可扩张支腿3与可扩张套1的一种蘑菇形状的对称连接。在附图1的实施例中,纵向槽4通入最靠近可扩张套1的前端2的切口10中。
附图2示出了一个实施例,其中,纵向槽4终止在与形成可压缩区的切口10,11相隔开的部位处。为了便于可扩张支腿3张开,纵向槽4以一个放大的部分15终止。可扩张套1的足够的刚性和良好的可压缩性的结合是通过下列事实得到的,即在切口10,11的重叠端部12之间的弯曲腹板13的宽度大致等于切口10,11在它们的顶部区域的内部宽度,而在周向布置的切口的端部12之间的腹板16的宽度大致等于切口10,11在它们的顶部区域的内部宽度的两倍。
附图3示出了锚固在建筑构件18中的可扩张塞。为了锚固该可扩张塞,将后者推入建筑构件18的钻孔19中,直至螺母9的卷边垫圈8靠在欲被固定的物件20的外表面上为止。借助将扩张锥体6拉入可扩张套1的开槽区域,则可扩张支腿3便被径向向外推压因而被扩张。同时,如果在建筑构件18和欲被固定的物件20之间有空隙,可扩张套1便在由切口10,11形成的可压缩区域被压缩。当形成每个切口的两个边界边缘彼此相靠时,则达到最大压缩。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于锚固在建筑构件中的可扩张塞,它包括:有多个从其前插入端开始并且沿着形成可扩张支腿的其长度部分延伸的缝隙和毗连着该缝隙的由切口形成的可压缩区域的可扩张套,和一个穿过该可扩张套的螺栓,在该螺栓的前端,布置有一个可以被拉入该可扩张套的缝隙部分的扩张锥体,其特征在于,上述切口(10,11)的形状是镰刀状,切口(10,11)的端部(12)在轴向上彼此指向着,而在周向上以弯曲构型彼此重叠着,从而形成弯曲腹板(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的可扩张塞,其特征在于,形成可压缩区域的切口(10,11)的数量是可扩张套(1)中的纵向缝隙(4)的数量的两倍,并且最靠近可扩张套(1)的前端(2)的每个切口(10)的顶部与相应的一个纵向缝隙(4)对齐。
3.如权利要求1所述的可扩张塞,其特征在于,纵向缝隙(4)延伸至最靠近可扩张套(1)的前端(2)的切口(10)。
4.如权利要求1所述的可扩张塞,其特征在于,纵向缝隙(4)终止于与最靠近可扩张塞(1)的前端(2)的切口相隔开的部位。
5.如权利要求1所述的可扩张塞,其特征在于,在轴向布置的切口(10,11)的重叠端部(12)之间的弯曲腹板(13)的宽度大约等于切口在它们的顶部区域的内部宽度,而在周向布置的切口(10,11)的端部(12)之间的腹板(16)的宽度大约为切口(10,11)在它们的顶部区域的内部宽度的两倍。
