Abstract
金属板定位销,其有一个用来拧入螺栓(15)的螺纹套筒(1)、两个可向外展开的半圆柱面形的轴壳(6),轴壳(6)径向相对在螺纹套筒(1)的边沿成为一体,并在自由的轴端汇集于轴颈(4),由该轴颈(4)径向向外盘成在销孔边沿靠住定位销的凸缘(5)。由轴壳(6)自由切出许多桥接片(3);这些桥接片在轴壳的整个宽度上一直延伸到剩余的窄边带(16),并呈螺旋状盘绕。金属板定位销在其整个轴长上通过盘绕的桥接片(3)有利地固定,它不仅可以很好地固定在底板和实心建筑物上;也可以固定在空心墙上。
Description
本发明涉及一种金属板定位销,它包括有一个螺纹套筒、一根具有多个可向外展开的桥接片和可在相对轴端径向向外弯曲而形成定位销在销孔边缘结构的凸缘的销轴。
例如,在DE3420263C2中披露了一种这样的金属板定位销,其中,销轴有两个轴向取向的圆柱面的端面,该两个端面形成一个销头或一个销尾并通过可扭结的桥接片相连。在销尾上形成一个螺纹套筒,销头有一个向外伸展的、带有一个螺栓通孔的顶部凸缘。
该金属板定位销由唯一一个薄片如此制成,即所述端面和桥接片绕定位销轴弯曲,顶部凸缘沿一条折叠线弯曲而形成顶侧端面结构,螺纹套筒沿一条折叠线弯曲而形成销尾侧端面结构,顶部凸缘和螺纹套筒都有轴向锁定件,其以附加连锁方式与相邻端面啮合。
所以,分多步连接该冲压成型面,同时两个端面只在其部相连。因此,是用于空心墙时造成危险,即拉紧螺栓时,螺纹套筒压裂销尾,并且桥接片的展开不够理想。
FR-A-697767已公开了一种金属板定位销,该定位销除了螺纹套筒和轴向作用的拉伸力以外,涵盖了前序部分的所有特征,其中,从轴壳中切割出许多桥接片,这些桥接片几乎延展在轴壳的整个宽度上,并成螺栓形地盘绕。但是此定位销只有在与置于轴壳之间的压力垫片结合使用时才起作用,当拧入螺栓时,该压力垫片径向作用的楔力将轴壳尽可能向外挤压,使其牢固地固定在钻孔中。该定位销肯定并不适宜用于固定在空心墙或支承底板中,因为按该专利的附图6,这种盘绕的桥接片具有的宽度使其不具备胀撑和变形的特性,而且对此也无法设想,而这些特性在本申请主题的可轻微变形的桥接片中,通过轴向作用的拉伸力是可以实现的。
本发明的任务在于,由唯一一个薄片如此制成上述金属板定位销,即,销轴可以毫无问题地连接,保证了螺纹套筒很好地支承在销轴上。
此外,该销轴应该如此构造,即,可展开的桥接片在拉紧螺栓时不仅在实心墙中而且在空心墙和板中都形成一种安全结构。
根据本发明,上述任务将如此解决,即,提供一种金属板定位销,包括一个用于拧入螺栓的螺纹套筒、一根具有多个通过轴向作用的拉伸力向外撑开的桥接片的销轴,以及在相对置的轴端上,具有从该轴颈沿半径向外弯曲的凸缘,用于使定位销贴靠在销孔的边缘上,其特征在于,销轴由两个半圆柱形轴壳构成,轴壳以径向相对方式与轴颈一体成形,在敞开的销轴端部结合,该桥接片在轴壳上延伸直至剩余的窄边带,它们成螺栓形地盘绕,在拧入螺栓时也侧向撑开。
通过本发明的轴壳结构可实现,由较窄的薄片冲压制成轴壳,并且很容易将其折合在一起。此外,当拉紧螺栓时,轴壳通过弯曲的展开片明显地夹持在底板的销孔中,换句话说,定位销不仅可用于一个实心墙而且可用于一个空心墙,或者定位销固定于底板孔中。
本发明的其它技术特征可根据附图中示出的本发明的实施例进一步进行描述。

图中画出的金属板定位销有一个用来拧入金属螺栓的螺纹套筒1、一根具有多个可向外展开的桥接片3的可压紧的销轴2、以及一个在相对轴端上的、具有径向向外弯曲而形成在销孔边缘的定位销结构的凸缘5的轴颈4。
该销轴2自身由两个成半圆柱面形状的轴壳构成,该轴壳以直接相对的方式一体成型于螺纹套筒1的边缘,(从图4中清楚可见)在为螺纹套筒1成型而冲压出的圆盘1′两侧,由一个薄片依次制成该轴壳,接着,轴壳在自由轴端(从图2中清楚可见)沿箭头″Z″方向折合在一起。桥接片3分布在轴壳6整个宽度内直至剩下的窄带边沿,最好在上述薄片上相对纵轴倾斜地冲压出上述桥接片,从而,在形成半圆柱面的、折合在一起的轴壳6上,该桥接片形成螺旋状盘旋。
在根据图4的冲压结构中,该轴壳6最好通过两个相对套筒盘1′径向指向的桥接片7与螺纹套筒1边缘相连。
在彼此相对的自由轴端的边沿8,在轴颈4上形成切向向外突出的凸缘9和10,该凸缘根据宽缝11和12设置在各相对的轴壳边沿8。当半轴6折合在一起时,这些凸缘9和10在相应的宽边11和12内衔接在一起并略微伸出轴颈4。于是,不仅轴壳6在轴颈4上彼此固定,而且还保证轴颈4防转地固定在销孔中。
图5画出的是使用中的金属板定位销。此时,该定销的轴颈4位于底板13的孔中,另一块板14通过螺栓15固定在上述底板上。
螺纹套筒1是通过螺栓15靠近底板13的,同时轴壳6侧向向外展开,此外,通过易变形的弯曲的桥接片3实现了一个固定的背面结构。从而,轴壳6不论是横放还是桥接片3是栅状结构是都处于有利位置,当拉紧螺栓时,轴壳大面积地横放在底板13的背面。
Claims (3)
1.金属板定位销,包括一个用于拧入螺栓的螺纹套筒、一根具有多个通过轴向作用的拉伸力向外撑开的桥接片的销轴,以及在相对置的轴端上,具有从该轴颈沿半径向外弯曲的凸缘,用于使定位销贴靠在销孔的边缘上,其特征在于,销轴(2)由两个半圆柱形轴壳(6)构成,轴壳以径向相对方式与轴颈(1)一体成形,在敞开的销轴端部结合,该桥接片(3)在轴壳(6)上延伸直至剩余的窄边带(16),它们成螺栓形地盘绕,在拧入螺栓时也侧向撑开。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属板定位销,其特征在于,在彼此相对的自由轴端的边沿(8)形成切向向外突出的凸缘(9,10),上述凸缘如此衔于各个相对的轴壳边沿(8)的相应的宽边(10,11),即当轴壳(6)折合在一起后,轴端的轴壳边沿(8)彼此固定并且凸缘(8,9)伸出轴颈(4)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的金属板定位销,其特征在于,轴壳(6)通过两个连接桥接片(7)与螺纹套筒(1)边缘相连,上述螺纹套筒在尚未变形的薄片的冲压位置径向对准用于螺纹套筒(1)深拉的圆盘(1′)。
