技术领域:本发明涉及一种酒精度很低的饮料酒,具体地说是蓝莓饮料酒。
背景技术:目前市场上的饮料酒种类很多,一般酒精度都在4-7度之间。这些饮料酒喝着很入口,但上头,喝的人稍不注意,如多饮几杯,就易醉,尤其是用酒精勾兑出来的饮料酒,虽说成本低,价格也便宜,但喝后对人的身体有害。
发明内容:本发明的目的是,配制出一种酒精度在2度左右,饮料酒不光有饮料的口感,还有酒的味道和营养,比较适合成年女性饮用,具有美容养颜排毒,调解内分泌等功能的蓝莓饮料酒。其技术内容是,蓝莓饮料酒,由野生蓝莓、苹果、柠檬、五味子、鹿茸和水配制而成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,野生蓝莓30-50%,苹果4-10%,柠檬4-10%,五味子2-4%,鹿茸1-2%,其余为水。本发明和现有技术比先进之处在于,该蓝莓饮料酒,具有美容养颜排毒,调解内分泌,营养健康保健等功效,从而克服了现有饮料酒,所含营养成份和功能单一的不足之处。
具体实施方式:蓝莓饮料酒的配制工艺,将精选和清洗好的野生蓝莓、苹果、柠檬、五味子按比例放在一起进行压榨出汁,把调整好糖度的汁放入到发酵桶,边往桶里加汁边加亚硫酸稀释液。亚硫酸稀释液浓度为1000比1,汁入发酵桶后马上接种酒酵母,酒酵母采用人工干酵母,用5%糖水30度温度进行激活,加热到40度,把活性干酵母放到糖水中一个小时,倒入发酵桶中搅拌均匀,控制桶的温度,在18-25度之间,大约5-7天主发酵结束。主发酵完成后总糖控制在小于4克毎升。把新发酵得来的酒倒桶陈酿三年后,进行蒸馏把酒精蒸馏出来,剩下的汁冷却贮藏备用;把优质鲜鹿茸放到调好的35度精里浸泡100天;把冷却贮藏的汁和鹿茸浸泡液按比例混合后,过滤,灌装,杀菌,贴标后,即构成本发明。
