蓝莓饮料酒
技术领域：本发明涉及一种酒精度很低的饮料酒，具体地说是蓝莓饮料酒。
背景技术：目前市场上的饮料酒种类很多，一般酒精度都在4-7度之间。这些饮料酒喝着很入口，但上头，喝的人稍不注意，如多饮几杯，就易醉，尤其是用酒精勾兑出来的饮料酒，虽说成本低，价格也便宜，但喝后对人的身体有害。
发明内容：本发明的目的是，配制出一种酒精度在2度左右，饮料酒不光有饮料的口感，还有酒的味道和营养，比较适合成年女性饮用，具有美容养颜排毒，调解内分泌等功能的蓝莓饮料酒。其技术内容是，蓝莓饮料酒，由野生蓝莓、苹果、柠檬、五味子、鹿茸和水配制而成，其特征是，计量按百分比计，野生蓝莓30-50％，苹果4-10％，柠檬4-10％，五味子2-4％，鹿茸1-2％，其余为水。本发明和现有技术比先进之处在于，该蓝莓饮料酒，具有美容养颜排毒，调解内分泌，营养健康保健等功效，从而克服了现有饮料酒，所含营养成份和功能单一的不足之处。
具体实施方式：蓝莓饮料酒的配制工艺，将精选和清洗好的野生蓝莓、苹果、柠檬、五味子按比例放在一起进行压榨出汁，把调整好糖度的汁放入到发酵桶，边往桶里加汁边加亚硫酸稀释液。亚硫酸稀释液浓度为1000比1，汁入发酵桶后马上接种酒酵母，酒酵母采用人工干酵母，用5％糖水30度温度进行激活，加热到40度，把活性干酵母放到糖水中一个小时，倒入发酵桶中搅拌均匀，控制桶的温度，在18-25度之间，大约5-7天主发酵结束。主发酵完成后总糖控制在小于4克毎升。把新发酵得来的酒倒桶陈酿三年后，进行蒸馏把酒精蒸馏出来，剩下的汁冷却贮藏备用；把优质鲜鹿茸放到调好的35度精里浸泡100天；把冷却贮藏的汁和鹿茸浸泡液按比例混合后，过滤，灌装，杀菌，贴标后，即构成本发明。
