本发明公开了一种多种开关设备用水性耐磨防锈漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:高锰酸钾2-4、钼酸锌4-6、活性石灰1-3、碳化硅2-3、石墨粉3-4、三丁基三氯化锡1-2、聚醚聚硅氧烷共聚物0.3-0.5、双丙酮醇2-3、丙二醇丁醚2-4、流平剂L-3500.3-0.5、焦磷酸钠1-3、有机硅乳液17-21、EVA乳液10-13、聚氨酯乳液28-32、十二烷基硫酸钠0.2-0.4、去离子水18-22、助剂4-7;本发明的油漆以水作为稀释剂、不含有机溶剂,对人体无害,不污染环境,使用方便;与传统溶剂型油漆相比,水性漆附着力更好,更经济环保,单位质量涂刷面积大,方便快捷;该漆有效兼容了硬度和柔韧性,防腐防锈时间长,且耐磨性好,添加的助剂还具有降低噪音分贝的作用,使用范围广,成本低,可用水直接稀释和刷洗,方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆及其制备方法,特别是一种多种设备壳体用水性耐磨防锈漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着城市建设的快速发展,随套配备的变配电装置更是人们生活中不可或缺的设施。作为变配电装置的保护箱即壳体在该过程中起到很大的作用,因为诸多变配电装置处在户外,环境恶劣,需要设备壳体的保护延长使用年限。一般壳体的表面喷涂油漆仅仅起到装饰的作用,但现如今随着人们要求的广泛性,已无法满足于简单的外观。水性漆是以水为稀释剂,以水溶性树脂为成膜物,不含挥发性的有机物质,不含苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、游离TDI有毒重金属,无毒无刺激气味,可应用于木器、金属、塑料、玻璃、建筑表面等多种材质上。相对于传统的油性漆,水性漆更环保,安全,无刺激。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多种设备壳体用水性耐磨防锈漆及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种多种设备壳体用水性耐磨防锈漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:高锰酸钾2-4、钼酸锌4-6、活性石灰1-3、碳化硅2-3、石墨粉3-4、三丁基三氯化锡1-2、聚醚聚硅氧烷共聚物0.3-0.5、双丙酮醇2-3、丙二醇丁醚2-4、流平剂L-3500.3-0.5、焦磷酸钠1-3、有机硅乳液17-21、EVA乳液10-13、聚氨酯乳液28-32、十二烷基硫酸钠0.2-0.4、去离子水18-22、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:三聚磷酸钠2-4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、聚乙烯醇2-3、尿素6-8、纳米银4-5、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15、丙烯酸乙酯3-5、过硫酸钾1-2、水8-11、空心玻璃微珠6-8、粉煤灰微珠4-6、海泡石粉3-5、1.2%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液3-5、钼酸铵2-4、聚乙酸乙烯乳液5-8;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙酸乙烯乳液和水混合,通入流化床使其流化;(2)将空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰微珠、海泡石粉和过硫酸钾混合,通入流化床呈沸腾状态;(3)将步骤(1)的混合物喷涂在步骤(2)的混合物表面上,于60-80°C下反应1-2小时,反应结束后再加入钛酸酯偶联剂及其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,再加入胶磨机研磨分散均匀即可。
本发明所述一种多种设备壳体用水性耐磨防锈漆,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将聚醚聚硅氧烷共聚物、流平剂L-350、十二烷基硫酸钠和去离子水混合,400-600转/分下搅拌7-9分钟,再加入焦磷酸钠、碳化硅、石墨粉、助剂超声分散15-25分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将有机硅乳液、EVA乳液、聚氨酯乳液、丙二醇丁醚加到分散釜中,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌20-40分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A加到混合物B中,再加入其余剩余物质,在800-1000转/分的转速下分散10-20分钟后,转到研磨机中,得20-40μm的物料,即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明的油漆以水作为稀释剂、不含有机溶剂,对人体无害,不污染环境,使用方便;与传统溶剂型油漆相比,水性漆附着力更好,更经济环保,单位质量涂刷面积大,方便快捷;该漆有效兼容了硬度和柔韧性,防腐防锈时间长,且耐磨性好,添加的助剂还具有降低噪音分贝的作用,使用范围广,成本低,可用水直接稀释和刷洗,方便快捷。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
 一种多种设备壳体用水性耐磨防锈漆,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:高锰酸钾3、钼酸锌5、活性石灰2、碳化硅3、石墨粉4、三丁基三氯化锡1、聚醚聚硅氧烷共聚物0.4、双丙酮醇2、丙二醇丁醚4、流平剂L-3500.4、焦磷酸钠2、有机硅乳液19、EVA乳液12、聚氨酯乳液29、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3、去离子水19、助剂5;
所述助剂是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:三聚磷酸钠3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1、聚乙烯醇3、尿素6、纳米银4、钛酸酯偶联剂2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯13、丙烯酸乙酯4、过硫酸钾2、水8、空心玻璃微珠6、粉煤灰微珠5、海泡石粉3、1.2%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液4、钼酸铵3、聚乙酸乙烯乳液7;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙酸乙烯乳液和水混合,通入流化床使其流化;(2)将空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰微珠、海泡石粉和过硫酸钾混合,通入流化床呈沸腾状态;(3)将步骤(1)的混合物喷涂在步骤(2)的混合物表面上,于60-80°C下反应1-2小时,反应结束后再加入钛酸酯偶联剂及其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,再加入胶磨机研磨分散均匀即可。
本发明所述一种多种设备壳体用水性耐磨防锈漆,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将聚醚聚硅氧烷共聚物、流平剂L-350、十二烷基硫酸钠和去离子水混合,400-600转/分下搅拌7-9分钟,再加入焦磷酸钠、碳化硅、石墨粉、助剂超声分散15-25分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将有机硅乳液、EVA乳液、聚氨酯乳液、丙二醇丁醚加到分散釜中,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌20-40分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A加到混合物B中,再加入其余剩余物质,在800-1000转/分的转速下分散10-20分钟后,转到研磨机中,得20-40μm的物料,即得。
本发明的油漆外观平整光滑,无硬块,柔韧性mm≤2,硬度:3H,耐冲击性:50,耐水性实验(29±1°C,36h):不起泡,不脱落,耐热性实验(100±2℃,4h):不起泡起皱,无开裂,耐人工气候老化实验:通过500小时,耐冷热交替实验(5周期):无起泡,无开裂,无脱落,复合损耗因素实验:10°C:0.142,30°C:0.106。

Claims (2)

1.一种多种开关设备用水性耐磨防锈漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:高锰酸钾2-4、钼酸锌4-6、活性石灰1-3、碳化硅2-3、石墨粉3-4、三丁基三氯化锡1-2、聚醚聚硅氧烷共聚物0.3-0.5、双丙酮醇2-3、丙二醇丁醚2-4、流平剂L-3500.3-0.5、焦磷酸钠1-3、有机硅乳液17-21、EVA乳液10-13、聚氨酯乳液28-32、十二烷基硫酸钠0.2-0.4、去离子水18-22、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:三聚磷酸钠2-4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、聚乙烯醇2-3、尿素6-8、纳米银4-5、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15、丙烯酸乙酯3-5、过硫酸钾1-2、水8-11、空心玻璃微珠6-8、粉煤灰微珠4-6、海泡石粉3-5、1.2%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液3-5、钼酸铵2-4、聚乙酸乙烯乳液5-8;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙酸乙烯乳液和水混合,通入流化床使其流化;(2)将空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰微珠、海泡石粉和过硫酸钾混合,通入流化床呈沸腾状态;(3)将步骤(1)的混合物喷涂在步骤(2)的混合物表面上,于60-80°C下反应1-2小时,反应结束后再加入钛酸酯偶联剂及其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,再加入胶磨机研磨分散均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多种设备壳体用水性耐磨防锈漆,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将聚醚聚硅氧烷共聚物、流平剂L-350、十二烷基硫酸钠和去离子水混合,400-600转/分下搅拌7-9分钟,再加入焦磷酸钠、碳化硅、石墨粉、助剂超声分散15-25分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将有机硅乳液、EVA乳液、聚氨酯乳液、丙二醇丁醚加到分散釜中,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌20-40分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A加到混合物B中,再加入其余剩余物质,在800-1000转/分的转速下分散10-20分钟后,转到研磨机中,得20-40μm的物料,即得。
