本发明公开了一种开关柜用水性降噪防锈涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:磷酸锌2-3、苯丙乳液34-38、甲基纤维素1-2、水性聚氨酯树脂20-30、聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.2-0.3、丙二醇丁醚1-3、三乙醇胺2-3、镍金属粉3-4、聚丙烯酰胺1-2、羊毛脂1-2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醇0.5-1.0、肌醇六磷酸酯1-2、氟钛酸钾0.6-1.2、硼化二钨1-2、去离子水16-22、助剂4-7;本发明的涂料以水作为溶剂,节约了资源,消除了有机溶剂对环境和人体的危害,并且涂料附着力高,不易剥落,添加的助剂具有明显的降噪的作用,减少了音量分贝,改善了人们工作和生活的环境,有益人们身心健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆及其制备方法,特别是一种开关柜用水性降噪防锈涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
凡是用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料,都可称为水性涂料。水性涂料包括水溶性涂料、水稀释性涂料、水分散性涂料3种。水性涂料以水作溶剂,节省大量资源,水性涂料消除了施工时火灾危险性,降低了对大气污染;水性涂料仅采用少量低毒性醇醚类有机溶剂,改善了作业环境条件;水性涂料在湿表面和潮湿环境中可以直接涂覆施工;它对材质表面适应性好,附着力强。
高压设备在工作时发出的噪声已经成为影响人们正常生活、工作的一大危害。为了减少噪声,人们在制做高压设备保护壳体如开关柜等会选择具有隔音效果的材料,涂料的隔音效果主要是通过降低噪音和减振来减少噪声的。吸音是处理从外部传来的声音,减振是处理噪声发声物体本身的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种开关柜用水性降噪防锈涂料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种开关柜用水性降噪防锈涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:磷酸锌2-3、苯丙乳液34-38、甲基纤维素1-2、水性聚氨酯树脂20-30、聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.2-0.3、丙二醇丁醚1-3、三乙醇胺2-3、镍金属粉3-4、聚丙烯酰胺1-2、羊毛脂1-2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醇0.5-1.0、肌醇六磷酸酯1-2、氟钛酸钾0.6-1.2、硼化二钨1-2、去离子水16-22、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:三聚磷酸钠2-4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、聚乙烯醇2-3、尿素6-8、纳米银4-5、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15、丙烯酸乙酯3-5、过硫酸钾1-2、水8-11、空心玻璃微珠6-8、粉煤灰微珠4-6、海泡石粉3-5、1.2%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液3-5、钼酸铵2-4、聚乙酸乙烯乳液5-8;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙酸乙烯乳液和水混合,通入流化床使其流化;(2)将空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰微珠、海泡石粉和过硫酸钾混合,通入流化床呈沸腾状态;(3)将步骤(1)的混合物喷涂在步骤(2)的混合物表面上,于60-80°C下反应1-2小时,反应结束后再加入钛酸酯偶联剂及其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,再加入胶磨机研磨分散均匀即可。
本发明所述一种开关柜用水性降噪防锈涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醇、聚硅氧烷消泡剂和去离子水混合,400-600转/分下搅拌7-9分钟,再加入氟钛酸钾、磷酸锌、镍金属粉、硼化二钨、助剂超声分散15-25分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将苯丙乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂、甲基纤维素、丙二醇丁醚加到分散釜中,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌20-40分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A加到混合物B中,再加入其余剩余物质,在800-1000转/分的转速下分散10-20分钟后,转到研磨机中,得20-40μm的物料,即得。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的涂料以水作为溶剂,节约了资源,消除了有机溶剂对环境和人体的危害,并且涂料附着力高,不易剥落,添加的助剂具有明显的降噪的作用,减少了音量分贝,改善了人们工作和生活的环境,有益人们身心健康。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
 一种开关柜用水性降噪防锈涂料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:磷酸锌3、苯丙乳液36、甲基纤维素1、水性聚氨酯树脂25、聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.2、丙二醇丁醚3、三乙醇胺2、镍金属粉3、聚丙烯酰胺1、羊毛脂2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醇0.7、肌醇六磷酸酯1、氟钛酸钾0.9、硼化二钨2、去离子水20、助剂6;
所述助剂是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:三聚磷酸钠3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1、聚乙烯醇3、尿素6、纳米银4、钛酸酯偶联剂2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯13、丙烯酸乙酯4、过硫酸钾2、水8、空心玻璃微珠6、粉煤灰微珠5、海泡石粉3、1.2%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液4、钼酸铵3、聚乙酸乙烯乳液7;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙酸乙烯乳液和水混合,通入流化床使其流化;(2)将空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰微珠、海泡石粉和过硫酸钾混合,通入流化床呈沸腾状态;(3)将步骤(1)的混合物喷涂在步骤(2)的混合物表面上,于60-80°C下反应1-2小时,反应结束后再加入钛酸酯偶联剂及其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,再加入胶磨机研磨分散均匀即可。
本发明所述一种开关柜用水性降噪防锈涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醇、聚硅氧烷消泡剂和去离子水混合,400-600转/分下搅拌7-9分钟,再加入氟钛酸钾、磷酸锌、镍金属粉、硼化二钨、助剂超声分散15-25分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将苯丙乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂、甲基纤维素、丙二醇丁醚加到分散釜中,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌20-40分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A加到混合物B中,再加入其余剩余物质,在800-1000转/分的转速下分散10-20分钟后,转到研磨机中,得20-40μm的物料,即得。
本发明的油漆外观平整光滑,无硬块,柔韧性mm≤2,硬度:3H,耐冲击性:50,耐水性实验(29±1°C,36h):不起泡,不脱落,耐热性实验(100±2℃,5h):不起泡起皱,无开裂,耐人工气候老化实验:通过500小时,耐冷热交替实验(5周期):无起泡,无开裂,无脱落,复合损耗因素实验:10°C:0.135,30°C:0.103。

Claims (2)

1.一种开关柜用水性降噪防锈涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:磷酸锌2-3、苯丙乳液34-38、甲基纤维素1-2、水性聚氨酯树脂20-30、聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.2-0.3、丙二醇丁醚1-3、三乙醇胺2-3、镍金属粉3-4、聚丙烯酰胺1-2、羊毛脂1-2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醇0.5-1.0、肌醇六磷酸酯1-2、氟钛酸钾0.6-1.2、硼化二钨1-2、去离子水16-22、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:三聚磷酸钠2-4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、聚乙烯醇2-3、尿素6-8、纳米银4-5、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15、丙烯酸乙酯3-5、过硫酸钾1-2、水8-11、空心玻璃微珠6-8、粉煤灰微珠4-6、海泡石粉3-5、1.2%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液3-5、钼酸铵2-4、聚乙酸乙烯乳液5-8;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、聚乙酸乙烯乳液和水混合,通入流化床使其流化;(2)将空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰微珠、海泡石粉和过硫酸钾混合,通入流化床呈沸腾状态;(3)将步骤(1)的混合物喷涂在步骤(2)的混合物表面上,于60-80°C下反应1-2小时,反应结束后再加入钛酸酯偶联剂及其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,再加入胶磨机研磨分散均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种开关柜用水性降噪防锈涂料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醇、聚硅氧烷消泡剂和去离子水混合,400-600转/分下搅拌7-9分钟,再加入氟钛酸钾、磷酸锌、镍金属粉、硼化二钨、助剂超声分散15-25分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将苯丙乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂、甲基纤维素、丙二醇丁醚加到分散釜中,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌20-40分钟,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A加到混合物B中,再加入其余剩余物质,在800-1000转/分的转速下分散10-20分钟后,转到研磨机中,得20-40μm的物料,即得。
